My Sam's Club Master Card was lost or most likely stolen. It was used for $800-$1000 in charges for services, on line and a couple of which were at Sam Club itself. When we got the bill my wife called and paid the charges we had made which was up to a certain date She was told there would be no charges or fees and do not send payment for the balance until an investigation could be completed. After sending information a couple of times and several phone calls we were informed we "Benefited from the charges? After about 5 months they said we owed it so we just got tired and paid it. Less the extra charges and interest They had the balls to place a renewal fee on the bill. We cancelled the card and our membership! They really suck and we will never do business with these snakes again! Beware!~!

What a JOKE! I have been burned twice by false advertising from this location and twice the management has done nothing to help make it right I had a issue years ago and the manager resolved it immediately and it really was not a Sam's club issue more like Verizon that is located in the store. The last 2 times Wich have both happen this year the management did not offer anything to resolve the issue. In fact imediatly when mI toldasked how they ewere going to make it right she told me if I wasn't going to shop there anymore to go to customer service and they will refund my membership. I loaded 12 boxes of flooring and took to check and they would not give me the discount because they said someone already purchased 12 boxes of flooring with my membership? Well yes we did about a month ago and the coupon book says limit 12 not per visit or per membership for life anything like that I mean the last purchase was about a month ago? The other issue was I went to purchase a PlayStation that was on sale about 5 months ago and when you do this you have to take a card up front that represents a PlayStation keep in mind there was 4 cards left when I took it to register they called a manager because the price was not right and he said they were all out? Then after debating with him he said actually the advertised price was incorrect and they had them but could not sell for that price. So let me get this straight you guys fail to do your jobs so us as members that pay a yearly fee get screwed? How is this a club that I would want to be a member of? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can take your club and shove it I am done being misled and then lied to. I think I will go check out Costco. Beware this place is a joke!

My wife and I went to the Sams Club at Raymore Mo. Friday 9/6. After filling our basket with meat, frozen foods, and refrigerated items we went to the check out. They had 4 lanes open for self check and 1 lane open with a checker. We were the 4th customer back. All had super filled baskets. The 2 young ladies were doing all they could to serve everybody. I asked why they only had 1 lane open and they pointed at a young man and said "Ask the Manager". When I approached the manager he seemed uninterested and said they had no one to run another checkout. I pointed to a line now 5 deep at the check out. He did not seem overly concerned. When we finally left they still only had one register open. Our bill was slightly over $300.00 What a rip off as to service.

So I don't have a Sam's Club near me in New York but love the store in Texas. I decided to join and now that I can get Free Online shipping on a lot of the items I want, I order from them monthly. On one order, I found the expiration date on the snacks was only a few weeks away, and on another order, the snacks were smashed (which I blame partially on the packing and partially on UPS). On both occasions, I gave them feedback and they were very receptive to the criticism. Pricing is often better than Amazon Prime or any other source. I just wish I had a store near me but I have to give them two thumbs up!

On line order returns

I have been trying to cancel a order I placed online since 26 Aug 2019. I made over 15 different phone calls trying to do this without luck. I was lied to by 4 different people saying that the order was canceled but when I checked my credit card statement on 3 Sept I was being charged $1694. 94. So I called again and and was on hold for 45 min waiting to talk to a manager. After explaining to her what was going on she put me on hold for another 15 min while she talked to the shipper. When she came back on the line she said that they would once again cancel the order and start the refund. I informed her that I have disputed the charge and if I did not see the charge removed from my credit card the next contact on this will come from a lawyer.

I love Sam's club for the low prices and great quality items. They also have great benefits if you are a plus member. Just wished the store I shop in did not change opening hours to 8 am instead of 7 am. Big difference and shopping less because of the hour change is inconvenient for me as a night worker. Still a great place to shop.

I ordered a generator on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 for Hurricane Dorian. The website said there were 3 in stock so I hurried up and ordered one. I got my email stating I could pick it up Saturday, August 31,2019 from 10am-11am. I wake up that morning and see the "Order cancellation" email.

I call the store to talk to a manager and the employee told me the manager was helping get water from a truck that just pulled up and she asked if she could help me instead. I nicely explain the situation and she says she was so sorry but they sold out of generators Thursday, August 29,2019. I explained that my problem with that is that I never received an email stating that they had sold out on Thursday or Friday. She said hold on and she'd try to get the manager again.

I wait about 5 minutes and a manager named Shawn gets on the phone so as I'm trying to explain what's happening, he just continuously talks over me or tries to talk louder than me.

Needless to say, it's a few days until the hurricane hits and and I've called every place imaginable with a generator and they are all sold out.

Great customer service!

