Don't buy anything directly from samsung website. I ordered a tv and they sent me the wrong model which was $1000 cheaper. Waited 3 months for them to bring me the right one. That didn't happen. Asked for them to pick up the tv and give me refund. 6 months later have picked up the tv and still no refund. You speak to people overseas, who are totally disorganized and seriously don't know what they are doing. Instead of having an office here, where you can communicate and speak to one person. I have called dozens of times with a minimum of 30 minutes and have about 30 emails from them apologizing, but I don't know how it can take 9 months to just give me what I paid for. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Can't explain how shocked I am that a huge company like that have 0 customer service or support. Do yourself a favourite and stay right away from purchasing anything directly from them.
Since 1x years of being a satisfied Samsung customer, I made a mistake and after the superb S7 and the fragile S10Edge I bought an XCover6 Pro. I regret it. It is useless. Slow, the softkeys are unreliable and this phone is unsuitable to make photos (like and old S10 from 2012, which was slow but reliable). It does not have time to do what it's being told. Where are those guys who made the excellent S7?
I have a 2 year old Samsung refrigerator that stopped working with a 5 year warranty. It's been 12 days now since i call them. I don't know yet when they will come.Samsung is the worst place to spend your money. I am very disappointed

I'm left angry after using Samsung phones. The A11 and A13 have been poor. The problem is it feels as if the phone is trolling me. Trolling me to make me mad. It put's a bad taste in my mouth. There accounts have never been user friendly either. The phone most of the time prevents me from moving forward with things. And i just love Samsung Pass! How they save the wrong passwords and emails. The email or password will be twerked in a way that makes you have to reset everything. Someone is trolling and that someone is Samsung.
I purchased a Samsung Z fold from Amazon on 3 Dec'22, the fold & unfold has developed a defect, plus the edges are discoloring. I took it to Samsung service center only to be told that it is an overseas product not covered under warranty & also out of warranty.
Furthermore, I had to visit the service center twice to fight with Samsung India ineffective customer care which was a wastage of time, money, energy & last but not the least the inconvenience it is causing in daily work.

How a product bought in India has overseas warranty?
The phone box says" mfg in Aug 22 SEP 22" then how is it out of warranty. If imported & marketed by Samsung India, why is it not covered under warranty in India.
Amazon site also says 1-year warranty.
It appears Samsung & Amazon are in it together. They both think Indian customers can be fleeced & fooled by selling out of warranty, poor quality products sourced from anywhere.
Samsung is answerable & liable for correction of this mistake & expected to apologize publicly for all the customers harassed & being harassed by selling fraudulent products.
I have hadv2 of these phone and they are not wroth yhe money... and yhey do moy stad behind there product... saddddddddd... I bought a Samsung washer and dryer top load from Home Depot. I have always used another brand, but wanted to try their products. I thought with the higher cost and several options that the product would last longer. I have had these for 2 1/2 years. I do normal loads of laundry. I had to call someone to come out today and they quoted me $500 to fix the washer. The washer will not spin and it is because I will have to replace springs around the tub. Due to poor quality parts. I have family members that use other name brand appliances. One family member has had the same washer for over 30 years with no disruptions at all and it definitely was not a Samsung.
As long as your products work, you are fine.
If they don't however, goodluck getting any help.
Samsung refuses to be helpful or even try to show that they at least would want to help you.
And it's not like I'm a small customer or even.
I'm disgusted by their lack of willingness to help. As if they put effort in to make it worse.
Samsung is a nightmare. After 2 failed attempts to get my appliances delivered, it has been almost a month since I've requested a refund and still have not received it. Multiple calls, multiple reasons as to why it hasn't been refunded, several times it's been "escalated", and multiple emails saying it's still being "investigated" although I was told over the phone that has been completed several times. They even suggested that I take it up to my bank and stop the payment. WHAT A JOKE. Samsung won't refund my money and they have been an absolute nightmare. DONT BUY FROM SAMSUNG.
I Applied For Samsung Finance and was approved, checkout out for my new phone, it went through and then moments later was cancelled. I tried a few more times before contacting customer service and then began a chain of helpless customer service reps and tickets that went nowhere.
Every rep told me the same information and at first I tried what they said, none of it worked and I confirmed that all my information was correct. Despite all of this when finally getting information on the ticket it was still the same information that they provided earlier and they even said they couldn't do anything to help my order go through. I had spoken to 6 different reps, and had 3 tickets open, 2 of which I heard nothing back from and 1 technical support ticket who were the ones who told me nothing could be done.
Horrible customer service, horrible website that can lock out legitimate payments. No longer a fan of Samsung. Will no longer be buying their products

