I ordered my kids a 20 ft. Round pool in June. Instead of 2 box's (box 1 of 2, and box 2 of 2) they sent me 2 boxs of only #1. They weigh over 125 lbs or more ea. I removed both boxes just to find the same liner and net. There's no frame and no filter. They said they sent out a replacement and they were picking up the original 2 boxs. I chatted with them 5x about this problem! This has been going on for weeks! Now it's the end of July and there "replacements" consisted of just 1 box, NOT 2! And guess what? It was once again only #1 box, which makes 3 #1 boxes we received. Luckily I was out front when FedEx came. I said where's the 2nd box. They said this was all. I told them to turn around and send it back! I called and they said sorry and that they would refund me instead of sending a replacement and since they took everything back. They wouldn't send it to the store for me to pick up. My kids were so excited to get a pool. We are all so disappointed! We purchased all the chemicals, floats and even a fancy vacuum. What a waste!
I was charge a 100 membership fee by Sam's for auto renewal only problem was that i am not the primary member on the account my daughter is so i am unsure how or why i was charged. I called customer service to try and get my money back on 7/12/2022 it is now 07/22/2022 and i still have not gotten a refund. What disturbs me is that the customer service rep told me that upon checkout i somehow agreed to this auto renewal of the sam's card how i don't know since i was never primary on the card so i never signed anything. I finally got a manager on the phone after calling customer 3 times and speaking to 6 reps and he set it up for me to go store and get a refund. This is not the only issue i have had with Sam( I have their credit card) but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.
I have always been happy with my Sams Club purchases. I've been member for more than 10 years and a Plus member for about 3 years. For the last 2 months my online orders keep getting cancelled. Over and over again. I contact an "agent" on chat who tells me it won't happen again, reorder, then click--disconnected. That was this morning. I reordered yet again. Tonight my order is cancelled again. Tried the chat, sat on hold for 39 minutes then click--there's no one available to help me. This is ridiculous. I'm not making big purchases. We're talking cereal, coffee, the basics. Nobody returns emails, there's no phone number to call because the local stores can't help with online orders. The local stores don't have what I need in stock. If you're thinking about a Plus membership just save your money.
I was at the Sam's Club in Johnson City Tn I was having trouble getting my credit card to work cashier canceled my order. Then I had to go to the customer service and get another Sam's Club card. Because I forgot mine at the house my temporary card she picked up and threw away. The guy at the service desk refused to give me a temporary card without my drivers license. The previous cashier asked me my phone number and my name and all of my information and gave me one. I will never shop at the Sam's Club again even the manager was very rude. All I wanted was a temporary card so I can pay for my stuff and leave.
Horrible place didn't get half my order that was said to all of been delivered. Then went online to costumer service to get $#*!ed around about sry but u must call your local sams to get this resolved. Called 4 times and just rings no answer still waiting to get this resolved l. So I guess I'll go back to Costco never had this issue there
Not only is the quality level & choice declining for products. They also stick you with the worst credit card on the planet. Forget about using the "MasterCard" like a real credit card if you travel out of your billing state. Only card I have that still requires "travel notifications" & then it only works for 30 days at a time & that's only in the continental US. I can't imagine the nightmare it would cause for international travel. Back to Costco until Sam's dumps Synchrony.
They've lost their zeal and embraced mediocrity. Nothing special and exciting any more. I was a member when Sam's first opened about 30 years ago. They offered products of high quality and some things you couldn't find anywhere else. Their garden plant and potting section was amazing and reasonable prices for wonderful and sometimes rare plants. The food choices were better, too. Now, you can't find many healthy food choices, only prepackaged junk food that causes diabetes and cancer. The cookies, chips, pies, cakes and snacks represent about 25% of the entire store, maybe more. Aisle after aisle of it. But, the only healthy choices are going to be the fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, of which are scarce, limited, and usually are not displayed well and are beat up. When I try to order online for deliivery, I see the delivery fee is 15% to 65% higher than other places. No one charges more than Sam's to deliver. When I order 5 items, they are shipped as 4 separate packages with separate tracking numbers. The 2 Air Wick Air Freshener Plug-in replacements I purchased arrived in a plain cardboard box with no labeling or packing information to tell what they were. It would be the same as if you took empty bottles off your shelf at home and put them in a plain box that you found. I could not tell which scents I was shipped, who they were from, and these were meant as gifts. I couldn't give these. Everything they do is half-heartedly done and doesn't meet the mark. It's sad to see them limping along like this and no one seems to care. I won't be renewing and will probably go to Costco after this. I've heard good things and certainly the food I see from my sister and other members is amazing. Sam's could be amazing again, if they tried or cared to be. They simply don't!
