Every time I try to submit photos and a description of issue with telivision in the request repair section I get a constant error message that will not let me submit the problem. Television is in mint condition. I consider new because of how well kept it is

In 2018 I bought a 32 inch smart tv all my downloaded apps were currently working until this year 2026 where the spectrum tv app stopped functioning. I contacted spectrum and they told me that 2016 and below models of Samsung no longer supported the spectrum app. I looked at the model of my Samsung tv and it was manufactured in March 2018 so I'm good right? Wrong. So I called Samsung spoke to customer service and they told me with the model number of my TV it was manufactured in 2015 but my sticker on the back says it was manufactured in 2018 so as far as I'm concerned that's false advertising and is wrong and Samsung will not honour. So what the model says and what's actually sticker on the back of your television set is not always the right here. Buyers beware!

I purchased a Samsung UN65KS8000 TV which was marketed with a "Burn-In Guarantee for Life." The unit has developed clear, permanent image retention consistent with burn-in, making it unusable. I provided Samsung with detailed photos and documentation including a BestBuy receipt confirming the issue and referencing their product guarantee. Despite this, Samsung's Product Support Team concluded based solely on images and without a physical inspection that the issue was "not related to burn-in." They informed me that I must pay out of pocket for a panel replacement, which I believe directly contradicts their advertised lifetime burn-in coverage. I have spent several weeks corresponding with Samsung's Extra Care representative, Bernice Huskey, to resolve this matter. Samsung has declined to honor the guarantee or provide any accommodation, despite clear evidence of burn-in and their own promotional claims.

I purchased a Samsung range in early November, and it was delivered on November 18th. On November 26th — only the second time I ever used it — I heard a loud pop, looked down, and saw that the entire cooktop had cracked from one end to the other. After inspecting it more closely, I also noticed the cooktop is bowed, which clearly points to a manufacturing defect. I wasn't overly stressed at first because the appliance is brand new and should have been fully covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty. But Samsung has refused to cover it, claiming that "cracks" aren't included — even though the crack happened during normal use and is obviously related to the bowed surface. What makes this even more frustrating is that Samsung initially told me a technician would be sent to inspect the unit. Instead, they abruptly closed the case after an "investigation," despite the fact that no one ever came to look at the range. How can a proper investigation be done without physically inspecting the product? My husband and I spent years saving bit by bit to finally replace our old appliances, and now we're stuck with a brand-new range that's damaged through no fault of our own. No cooktop should crack after two uses, and Samsung has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving what is clearly a defective product.

Review: Unacceptable Service and Handling of a Brand New, €2,000 Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (Austria) Customer Status: Long-term, Loyal Samsung Ecosystem User (S25 Ultra, Watch Ultra, Ring) Product: Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (1TB, Most Expensive Variant) Purchase Price: Approximately €2,000 Location: Vienna, Austria This review details a severely disappointing customer service experience regarding a newly purchased, top-tier Samsung product, ultimately resulting in the loss of a long-standing, loyal customer. The Factory Defect and Initial Contact After purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, I noticed a significant battery drain issue almost immediately. The tablet would lose its charge quickly even when unused. After experimenting across three full battery cycles, I confirmed the defect and contacted Samsung service approximately three weeks after the date of receipt. As a loyal customer who had purchased the most premium version of a new product, I expected a simple, immediate exchange. Instead, I was informed I had passed the arbitrary "two-week exchange window"—a policy that makes no sense when dealing with an apparent factory defect that takes time to properly diagnose. The service agent advised me to send the tablet for repair, assuring me that if a factory defect was confirmed, it would be automatically replaced with a new unit. I reluctantly agreed, sending the tablet in with the clear expectation of a replacement. Unacceptable Service Deviation: Repair vs. Replacement The service process immediately deviated from what was promised and what is acceptable for a flagship device purchased three weeks prior: Repair Authorization without Consent: Despite the assurance of a replacement for a factory defect, Samsung unilaterally sent the brand-new device to a 3rd party for repair. Major Component Replacement: The repair center notified me they were in the process of changing the main board. Receiving a €2,000 device that requires a main board replacement only three weeks after purchase is unacceptable; it converts a factory-sealed new product into what is essentially a refurbished unit. If I had wanted a refurbished tablet, I would have purchased one at a substantial discount. Broken Promise of Follow-Up: I immediately called Samsung service to complain about the unauthorized repair path. The agent promised a follow-up call within a day—a promise that was never honored. Subsequent calls to the service center were met with unhelpful responses. Product Return and Final Insult The entire process, which should have taken days for an exchange, resulted in me being without the brand-new tablet for nearly one month. The condition in which the "repaired" tablet was returned was the final evidence of utter disrespect and organizational failure: Packaging: The device was simply warped in bubble wrap, not secured in any appropriate packaging. Condition: The screen was filthy upon return. Accessory Damage: My separate €35 screen protector had been removed, and the adhesive side was completely contaminated with lint and dust, rendering the accessory unusable and requiring me to discard it. Conclusion The service I received was disorganized, unprofessional, and insulting to a long-time customer. Samsung's policy and execution effectively forced me to pay full price for a new product, only to receive a repaired, main-board-replaced, and carelessly handled unit one month later. This experience—from the refusal of an exchange for a clear defect to the negligent return of the product—has broken my trust in the brand. I advise potential customers to consider this severe lack of support when purchasing high-end devices from Samsung, as you should expect your brand new product to be replaced, not repaired and returned damaged, should it contain a factory defect. I will not be purchasing another Samsung product in the future.

