We've been a member for more years than I can count. We've given Sam's consistent business. We ordered groceries that never came. Sam's delivery service is unorganized and not held accountable. This was 3 weeks ago and Sam's still has not refunded our order. The way I see it they have stolen from us and have no issue with it. I'll be canceling my membership
I was added to my wife's account and I paid the add-on fee using my credit card. When it was time to renew her account, Sam's charged my credit card $140.00 without asking me. At the time I signed up, I was not asked or given the option to opt out (if its their standard policy) of auto renewal. My wife had 3 credit cards already on file with them, which had been used in the past for renewal.
I tried to contact Sam's on multiple occasions (at least 7 times) and each time I would get passed to another department who was suppose to help resolve the issue. Most of the time it was a call center outside the United States. I don't have a problem with outsourcing as long as the representative on the other end understands the issue and can resolve the case. However, that was not the case. They spent more time saying that they "understand and apologize" and less time getting me to the right department to fix the issue. Each representative told me something different. I was told that notes would be annotated in the system to let the other representative know what the issue was; however, I had to explain the issue over and over again. Each time I called, I was given a different reference number about the same issue. Bottom line, their telephone customer service sucks. They are good at passing the issue to someone else to relieve them of the responsibility; however, nothing got resolved.
After 7 days I eventually had to go into a local Sam's Club and explain the situation all over again, in order to get resolution. I will no longer use their services.
If I could give them less one star, I would.
I purchased jewelry at my local store and paid for it at the counter. Within minutes there was another charge to my card at the same store and yet another the next day. All charges were Sam's Club online purchases. I immediately locked my card & reported it to the bank. I went back to the store & spoke with the manager. NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. I called Sam's customer service countless times. All you get are 15 year olds in the Philippines that drop the calls when they transfer it. 8 days later and still no resolution. I've learned that they are nothing but glorified Walmart! Cut up my member ship card.
What should have been a happy day turned into a traumatic experience. We paid $339.00 to have our patio furniture delivered to our patio. Instead the lone driver prepared to leave it in the street. My husband is severely disabled and we have an assigned disabled parking space with a wheelchair ramp in front of our home. We are in our mid 60's as well. None of this mattered to the wife of the owner of AA delivery service who blamed AIT who blamed Sams Club. They all played the blame game instead of the "let's fix" problem. I was screaming and crying and finally paid another $40.00 to the delivery man to drag the boxes to our patio. I was asked to sign for the shipping being forced to accept unopened, unpacked furniture. Both AA and AIT delivery companies should be ashamed for their unprofessional behavior communication and zero customer skills. We were left traumatized and will never order from Sams Club again. The only people that cared were our neighbors that came out to find out if we were ok since they heard me crying and yelling! $339.000? To leave our furniture in the street? Sams Club needs to find delivery companies that reflect the level of customer service and respect offered in their stores.
Tried 3 times on Sam's live chat, and each time my questions were ignored and nothing was solved! My order keeps getting canceled and now I have 4 pending charges on my bank account!

Cashier stated they want u to act like Walmart take everything out. I did even though juice from Rot chicken mess. Rang pants wrong price and even w/a pic. Refused correct price even after waiting for a manager for a long time. Then clerk said I was rude. I finished then thought I'm done. Got my membership $ and left. I avoid Walmart now. No one has tell me twice. Not to mention clerks like these will ensure their self checkouts. Definitely no customer service. They won't even give you a membership card for months. We need to stop shopping here and Walmart will it take 2 months if everyone just stopped? How long?
More items out of stock lately than even during the pandemic. Not consistent with inventory. I've only been a member for 4years, but I'm not going to renew. Bless y'all's hearts that actually go into the store-I've gone in twice, and just can't get used to the gestapo receipt checkers at the exit. I mean, we're paying to be a member…but are automatically branded a criminal the second you walk in the door? That's just creepy and weird.
Be careful! They are dishonest. I purchased a very large quantity (over $*******) of items. Two of the pallets of goods had expiration dates that were weeks away. I explained that this was for export out of the country and by the time it gets to the destination it would be old. I asked them to change it for newer expiration date. They were so RUDE! They told us that was not their problem and feel free to call our lawyers because they get dozens of letters from lawyers daily! This is incredible that they don't care and that they seem to be proud of their rotten and deceitful service. I will NEVER use them again. I have lost over $3500.