I tried calling to cancel membership but the sales guys in customer service made me not to cancel just like typical sales people and told me to cancel on last day of membership. Guess what I forgot and they charged me another $100 and they said you cant get refund for cancellation now. Literally there were no transactions on my account but they dont care. Waste of money.
My mom got me a gaming pc and i have been using it like crazy. Thank you so much for the x box game pass gift card as well.
I have been using this same day delivery service from SAM's Club since March 2022... You order food online and they get delivered within hours. I ordered groceries and they were suppose to be delivered between 10-12 noon today. The app says delivered but my son told me here hasn't received them. I called the store and Pharmacy told me to call back. I call back and Tire/ Battery dept answered and i ask to be transferred to groceries. He told he to call back, I explained the situation and he hung up. I called again and ask to speak with a supervision. (Store Madison Sams Club, Madison MS, Manager JUSTIN) I while i am explaining the man kept repeating what i was telling him like it was a joke. I told him my groceries are delivered on the same day and he said they don't have that service. And i told him, "well it seems like you don't know all the services SAMS Club provide. He then started shouting and said he is the one helping me and I need to calm down or else he is going to hang up. Then he was like we can start over but if you keep disrespecting me i will hang up. I guess telling him the services provide is a disrespect. I don't tolerate how he was talking to me. As a customer for years they lack training and customer service skills. I would not recommend my friends or family to shop t this store.
I ordered two sets of barstools that were never delivered and because I did not buy their membership, they will not refund me and will not help whatsoever. I asked for replacement items instead of a refund and they told me to call my bank instead. Long story short do not buy from sam's club unless you have insurance for your order.
Cash option registers I'm so tired I've only one register being open that can take cash I don't understand why your self checkouts can't take cash just like Walmart since you're associated with Walmart if Costco ever comes to Amarillo I will join them and cancel my membership with you
I placed an order online for my niece and wanted to cancel. I couldn't not find an option to cancel or a phone number on the website to call. So finally I got the online chat she lied to me that she cannot cancel because it was more than one hour when I placed my order, which was lie…. It was less than an hour when I placed my order. My order was placed at 10:15 a.m. and I Trying to find the cancellation option but couldn't so I started to chat with Sara around 10:45 AM She's telling me she cannot cancel because my order was more than one hour so I went on Google find 800-number and call and the Lady I spoke with was telling me I placed my order an hour ago which wasn't even one hour yet so it's a disgrace to Sam's Club online service I would not make that mistake again so disappointed.
I got the membership a year ago and only used it once. I don't need 20 boxes of Mac and cheese so it wasn't somewhere I shopped. And then without warning they took another $100 out of my checking account after I had canceled. I called customer service who I couldn't understand due to talking extremely fast with an accent. I had to keep asking her to speak slower numerous times. But she said it would take about 15 days to get the $100 refunded back to my account. It didn't take 15 days to steal it out of my account so why does it take 15 days to get it back. The customer service rep hung up on me when I asked her the question. I wouldn't recommend a sams membership because you will be ripped off
Other people on here whine and cry about minimal stuff, if people weren't so lazy and incompetent you would have a better experience :)
The worst ever boycott till there call centers are in America!
Used my CC in May 2022 for a $1000+ purchase and now Sam's tried using my card for fraud purchases. Never going to happen and they got caught by my CC company. I have been a business member for over 25 years and was denied early access to the store, unless I paid an additional $70 fee. Never going to happen. My wife and I were treated like criminals today, from the cashier to customer service, for not paying their "ill-gotten and unwarranted" fee. Destroyed my "club card" and will never patronize this scum organization again. Change you name to Biden's Club - it's more appropriate.
We just left Sam's, Matthew's NC after purchasing a large TV Console. We want to thank Customer Service for their quick assistance, and Maddie servicing the front registers. She checked in with us consistently until the console was brought down from a high shelf. Thank you Maddie. We want to thank TyShawn for assisting us with loading. He was very careful, polite and treated us with professionalism. Thank you TyShawn! Thank you Clark Walrod for having a good team of employees. We have just relocated to this area and will look forward to future shopping trips.

I have gone to sams club in Fayetteville illegal nc for the last 6 weeks and every time I go, they are out of pretzels and/or fountain drinks. I love sams club lunch combo... pizza and soda 2.50 but I love their pretzels too! I just hate they have been out lately. Sams club has awesome deals n I love sams I just hate they been out of pretzels
Charisse and Gelsy are the best! They spent an hour with me and my husband the other night trying to give us a refund on a Xbox that someone had hatched out account and charged on our sams club. We had canceled the bank account that the fraud occurred on it was very complicated trying to figure out how to credit the money on the returned item but on a different account. They kept a very positive attitude even though it was past closing time. They also made us feel like they were happy to provide service and we were not a bother at all. We need more service oriented employees like these two ladies. Thank you Charisse andGelsy
