Purchased TV July 4th 2021. June 2023 stopped working. Called customer care. Told me to take to their service centre to see what the problem was. Service centre report stated defective part. No damage to TV and no fault of customer. Called back was put over to Executive Customer care. Was told to e mail report. Did that, only for them to say Tv is out of 1 year manufacturer warranty and nothing they can do. E mailed back asking is this how Samsung stands behind their products etc. 10 days later, no response so called them again. Rude arrogant person just kept reading the script that out TV was out of 1 year warranty and I will have to pay for repair or replacement. Why have me e mail report. So Samsung sells a product with a defective part and says too bad so sad, fix it yourself or buy another less than 2 years after purchase. Terrible customer care, does NOT stand behind their product. A complete scam! Will NEVER purchase another Samsung product. From what Ive read throughout this ordeal, less and less consumers are buying Samsung products as quality has gone down so much, customer service is non existant and the samsung brand name means nothing anymore. STAY AWAY from Samsung products
Samsung galaxy s10+ works smoothly and very much like new. Have to get rid of it since no longer supported. Bought in summer 2020 and is now summer 2023. I paid for a top line phone for 3 years. Going back to apple at least they give you minimum 5 years updates. So much talk from corporate giants about being green but sewma like only green that interests them is money!
Made an appliance with a Samsung care plus warranty purchase in November 2022. Appliance was delivered damaged two times. Finally received a good appliance in January 2023 and I've been unable to get my Samsung care plus warranty on my new appliance. I have spoken to dozens upon dozens of representatives. It is now August 2023 and I still do not have my warranty. I have never seen such complete incompetence from a company in my entire life.

They came to see my television damaged by a power surge. They charged me $268 for the diagnosis but they never found which part was damaged and they gave me an invoice but it didn't work for me since the electricity company needs the Invoice to tell the truth that it was that the television was damaged by a power surge to pay me for the repair. I spoke to the supervisor and the answer was that they couldn't put that up because I wasn't at home the day the lightning struck. The manager was very rude to me. And they also opened the connection box and then closed it and didn't put the cable back on. NISU MIAMI is the worst tv repair service It's a shame that Samsung uses this company to do its technical service
Waiting for Samsung unveiling of the zflip 5 I got too excited ytd and placed an order immediately as the phones were unveiled. When I got my confirmation email...then I had realised that I had chosen an online extra colour of green inside of the mint colour that I had wanted...I called the customer service immediately only to be told I can't cancel the order.I was heartbroken. I requested a call from the manager during office hours and hung up. This morning the manager at Samsung customer service Singapore Thiba called me. She was extremely polite and resourceful...she asked me a lot of questions and when she realised how much I wanted the colour of my choice.she said she would try to help me and told me to give her time...
Then she called saying she had gotten my purchase cancelled.she also got me back my one time use 200 dollars voucher...she also helped me cancel my old phone trade in...

Paid so much for nothing
Phone stopped working after 3 months. Needed to have motherboard replaced. Was told by Samsung that it would take 3-5 days which ended up being 2 weeks with absolutely no communication or updates provided. I then received the phone back with further issues that have not been rectified. Samsung refuse to replace the device or provide a return authorisation for the retailer. Samsung customer service was abysmal. Nothing but insincere apologies and empty promises. Constantly fobbed off being told that a "case manager" would make contact which never happened. I still don't have a device that works as intended and Samsung refuses to remedy the problem.
Worst phone I ever got! Less than 6 months in it has stopped the screen is black won't show anything! Don't buy this phone!

