Day after the initial payment (1eur) it was tryed to withdraw 50eur without any notification. Hopefully card was frozen, but anyway looks like a scam. And noone number was found by the way.

They scammed me, took for me 17$ on first day and second day 27$, support doesn't working they just ignored so don't trust

Tried scannero I who couldn't find my iPhone, but they still attempted to charge my credit card with over $17. I will never contact them again!

Whatever you do, do NOT use this service. They get you with a cheap one-day subscription, then sneakily charge you a huge amount the next day for a "monthly" subscription (for me it was over 50 euro), which I do not want or have an interest in using. They also did not send me an invoice for the monthly subscription (they did for the one-day subscription), which further proves to me that they are trying to get away with this without people noticing.

I made a payment for the free trail which was Rs 72.86 and against this I got an OTP. As soon as I entered the OTP, the payment was made from my card and apart from this another payment was also made which was of Rs 2913.28. I want my money back which deducted from my card by doing fraudulent. I opted only for subscription of trail of one day that is 72.86 but extra amount of 2913.28 should be refund in my account.

I would not recommend using the Scannero tool. Although they advertise a $1 trial, they charge an additional $35 for online support. They claim that there is an option to remove this charge before proceeding with the trial, but this option was not made available.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the unauthorized charge of over $18 from my bank account. Initially, I was led to believe that I would only be paying $0.89, but instead, I was charged a much higher amount without my consent. Google should mark website as fraudulent

They are all a bunch of thieves. Cunning beasts who cheat innocent people's money... They said they will put my money back in my account, but after about 10 days, the money has not arrived in my account..

Firstly they add on extras with your trial of which you cannot opt out. I tried to call customer service, which is meant to be 24/7 and all it rang 4 times then cut off. The service they offer does not work. I did a test on my phone number and never received an sms or voice message. Aed128 for what? BIG TIME SCAM. DO not fall for this, trust me!

I was about to use scannero.io to locate someone that threatened my sister but after reading all these reviews I felt like there is no difference between the person that threatened my sister and this website. Both are unforgettable

Customer Service Representative I chatted with online got me to pay for a Scannero.io subscription. After explaining exactly what I wanted to him, he mentioned that the premium scannero.oi subscription would be suitable. I doubted him and I asked him a few times, and he assured me that it would work.
After payment, I realised it was all a lie and even the features it had were not really working. I contacted Scannero to complain but they kept referring me to their Refund Policy on their website. I did not go on their website, it was a staff member that advised me to subscribe, and I beieved him as he works for them.
To cut the whole story short, Scannero and mspy will do all they can to take your money. And they will never refund you. No matter what happens, they will keep telling you about their refund policy, even when you did not agree to it.

I lost my phone so tried scannero - lucky that it was in my friends car. But then I find out scannero have billed me $1.47 for a 24hr trial and immediately after another $81.89 - for something I never used nor did I sign up to. I am an frail pensioner dwarf and this experience has really taken a lot out of me - I can't afford to be ripped off like this but they don't care and won't refund me - evil nasty scum

In its truest sense of mean, this platform is a scam. That's it. Pure and simple.
Here's my experience:
First, they will try to get you to enlist in a one day trial (1$ for one day trial), then try to sneakily upgrade that trial to include customer service and another Bullsh*t offering as much as $25 without giving you any rejection options. Luckily, I just closed the page so I can skip this first scam. But by then, before your 1-day trial ends, you will be charged for a full 1-month subscription as much as $50 or something, and they will refuse to give you a refund no matter what kind of proof you're giving them. I have fallen for this scam, and try to get a refund without any success, It's like talking to the most obnoxious and dense customer service you'll ever meet in your life. If you are scammed like me, I would encourage you to report this platform to the police or any other relevant law enforcement body in your nearest area.

I paid a small amount for the service which didnt work. Next day they deducted a much larger and unauthorised about from my credit card. Despite e mails and providing all info they asked for.they just keep the money and lead me on a round dance and pretend to be legit!

As Many Have Already Said--Scammers!

I didn't complete payment or enter in to the one day trial. Their wording is so ambiguous (according to my legal advisor) and they took money in less than 24 hours. They now claim that they are unable to process a repayment which is totally unbelievable

I am hoping my bank and/or Mastercard will gain my refund. Do not get suckered in to working with this company-I did and am now paying the price!

First they bill you one day trial for 0,89EUR and next day they took you 49USD per month without any mail notice, bill or anything.
Scummers alert!

I normally read the reviews before I sign up to anything but I was in a hurry to find my phone which also SCAMO couldn't help me with.
24 hour trial period $1.49 but SCAMO tacked on another $59 and would only refund 25% when I complained their dumb site doesn't even work. I cancelled my subscription 10 minutes into the 24 hours but too late - SCAMO got me.
Stay away from this site people …!
