I paid 150 euros, and I expected their service to be reliable. Their server shut down 3 times and then I decided to stop my subscription. They have only one server and when the server is down, visits aren't recorded. So, In the course of 4 months, the first day of lost stats, I said ok it can happen, the second time, i said ok, the third time, I decided to unsubscribe.
I contacted the support. The defense of the support was: "but you know, even google face this problem with server." /// I didn't try to argue. It was just not acceptable.
So, taking into account the reliability of their service and the pricing, I would not recommend to subscribe to statcounter.
