The service was great. It once I placed my order Jason called me to confirm my identity and to make sure that my order was correct. The order arrived earlier then expected.
I placed my order online and then received a call from Sue who then confirmed my order and also made helpful suggestions!
At first I couldn't get my system working and called Tech support like 10 times but couldn't get anyone. Finally I didn't mash the number for tech support and a woman answered and provided the direct number to tech support. There I spoke with Bruce (I think) and he was absolutely amazing. He walked me through every step and had me up and running in no time. Take note that he is a super asset to your company. Thanks again.
I spoke with two people and they both gave me different information about the product and services. I wasn't the happiest, but I had already paid for my equipment and services. They did not fill me in on what I needed to do to complete the purchase. I paid extra money for rush shipping and got a call the next day or possibly two days later. He informed me that they had not shipped my order yet. Told me he wouldn't ship my product until I signed the emailed contract that I didn't know about. I told him I will sign it once I get home, I was at work. Got home noticed he had charged me over $500 when my bill was supposed to be $224. I called and told them I wanted to cancel my order. He said he had already shipped my order overnight. I never received anything I believe he lied to me to try and get me to stay with them. I told them I wanted a refund. He said he would give me that. Still didn't happen so I called again, and another lady answered. This young lady was Tina. This is the first person that had been helpful and gave me actual info on the product, and she could not understand why he charged me pretty much 3 months of service. She got me in connection with a young lady that said she will get my money refunded. As of today, I am still waiting on this to happen. Tina great very helpful but everyone else I am very unpleased. I don't recommend anyone do business with the site.

It was a little frustrating to have to be vetted in order to purchase the faraday phone bag, but you must have a good reason to delay sales. So I went along with it. It was actually nice to have someone call me personally to help me with the time problem we had since we were planning on moving from our vacation house to our permanent home. The faraday bag arrived on Nov 14th as promised, but it cost extra to get it in 3 days. However, the preshipping time took too long in my opinion. I will still do business with this company in the future if we need something else. Maybe you can streamline your pre-shipping processing time in the near future. We do like the quality of your product. Thanks.
I contacted their customer support asking for help in setting up my phone. The directions in the device's manual is confusing. I needed help in how to set up voice mail and how to simply dial my phone. I called 3 times and got 3 different answers. The calls were cordial and I eventually figured it out. I would have liked to see a step by step set up guide that makes sense.
My only issue is with UPS, they don't handle very well, instead of putting the package on the porch,, they set by the gate and drive off. The USPS, Fed-Ex, Amazon, all deliver to the house and put on the porch
I ordered this bag to protect my bivy stick. I plan on ordering another one for my phone. My experience with Satellite Phone Store has been fantastic. Quality pricing and products with knowledgeable snd professional staff.