Samsung QN85QN90a dissapointment!
February 6, 2023

I recently bought Samsungs highest quality 85 inch TV with a reg price of $6200. After a few weeks the remote no longer would charge via usb or solar. I spent hours getting the customer service department the numbers and information they needed. They said they would send me my replacement remote immediately and I would expect it in a couple weeks, tops. After not receiving the remote I tried several times to get through to them, being on hold for hours. Finally I got through again and the rep was a lot less helpful but would look into it. A week later I received a call saying they have decided to reject my claim for my remote. After they told me they were sending me one. Keep in mind this TV retails for $6200. I have decided to reach out here to tell all, about my terrible experience with Samsung. Buyer beware!.

Avoid Samsung Refrigerators at all cost!
February 4, 2023

Purchased brand new Samsung French Door Refrigerator Nov 23 2022 and bestbuy took 2 weeks to deliver it instead of the 3 days promised From Nov.until Feb 3rd 2023 this refrigerator maintains a 48 degree in temperature instead of 35 to 37. It doesn't work. It's an 1800 paper weight and Samsung can't get any techs out to diagnose it or repair it. They never call or respond to me I r Samsung. They contacted another company that called me to say they will fix it if I pay them 125.00 diagnoses fee,a service call fee plus parts and labor all paid by me cause Samsung doesn't pay, too slow to pay and always shorts them so they are out. Samsung says to reset it 3 times by unplugging it an hour each time. That didn't work 1800 and over a month and my brand new very expensive refrigerator spoiled 575 worth of food. The refuse to replace it even after they stated they would because a technician has to come diagnose it but they can't get anyone to do it in a month. Credit card company says they will charge it off cause bestbuy and Samsung sold me a Lemon, a defective product and they refuse to make it right! Today they want another 2 weeks from me to try ubreakifix. I called 14 locations and all they fix are Samsung PHONES NO APPLIANCES! STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG SO YOU DON'T HAVE A STROKE OR HEART ATTACK DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND REFUND DEPARTMENTS. I'M GOING TO GO BUY A GE, WHIRLPOOL MAYBE LG. COMPANIES THAT ARE KNOWN FOR APPLIANCES AND NOT JUST CELL PHONES AND MEDIOCRE TVs that don't even have Dolby vision!

Horrible Customer Service
February 4, 2023

Been a long time customer with all my tvs, appliances and phones just recently started having issues with the black screen on my zfold3 which wS still covered under the one year manufacturer warranty I took it to Best Buy and had them look at it said it would take a month to get parts so I called Samsung directly and they told me to mail the phone in and I would have to be without my phone for at least two weeks I told them they were crazy just kept giving me the runaround for an hour on the phone with resolution. That was the last Samsung thing I buy time to switch to an iPhone.

Samsung doesn't honor their warranty
February 3, 2023

I've bought a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra last April now it started giving me problems with changing and some other issues so I called customer service the did all the trouble shooting on my phone and that didn't help so the asked me to take it to a nearby samsung authorized place, I went there stayed their for over an hour then they said your phone has a motherboard issue and we can't fix it here call samsung customer service again
I went back home I called them again now they telling me to send my phone back to them via mail to fix it.
I am very disappointed I still have warranty on my phone until April 27 2023
Why won't you just send me a new phone and take this one back.
It's very sad how they treat their customers.
I am definitely going back to apple

Samsung NZ customer service is a joke!
February 3, 2023

Samsung NZ customer service is a joke.

