I have had my Samsung smart refrigerator for exactly 7 months and the computer screen is already fried and can hear serious motor problems. I am not happy after spending thousands of dollars on this worthless machine
I bought the samsug galaxy note 9 and within a weekthe battery charger stopped working. Since it was within a week, I went to the vendor to get a new charger who suggested me to return the phone. Nothing was wrong with the phone for I was able to charge it borrowing a friends charger. Called Samsung customer service and their policy to send a new one is 14 business days. Who on earth would buy a phone who can live without the phone for 14 business days?
Within my return period so thinking about returning and getting something else. What if something happens to the phone and have to be without my phone for least 14 business days.

I bought their tablet. It stopped working. I contacted them, they sent me instructions on how to sent this tablet back to the. A couple of days later they sent me this tablet back without doing anything. They even included broken charger.
I called back. They put me on hold for a long time and never any one of them ever talked to me or resolved this problem.
They sell expensive garbage and we buy it and just waste money.

I bought this washer dryer a year ago WW80K5410UX. And since water leaks from it front door. And after two engineering visit and 1 repair, its still the same. And on top of it, samsung says I need to pay for repair as its "not a fault". Is this kind of a joke, water leaking form front door of an year old dryer is NOT A FAULT.
High quality product. You pay more because you get something better. They dont sell cheap knock off like Huawei or Xiaomi.
Save your self time and a headache, all you will find is delay orders, when you finally receive your order something wrong is going to have ( crack screen or shutting down). When you try to reach costumer service they will make you explain the situation 5 different departments and finally all you get is a non Speaking English Asian answering the phone and only reads what the screen says or they practice to say, ( an outside question, they won't understand) and you'll be repeating all this over and over. Lies over lies. JUST DON'T

Ordered a smart watch for Christmas. A month later, still waiting for the watch and customer service had no idea if and or when it will ship... even though I decided a tracking number which only says they have only generated a packing shipping slip. However I was directed to contact fedex for my product! As their service department has no idea if it has shipped or if it's on hold or backordered. SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Order from 3rd party... amazon at least you get a clue if you'll get the product. Plus amazon dont require you to confirm the order with their shippers! Isn't that their job?
I have the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Samsung. I bought two phones one was Galaxy Note Edge and the Galaxy Note 4. Both of the phones after 7 months start shutting off by themselves. When I called the customer service they send me to Customer care, the customer care did not solve the issue for me. They ask me to buy a new battery which I did but the phones still not working. I factory reset both phones and it did not help either. The worst part, they wasted 2 days of my life going back and forth to their shop with no help. I will inform all people that I know not to buy a samsung phone ever.
Samsung Customer Service is horrid! I ordered a Galaxy watch as a Christmas gift and, taking Samsung's suggestion, ordered the charger to go with it. Christmas day, it was opened and we discovered the charger was included! 13 days after that, I contacted Samsung to return the charger and was told that they would not accept it as it was delivered to me earlier than the 15 day return window. They will make NO exceptions for Christmas presents! While they are polite, they are immutable! They say "we value our customers" but prove themselves liars through their actions. We are building a new home and had planned on using Samsung appliances and products but, given their service and attitudes, we will NOT buy Samsung products in the future. Thank heavens I'm only out the cost of an unneeded charger rather than major purchases!