I was on phone with customer support for over 2 hrs to purchase a new charger. I was transferred twice, was forced to download an application for remote access. Samsungs website couldn't process my payment and then I was hung up on. I never got the charger.
I bought a Samsung screen in November of last year, but unfortunately, it was filled with technical problems. There was an annoying sound of discharging charges and an issue with the screen's remote. I contacted the technical support, and they informed me that there was no problem with the remote and that the reason was the sluggish Tizen system. After arguing with the representative, they told me that the remote was faulty, but unfortunately, the warranty was only for 6 months, and it had expired, so they couldn't assist me.
As for the issue of the discharging sound, I contacted them several times, and each time they responded by requesting pictures or videos of the problem, claiming they would help. However, they eventually attributed the problem to the home's electricity, stating that it was causing the issue.
Is it reasonable to blame the electricity for the problem, Samsung? Why didn't I face this issue with my old screen?
My credit card account is drafted monthly for the payment. My business phone is no longer functioning. Replacement phones are guaranteed (per your website) to be received within 24 business hours. Confirmation (YZIL41PMREXX) of a new phone to be sent to me was received Friday. I called today, Monday, and it has not been sent and they will not give a date that it will be sent. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. This also happened on Friday when I was trying to resolve this issue.

Worst phone I've ever owned. 21,22 & 23 Ultra are known to have bluetooth chipset and other motherboard chipset issues. All samsung offers is to do a factory reset of the phone.
Trade in is a scam they will give you one price but once you send your cell in even if it has a tiny nic in it they will give you nothing n your forced to take whatever they offer or they charge you full price and you can't rewritten the cell. I'll never buy a POS company samsung product again. Customer suicide is garbage n their Thieves and liars
After spending about 8 frustrating hours trying to get an advertised price on an 85" qled tv and a sound bar, I had finally decided to purchase them paying roughly $300 more than what was advertised.
The following day, I got a notification via email stating that the order was cancelled due to a system error at their end and that I have up to 72 hours to contact customer care to solve the issue.
I called the next morning and they explained the system error that was not my fault and at the same time, they informed me that the tv I had purchased is now out of stock.
I was furious to hear that all of the time I spent on this purchase was a complete waste of time, and unfortunately, the folks at Samsung had complete disregard to my time spent. What really upset me the most was the fact that they reallocated my device to someone else when it should have been available until their system error was fixed.
After spending about two more hours talking to customer care via calls/chats and not getting anywhere, I had decided to write to the CEO's office to share my frustration. After two days, I was contacted by multiple folks from customer care and they wasted another two hours of my time telling me how sorry they are about their system error and that there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation unless I was willing to spend another $1000 to get a different set.
This appalling experience had left a bad taste in my mouth and I have decided to invest more of my time to share my experience with others on every platform possible.
For those that want to help, I would appreciate your comments and directions as to where I should be posting about the experience I had. Thank you in advance.
I'm tired of being ripped off by companies giving my money to them and getting nothing back I have owned tvs tablets and phones also the new s23 ultra not to mention about the same thing as last few years with little upgrades here and there I will be switching to a different brand
I have been a big samsung supporter going back to my first cell phone back in the 90s.
Well that is over! Never again will I buy samsung. My first defective device and I was treated like garbage by tech support. Interrupted nonstop by the most rude tech support ever. Then hung up on when I wouldn't let him interrupt me anymore.
I will be steering people away from Samsung as well as myself for the future. No company should have agent that behave like this.

I read about this and I didn't believe it. Now it happened to me, so I will give you my honest review.
I traded my Samsung S9 phone for 40 dollars. Removed it from the Beetle case it has been from day one, charged it, factory defaulted the phone, made sure it was wrapped nicely and added the case to the box I sent. Received a message that "upon inspection, have adjusted your Trade-in Value to $16.00".
Shame on you Samsung! For the 24 dollars difference that you want, you lost me as a future customer for good.
I bought a 512 GB Samsung Ultra, the top watch, own a Samsung TV and a vacuum among many other devices. This was the last time I have purchased anything that has Samsung name on it, for the 24 dollars that you stealing from my pocket. I will not waste my time to refuse it but will take the time to distribute on social media, and tell everyone I know that Samsung is not what I knew it used to be. Shame on you Samsung! Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