So the store does Not have the item in stock (of course the app says it does** So waste the time go to the store. Nothing... The store says order it online and you do *Online* Sams Club charges you and you see your Order and it gives you A Delivery Date. Ha... Ha... The Jokes on You They Never Ship Anything and No Updates. So they Get You Into The Store with *A Lie* **No Stock** Then Tell You Order Online** You Do You Wait 5 Days and You Aint Got $#*!***NOTHING*** Then Cutomer Service Chat Tells You They Will Escalate Your Bull$#*! Order and Wait 5 Days for them to contact you... WOW That Is Insane The Worst Treatment Of A Customer Like Ever... I Mean Why Even Lie To The Customer **TWICE** Instead of **SETTING THE RIGHT EXPECTATION TO BEGIN WITH *** INSTEAD THEY PRFER TO PLAY STUPID PET TRICKS WITH A CUSTOMER***

For years I've been going to Sam's club in CA, always had stocked items, never out and now for the last 9 years, Gilbert AZ. This particular store can never keep items in stock on a regular basis, even before the covid excuses started.
Frozen broccoli, frozen green beans, pine nuts, balsamic vinegar, Angus beef patties, frozen chicken breasts, Yoshida's Original Gourmet saute, (summer items like the recent 48 in. Fan) and the list goes on and on.
I have complained more than once directly to the manager AND to some dude in a three piece suit that was supposed to be "THE MAN TO TALK TO" a little over a year ago and still the same crap excuses for not having items stocked on the shelves, and I'm not talking just a week or two, I'm talking 4, 5, 6, weeks and sometimes several months, then it finally pops up.
I understand that they sometimes discontinue items but most of the items I posted above, if I drive 15 miles out of my way to another Sam's club, have the items I need in stock. Like the 48" fans. While Gilbert was out of them the Sam's in San Tan had and still has their shelves stocked with them, among many of the other items I need and use on a weekly basis.
So my question to the company heads of state is: WHY IN HELL have you not replaced the idiot in Gilbert with someone that can keep your shelves in Gilbert stocked. And now he has replaced the Angus beef patties with Angus beef, beacon and cheese patties but no regular ones to be found.
I HATE CHEESE ON MY BEEF!
WOULD YOU PLEASE REPLACE THE GILBERT MANAGER WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN KEEP YOUR SHELVES STOCKED WITH ITEMS WE USE REGULARLY?
I signed up a paid for a Sam's Club membership and was not able to use the membership number. I contacted their customer service three times. Chat customer service informed me that Sam's Club has the right to revoke any membership for no reason and sent me a list of reasons that me being a new customer, had not violated. However, they did charge me the $45 membership fee and informed me that it would take a week for me to receive a refund. Instead of slashing your memberships to $8, how about not rejecting someone who was about to spend at least $300 with your company.
I purchased a washer on July 16th and delivery was rescheduled twice and finally delivered on Augst 11th but now they just leave the washer in the garage and say they do not have parts to install and I should call and schedule next week so they can come following week and they even refuse to use the parts I already have
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCE FROM SAMS CLUB, a very lousy company with rude employees
Went to Sam's today to get a group 51 battery for my John Deere tractor in South store did not have any but the north store had five why do they have five in our store in zero at South store is not an inventory control issue went to Walmart bought $20 Higher thanks for charging me my membership fee

Someone hacked into my debit card and spent over $1600 online at Sam's Club. I have disputed these charges with the bank but they cannot credit them back until Sam's Club releases the charges. I called Sam's Club online numerous times. At first no one would speak to me because I do not have a membership with them. After calling back numerous times I was told there is nothing they can do but that I should have the bank call them. When I asked for a number they refused to give me one and said the bank should no who to call. Makes no sense, they cannot help me but I should have the bank call them. This company displays the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Do not shop there! I will be filing a complaint with Kathryn McLay, CEO! DO NOT SHOP AT SAM'S CLUB! They provide the worst customer service ever!
Several items were purchased fraudulently on my bank card, as well as my husband's. I made Sam's Club aware of this on Thursday July 28, before the actual item was sent to an address out of state, not on my account, that we had never used. Alert? Apparently not. My 4 Chats and calls to Sam's Club were all in vain. I was told 4 different times between Thursday, and the following Tuesday (August 2nd) that they would each 'escalate' the complaint and the 'fraud' department (doesn't exist apparently-they must actually be the FRAUD department because they allow and protect FRAUD). Short story, the items were DELIVERED days after Sam's was notified by me that they were fraudulent-and still preparing for shipment. Duh. Both of our bank accounts had to be shut down and reissued (taking days), and Sam's Club wouldn't issue refunds because THE ITEMS HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Wow. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Especially since our account information would have been leaked FROM Sam's Club. No other fraudulent charges occurred. Bottom line, Sam's Club shipping sucks, there is no customer service, and they enable mail and bank fraud. Have fun!
We have tried to get our patient pain medication 4 times now. It's not like its a high powered pain medication. It's tramadol 50 mg. She is preparing for a joint replacement surgery. They would not except a verbal prescription nor would the except a hand written prescription. This lady lives almost 2 hours away and is in need of this light narcotic. The MD actually drove with in 45 min of where she lives and met her on the side of a road just to hand deliver her the prescription with DEA, phone number and all contact information and they still refused to fill this. They only except e-scribe medication. So computers can not get hacked now? We will never send another patient there for any reason.
For anyone who has or is a Walmart member do not go to SAMS CLUB it accepts you qr-code enter payment a small glitch then nothing however your account is still debt. And don't go to so call customer no service they are no help either. Rather pay few cents more that deal with this frustration. We do however gave our lawyers something to do will share results with y'all.