Not only can you not get through either by online chat (waited 30 minutes and still had no available representatives), or phone (there was silence on the line when I finally got through forcing me to hang up), but if you do waste 3 hours and finally talk to them, the promised follow-up never comes.

I have been waiting over a week and still nothing.

My issue is one shared by many S22 user, the persistent Secure Folder notifications that you cannot turn off. It is all over the online forums - it is a known issue, but they still haven't dealt with it.

I fear it is the end of Samsung as a prominent company in this space and I am looking to move to Apple, after being a loyal Samsung fan for 15 years.

Scam
January 29, 2023

Samsung Is a scam! They don't follow through with being covered by warranty and will say it's your fault. I have the z fold 4 wasn't even 5 months old and I went to open my phone one day and there was a white line on the screen and green line going down the middle. Mind you no cracks or anything in the screen and got out right told that I broke it intentionally by dropping it. I was very careful with the phone. Also never opened my phone useless I was using it for work and needed a bigger screen

Worthless phones and warranty
January 26, 2023

I purchased a Samsung a13 in Nov 11,2022 only to have the device suddenly stop powering on after 25 days. So we sent to Samsung for repairs and they replied that the motherboard burnt out and it would cost $161+ change to fix that the motherboard is not covered under there warranty. Phone burns itself out in under 30 days cause of poor craftsmanship and it's not covered under warranty is pure B.S. There customer representative was very very rude. I no longer recommend Samsung to anyone and I'll never purchase a samsung product ever again

Extended warranty
January 25, 2023

I purchased a Samsung wine cooler 11 months ago and am being told that the warranty starts from the date of manufacture and not the date of purchase. They will not sell me an extended warranty as the time period is up. It was all I could do to get them out to make the repair. Do not buy until you find out the date of manufacture. Your warranty window might be far less than you think.

Won't Return an Item
January 24, 2023

I bought my sister-in-law a watch and almost immediately realized after purchasing she had an Iphone. I tried to cancel the order the same day but they wouldn't let me despite it not having been shipped yet. When I went to return it they said they only have a 15 day return policy and I would have never realized that a company has shut a short return policy. I already have a watch so I can't do anything with this one that I am now stuck with!

SAMSUNG SHOULD BE BANKRUPT
January 22, 2023

Samsung should be bankrupt. They rob and steal money from their customers. Their products are manufactured faulty and not fully functional, they are sold to customers under the pretense of a warranty that will be honoured if the product is not working as it should and then waive their responsibility to fulfil the warranty just because you were not the original purchaser, despite this appliance being purchased and installed by the builder of your home in which you were the first occupant and user our your saw agreement. Our dishwasher stopped working within 2 weeks of being installed due to a failure control panel which is back ordered and out of stock and Samsung has waived our right to a refund or repair because we are not the original purchasers. This is a ridiculous policy and we have spent countless hours trying to have the make the situation right only for them to continue to waive their responsibility in making and selling faulty products with the intention that they won't be able to create the parts required to repair it when it breaks and won't honour the warranty to refund. This company should be bankrupt. It is robbing the general company blind. It's disgusting and I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again the rest of my life.

QLED Q60 82" TV
January 22, 2023

Bought this tv 4 years ago. At year 2 I had to replace the screen 2x for faulty pixels. And now a random verticals shadow goes across the tv and it's conveniently out of warranty. Not sure why a tv with this many known problems is now all of a sudden my problem just because it's out of warranty. Make it right Samsung. Petty service.

Flat out lie on a delivery date. Was promised to be delivered in 5 days and then the day before they tell me that they aren't sure when it will be delivered. They have taken the money from my account and want me to just wait until the fridge is found? This is a scam and would easily be considered theft if I did the same thing to someone else. Would never buy an appliance from samsung again.

Absurdity
January 17, 2023

WARNING Don't pick a pedestal for your washer that is a different color as Samsung will change YOUR choice of machine color without telling you. No mix and match, I guess that's unacceptable, horror! Out of the box! Even if you did it so it would ship and arrive at the same time as the machines THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED. Then if you try to correct THEIR mistake they won't let you, and they will send the unwanted machines and try to shove them down your throat anyway.

This is a terrible article, don't spend your money on Samsung! I bought this TV, and after 32 months, it broke down. I called Samsung technical support, who told me that the TV has a faulty circuit on the screen and that the repair costs €903. Samsung's response is "according to Samsung's procedures, internally damaged equipment has been subject to external damage and use outside normal standards which alters its reliability". My equipment is perfectly kept and has never suffered any damage. Run away from Samsung, choose another manufacturer!
