At no point did the system provide a real or accurate location. It just kept showing vague, useless data with no connection to reality. Totally failed to deliver the one thing it promised.

I tried using the service with a phone I had right in front of me, knowing its exact location, but it still failed to show the correct place. Totally inaccurate and proves the tool doesn't work.

The service is completely misleading. Despite claiming to offer real-time phone tracking, they provide no accurate or genuine data whatsoever. It's all false advertising and a waste of money.

My phone was physically in New York City, but the tracking service inaccurately reported it as being somewhere in Canada. Completely unreliable and misleading information that makes no sense at all.

These guys are A grade scammers. I only paid for the 0.98$ trial fee and after the payment I hit the countinue button and all of a sudden without my consent, they charged 26$ from my account. They didn't even ask for the bank details, and no otp required. They had saved my card details from the previous trial fee payment. As I couldn't locate my lost phone using their service I requested a refund and they're saying that the trial fee can't be refunded. Their trial fee was 0.98$ and I got robbed of 26$ by these theives. Don't ever think about getting service from these scammers.

"AVOID (scannero.io) AT ALL COSTS! This company is a SCAM. They unauthorizedly charged me despite canceling my subscription within the 24-hour trial period. Emails from the company confirm they charged me at the 22-hour mark, violating their own policy.

Despite acknowledging their mistake, they refuse to provide a refund. Their customer service is HOPELESS and UNHELPFUL.

Do not trust this company (SCANNERO.IO PHONE TRACKER) with your money or personal info. Their business practices are DECEPTIVE and UNFAIR. Zero stars isn't enough - I'd give them -NEGATIVE stars if possible.

I was charged the monthly fee several hours before the 24h trial period was done. (Still hasn't been 24h) They won't allow me to log in since it isn't giving me a reset password option nor is it accepting the password I set less than 24h ago.

Please be careful they debiting my account over and over again. Without authorisation and it does not work. It's a con designed to get your bank details - the app cannot trace your phone that's also a lie. If you lost your phone you will not find it - the marketing is misleading. They just want your bank details to empty your account

Biggest criminals ever. Service itself is useless and they debited me twice without my consent.

Its unfathomable how my debit card would be automatically debited twice within 24hrs of sign up without me initiating nor authorizing the transaction.

This a is clearly a well orchestrated scam.

This is just another cleverly designed method to rob you of your money,,,,,,it is absolute crap and returns no results to the devices i own...please be carefull this is a waste of time and money...i have paid membership...its just cap

Je pense que c'est une très grosse arnaque!
Pour contrôle j'ai voulu géolocaliser mon propre téléphone. Selon SCANNERO un message serait envoyer à ce téléphone. Dès que ce message serait ouvert le téléphone serait localisé et je serai informé par mail. Aucun message n'a été reçu sur ce téléphone.
J'ai refait l'expérience avec le téléphone de mon épouse. IDEM elle n'a jamais reçu de message. Pourtant sur mon espace-client les messages ètaient mentionnés bien et bel comme envoyés.
J'ai pris un abonnement à l'essai pour 24 heures. J'ai perdu 1€
J'ai immediatement désactiver le renouvellement automatique de l'abbonnement avant lexpiration du délai de 24 heures. Si vous oubliez de désactiver pas cet option, votre abo sera automatiquement renouvelé. Et cela coûte très très cher.