I understand delays and back orders but after a month and with no UPDATES. Calling into your call Center extremely difficult to get ahold of any competent person, refusal to put the consumer in touch with floor supervisor when requested! When I finally can get ahold of e-commerce department they give the repeated answer of ship week of December 30th and today is the last day of that week, I'm RECIEVING no UPDATES I email to CONFIRM shipping today Friday January 4th and ONLY then get advised it's Still BACKORDERED, not in stock.
You ran a sale, but then month in half later still can't fill orders yet you charged customers accounts but you can fill new orders at FULL Price for the same item before orders placed in November.
Terrible Customer Service and response to replies but funny when I CANCELLED this order which you can now resale at Full Price you're Jonny on the spot to reply a confirmation of my cancellation.
May Karma prove true and such Service and conduct befalls each and everyone of you and Samsung as a whole.
You better get my monies refunded to PayPal immediately I will be contacting them with negative feedback on your PRACTICES as well as few other avenues, ie. Better Business and Reviews!
Bought an extra part that was not needed (was included with TV but was NOT on website specs) and they refuse to let me return the unopened box because I was on holiday when it arrived and now it's past the 15 day "buyer's remorse period". Screw this company, their return policies, and their non-transparent website and product specs.
EDITING TO CHANGE MY 1 STAR to 3. I was contacted by Samsung after my case was closed to let me know they would in fact be willing to change protocol after all and allow me to return my unneeded product. Not sure how it escalated and not entirely happy with the process but am glad they ultimately agreed to take back the unopened product and refund the money.
I would like to post a review about how the dryer works but it was delivered to me damaged and broken and I paid to have it installed which is one of the options when you purchase product. This review will be about Samsung service when you buy new product from website. I purchased the dryer and was delivered 12-21-2018 and I have called several times and I keep getting the run around all they do is transfer me and pit me on hold for 2 minutes, then I get transferred again to another department. While on the phone with Samsung customer service I am writing this review the best part I am even telling them I'm writing this review. Then they tell me" they need to have a service technician come to my house to fix the dryer and if it's damaged then the service technician will contact us". This is by far the worst customer service ever. I used to love Samsung product I have a Samsung phone, tablet, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, TV, watch and washer and dryer. After my experience with Samsung customer service I will never purchase another item from samsung. STAY A WAY FROM SAMSUNG.
I ordered a Samsung odyssey + headset November 25th, 11/25/18. I was told the headset would ship 12/16/2018 and arrive before 12/24/18. I called multiple times since 12/16/18 to ensure it would still arrive before Christmas for I was leaving out I'd town and it is a gift for my nephew. On 12/19/2018 I was assured it would be and the tracking number might just be delayed in being sent out. I get a tracking number today 11/21/18 and it says it will be delivered 12/26. After Christmas. I called customer service. They said it was not their fault and I should have expected delays around Christmas. Infact I did expect delays and made multiple calls to ensure it was on schedule. I was insulted. Then I was actually told to call FedEx and complain to them and see if they can deliver it faster. Extremely unprofessional. Because of the fall through by Samsung to ship it in time, I asked if I could receive $10 promotional credit to spend back at Samsung. I was told it was not Samsung's fault that I only selected standard shipping. How is it not Samsungs fault for promising me a delivery time and not following through? I would have gladly paid more to ensure delivery before Christmas. After multiple attempts to talk to a higher up she said there is nothing they will do and they don't talk to customers. I was just asking for a little compensation for how upset this made me and was wanting to spend more money at Samsung. They told me they will not offer any compensation. After further attempts I was told to send and email and hope to receive a reply back from someone higher up. After this experience I may never make a purchase from Samsung again! I'm not trying to "get something for free." I feel I have been let down as a customer and the credit to spend at your shop would have been a nice courtesy gesture. Now I'm left with a red mark on my cheek and it is a lasting impression on my experience with Samsung. Amazon.com has never once treated me like I experienced for your customer service. They even gave a complimentary gift card of $20 for a shipping error on ups not even their side. The fact you guys completely disowned any fault in the matter is astonishing. If this is how your customer service runs I am surprised to see you still in business.

Awful, awful, awful. Never buy from Samsung.com. I bought a Note 8 phone unlocked with a verizon sim card. They shipped the phone on time, but then verizon said the sim card and the phone they sent were not compatible. Eight (8!) hours of my time w/ tech support, having to drive to a verizon store, etc. and it still was not resolved. No one had ever heard of this happening. So i said, i'll buy a new phone from you and return the problem phone. I bought a new one, and same thing happened. So i've wasted a huge amount of time, have been without a phone for weeks. And they never offer recompense. When i asked, they said they'll give me $25 off of some other samsung product. Never buy from them. Incompetent.

I have received the worst customer service ever when attempting to get a brand new Samsung dishwasher serviced. The 48 hour rule is ridiculous and provides no comfort for the customer at all. I was told it was a installation issue and needed to call those whom delivered. I called to have the installer return and they reported the item defective. By the way the dishwasher is a week old, but when I called back to Samsung customer service to get a technician to come out and then was told it was within the 30 day period of purchase from retailer and needed to contact the retailer. The retailer then informs me that it is Samsung's responsibility to get a new dishwasher to me and shouldn't continue to pass me around in an attempt to avoid helping a customer. This has been a very frustrating ordeal and now I set waiting for a Samsung technician to call me back to even schedule service.
Read other unfavorable reviews on the E-commerce department took the risk and ordered a Galaxy S9 on Black Friday for $200.00 off. It was shortly before midnight. I discovered a typo in the delivery address. I called immediately and was told to cancel the order, re-order and then call and I would be credited the $200 difference. I was given a ticket number. Five phone calls, 3 emails, two customer service tickets later, I was told to eat the $200. I then ordered a return label and someone reached out to me saying they will go to a higher authority and process the refund. In actuality, they want me to miss the return deadline so I am stuck with a bill and likely won't have any phone at all. It's been three days and no one has responded with the credit verification.The sales department is outsourced to another country and most of the reviews are bad. These people are not to be trusted and hopefully Samsung will find another e-commerce company that can improve their image. Prices, service and terms are better buying from another source even if it's Walmart, Costco, Verizon, etc.

HORRIBLE MISTAKE to purchase Refrigerator RF31FMESBSR. Housing is broken, doesn't cool or produce ice. Spent several $$$ in service techs who say "manufacturer should replace your unit, it's defective". Samsung does not respond. PLUS broken parts all over: handle, door shelves (yes all!), freezer drawer. DISPOSABLE piece for $2,750! Low pressure water output, expensive filters, nosy doors - wish I could rate less than 0! - STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS - YOU'LL SUFFER IF YOU BUY!
I am dedicating my day to making sure i can review samsung as many places as possible. This is the worst exerience i have ever had with a product. Customer service is a goddamn nightmare! 12 weeks without a fridge, 5 weeks go by before i had to contact them again about refunding me for food lost... they say they want one thing... then they say they need another... such a run around. I WANT TO TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO NEVER BUY SAMSUNG ANYTHING! PLEASE save yourself all the headaches and stress!

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