We bought a new Samsung refrigerator, 5 weeks later it stopped freezing and cooling. Four days later they sent someone to look at it. The part will take another six days to get her. They will not replace it or let help us with all the food that has gone bad, N E V E R buy Samsung products, If I had seen there reviews was a one and a half, I sure wouldn't have.
A Samsung watch severely burned my wrist and the face popped of damaged when i ripped it off my arm. I called customer service abd they after receiving pictures and medical information promised to refund or replace the watch. Agter it went to the next level Tatianna called and refused any help in the situation because the watch had no face. She repeatedly refused to negotiate at all just reading over and over the company policy. Samsung as a multi trillion dollar company annually is refusing to help in any way over a 180.00 wearable. Lets all boycott Samsung all together. Bless them as they continue to make trillions and offer no care or appreciation for the customers that made them rich.
It shouldn't come as a surprise that Samsung has such a low rating here on Site Jabber and besides, you'd think that after all of this time either they'd have sorted themselves out, or I might have and stayed clear. So, once again I write to warn you that I purchased a T2 external SSD hard drive (blue) for £108 and when it arrived... well nothing! No light, no fizzle, no nothing except a frustrating return... for a company claiming to be champions of quality I once again, join the thousands of dissatisfied customers bothered enough to write a review and warn fellow buyers...
Samsung has to be the WORST customer service i have ever seen. Order a washer and dryer 3 1/2 weeks ago still haven't received it. You call customer service all you get is somebody you can barley understand they don't even take the time to look up the item they just say oh it's delayed will CLEARLY that's why i called cause i can see that on my end but instead of them researching to see what's going on they just end the call you literally have to ask for a supervisor just for somebody to do some work. Absolutely RIDICULOUS i will NEVER EVER ORDER OR BUY FOR SAMSUNG AGAIN.
They advertise these trade in deals and only honor about half of them. They lose your trade ins, don't give you the advertised amount, and there is nothing you can do to get anything done. Heavily accented foreigners run the service lines and they don't ever get anything done. You can do everything right with your trade in and they lose them or don't honor their trade in deals, even if your trade in is brand new. Thought it was a one off, turned into a two off, but this third time, I'm done. They owe me over 3k of trade ins. My phone bill is $600 a month because they didn't honor the trade ins. They lost my trade in phones, lost my trade in buds, put a trade in on someone else's account, and there is no end in sight. Now I'm stuck paying $600/month when my bill should be $200/month max. I'm just out. Could go to better business bureau, but that doesn't so any good either. It's a complete rip off. 2k for a phone is ridiculous, especially when you purchase 4 with the promise of 4 trade ins. Ordered the new watches, they sent the wrong one, I asked to send it back to get the right one, they only give you 2 weeks to get it back in and processed, which they never told me beforehand. So, stuck with a $#*! watch. It also cannot be left in a car, even in the shade, for any length of time or it seld destructs. As expensive as everything is, you would expect better quality. 2 of the 4 s23 ultras had protected cases and screens on and yet, they were dropped from 6 inches and are destroyed. Insurance is a joke. I'm just soooo done.
I was a bit hesitant to switch onto the Android phones. But it turned out that Samsung makes pretty decent phones that do not concede to Apple.
Probably it was because I had some experience with Smasung phones but it was too long ago. And since then they have improved a lot.
Brand New Out of the Box Samsung dishwasher! Ran 4 months and had to get replacement parts! Still waiting for Samsung to have a service company call to set up appointment after third time technician did not hook up electrical wire correctly! No more Samsung in this house! As for the Quick Service company Not wanting them to come out to my home either!
I had never shared any review for any of the product i purchased earlier this is first time i am facing bad experience by Samsung Product and Service and Specially Croma service.
My sister purchased Samsung Fridge from Croma, Not working from the day it was configured. Croma raised there hand that they will not help and we will need to co-ordinate with Samsung. Really bad experience in service from Samsung & Croma.
Also my other sister had purchased Samsung TV, stopped working within one year of usage :)
I am using Samsung phone which hangs always now moving to some other brand.

I purchased a cell phone from Samsung using their electronics trade in offer. I shipped my ipad V1 that they valued at $120.00 on Wednesday, 06/07/2023 at 1pm. On Friday the 9th Samsung disabled and locked my phone. I am 63 years old, type 2 diabetic, who had my lower left leg amputated a year ago.
After admitting that the iPad was shipped and in their system, Samsung kept me on the phone for an hour and first told me it would take 24-48 hours to restore my service. When I explained my situation, they assured me that since this was a medical emergency they would restore my phone within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and my phone is still locked. Samsung hasn't tried to contact me to resolve the issue or made the slightest effort to address this. I have opened a complaint with the BBB regarding this.
I am also my 64 yr old brothers emergency medical contact. While I could make out bound emergency calls, if I received an inbound call from a hospital telling me that my brother suffered a medical emergency and is in the hospital I still wouldn't have received that call because of Samsung. I'm not trying to be hyperbolic but my brother could literally have died and I would never have received that call because of Samsung.
The fact that Samsung assured me that because of the medical situation they would resolve this issue in 24 hours, and it's now been 72 hours and my phone is still locked, tells me everything I need to know about this company

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