We recently went to Sam's to purchase laminate flooring for our entire home. We thought we'd have to load every box onto a cart, then purchase it and carry it out and unload it in our trailer. But, when we explained what we were doing, several employees readily directed us to snap a picture of the URL and take it to the register to let them know how many boxes we were buying. Meanwhile, other employees picked up a pallet of flooring boxes to the dock area and met us there. Finally, when the forklift couldn't drive the pallet directly into our trailer, two employees, Marco and Sidney, stopped what they were doing and helped us load all 76 boxes into our trailer. We were so grateful, and they were so kind! This was at the Albuquerque Coors location.

I bought a TV set online. Orginally they say we will not charge you for item till you pick it up But that is a lie! I somehow choice wrong day and couldn't pick up item on that day. I tried to change pick up times. It can't be done even by going to store and trying picking it up early! I was advised to cancel order and then go over and buy TV myself. Ok so I got employee to cancel order and went to purchase TV that was in store. I was declined on my card because I didn't have money in bank to pay double for one TV purchase. 3 days later still out $300 and no TV for me! LOUSY BUISNESS DEALINGS! Never Ever Buy online!

Terrible return policy

I purchased a shark Ion vacuum for my son for Christmas. It stopped working in May. I contacted Samsclub and asked them if I could exchange it for a new one. The lady on the phone was so rude. I then called the extended warranty place that I purchased when I bought the vacuum, they told me to contact Shark which I did. They were very nice, sent me a return label and a list of what I needed to send with the vacuum. I went online to print out my receipt and it had been zeroed out and said returned. I have been fighting with Samsclub for 2 months and finally received my money. When it comes to returns and Customer service Samsclub it the worse. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP.

If you want to shop at a store where they actually give a crap about you (or at least pretend to) this is not the place. Sometimes I wait to go to sams unless I am in the muskegon area because the Alpine location is the worst! My fiance had his wallet stolen while on a work trip and the front desk laddies refused to give me a replacement for him even though the account is under my name with him as a co-card holder. I went in again to try to redeem a promotion and once again I was turned away. I absolutely hate this store and would drive any amount of distance just to go to a Costco and avoid sams club at all costs!

Ordered from their online services after a week of waiting they screwed up my order. It took me 1 hour on the phone being transferred back and forth to settle this and then didn't get full refund. Finally had to cancel order, Completely unprofessional and disorganized. NEVER AGAIN.

I called in a veterinary RX for my dog at Sam's Club pharmacy and was told that I just needed to bring it in when I picked up the medicine in a few days. A week later I called and they hadn't even placed the order. They said they needed me to bring the Rx in before they could placed the order, which was totally contrary to what I was told by the idiot I had initially spoken to. When I asked who the person was that had taken the order, they refused to tell me, when I asked to speak to the manager, the man on the phone would not let me speak to the manager. I kept on insisting he put the manager on and the man hung up the phone. I was beyond words as it was clear my valid complain was not taken serious, after all it was a Rx for a pet and not a human. DO NOT GIVE SAM'S CLUBS any pharmacy business. They have incompetent and insensitive people working for them and others may be misinformed and their pets may be the ultimate victim. The eye infection my dog had has now spread to my other two dogs. This was unnecessary and cruel when I could have brought in the Rx if I would have been told they needed it before they could placed the order. Also, I didn't need to unnecessary wait when I could have used other online companies rather then the local Sam's Club pharmacy in Fishkill, New York.

Pet owners, DO NOT GIVE THEM PHARMACY BUSINESS!

First have been a Sams Club member since 2005. That being said I will not renew my membership the end of this month and take my business to Costco instead! Reason being... had purchased close to $2000 of patio furniture this past week from Ypsilanti Store #6667 only for it to go on sale for $150 less 2 days later. We called the store and talked with an emoloyee Heather who stated we could bring in the receipt to have them issue a credit. However, when we brought the receipt in for the credit the bonehead Manager would not honor the price adjustment but very rudely offered if we brought all the furniture back to the store he would then make the adjustment! REALLY! Nice customer service you DON'T provide! It took 3 SUV's to load it all up with absolutely NO help from their store! Truly not any way to treat any customer... Can only hope Corporate Sams Club in the future does a much better job in placing more professional/desirable/personable people in their Management positions! Till then will head to Costco and take a much needed HARD PASS from Sams Club!

Horrible

I was looking at a large ticket item there was minimum savings to purchase at Sams Club. I reviewed Sam's clubs site and realized that the membership was $45. I was not a member and questioned the value? However Sams website marketed their credit card through First Synchrony bank and advertised $45 credit if you make a purchase immediately online. I purchased the membership went to buy the product on-line clicked on the credit card offer which processed my application and approved mE for A $1000 credit limit the site had me click continue shopping at which time brought me back to my purchase with no credit card information. I called twice nothing they could do, I spent 2 and half hours of my time shopping and nothing they could do. I canceled my membership and the credit card did not purchase the item from Sam Club.
NOTE THAT 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED WITH an online PURCHASE FROM WALMART, IT WAS ALSO THROUGH SYCHRONY BANK
WILL NEVER APPLY FOR ANY CARDS AT SYNCHRONY BANK
