I purchased 3 shirts on September 6th. To date I have yet to receive any product. I have yet to be contacted by anyone by phone. I tried calling the bogus number they have on their website which shows up as busy EVERY time I call which has been over 40 times. The people who run this completely crooked business should be arrested. Worst company ever!
I have recently bought a dress from sammydress and I though it was going to be exactly as what the photo they have advertised the dress as but when it arrived the dress looked like an imitation and the seams are everywhere. The material looks like it was cut in a rush and the threads from where they have finished sewing it is everywhere. It felt like I bought a trash :( not happy at all :(

I actually gave them a trial, and they aren't bad as perceived by people. I generally love their services from purchase, escrow and shipping, especially the men's wrist watches i bought worth the price.
Did my order on 08/29/15 and got mail from them about shipping on 08/31/15. Until today (11/03/15)nothing received. Opened ticket on their site asking about shipment or refund. No reply. Please stay away from this site, you will just be wasting your time and hard earned money.
Better donate your money will get some blessing in return.

No problems occurred, just a misunderstanding on sizes. But i was so happy with my purchases and prices!
Looks like I will just cancel due to no product with PayPal like many are already doing if I dont see my order in one more week. PayPal will end up cutting this company off if they are ripping people off. The research I have done so far shows this company is on the way to being blacklisted and hacked due to all the complaints. Someone is going to send a crippling virus to destroy the website unless they send out this order soon! They should use caution ripping off people when they dont know who it is they are ripping off!

Ordered two items was super excited about it. Paid to have it shipped in 3 to 5 days. Took over 2 months. Received the shirts and they looked absolutely nothing like the picture and they were like a child size. So bad it was almost funny. This site is to good to be true. Don't waste your money!

I placed an Order with SammyDress early October 2015. 2 weeks after I placed the order I get a message that my items are out of stock, ok? So I wait and wait... Finally they arrive today and they are not the size I ordered. ( You have to use the measurement conversion scale because the clothes run very small) and even, after due diligence and measuring, they sent me children's size clothes. I ordered a Large size jacket and made sure the breast measurements matched up. It is so small that it wont even fit my wife and she is a small woman.
Do not be tempted by the low prices. This site should be avoided at all cost. Luckily I'll just dispute the charges with my credit card company and get my money back.

I brought shorts from the SammyDress website. When they arrived I immediately noticed the size of them. I ordered an XL (Adult size) and these shorts were around a UK size 6 (US size 2). My tiny friend tried the shorts on and they didn't do up, not because she couldn't fit into them but because the button hole was sewn up.
You would think this was enough reason to get a full refund... I emailed SammyDress and they asked for photo evidence, I provided photo evidence and they didn't respond. I offered to send the shorts back and they didn't respond. I then opened up a dispute with PayPal and finally received a response but not the response I was hoping for, They were willing to pay me $2 which is around 8% of what I paid for both the item and postage.
Paypal doesn't deal with manufacturing issues of sold/purchased items so couldn't get involved. So I'm now unfortunately $24 down:(
The lesson is. Don't buy before doing your research and reading the reviews 1st.

I ordered as well in early September and it is now going into the 2nd month of not receiving the pants I ordered. I am very disappointed and have opened a dispute with Paypay, but I believe I am going to have to open a claim instead to escalate the issue. Every time I try to call I get a busy signal. Maybe that is because people call them every second of the day trying to find out why they have not received their order. I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I loved my outfit and experience with Sammy Dress... dresss were perfect! I oreder on the 10/15 and received it within a week or so...
I was excited about the reasonableness of the prices and should have remembered the old adage of "getting what you pay for" except in this case I have gotten nothing for my money!
Yikes! Its coming all the way from China. Just try to speak with a real human being. I have made out so many "tickets" expressing my concern and all they say is the same old jargon about "some items take extra time".

Tengo dos años comprando en Sammydress y me encanta, hay que saber comprar por internet, solo he tenido un percance con ellos pero esta en proceso de solución, y bueno después de dps años para mi no hay problema, ya que los productos que he recibido son excelentes, la calidad, color, etc. estoy satisfecha con el trato de servicio al cliente. This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had. Ever. First of all it took 20 count them 20 days to receive my first order it was incomplete I was still waiting on one more piece no one let me know it was going to take longer. Ok so I send emails with no response. 3 mind you. Ok fine what other choice do I have except to wait. So here it is 40 days later I received the last piece of my order AND IT HAS A HOLE IN IT! I am beyond pissed. I hate that I ever looked at this website it's horrible please no one put yourself through this they are awful. I've never been ripped off like this. Ever

Shipping took almost a month... coming from China! The clothes fit horribly! Some were disproportioned... i. e. On sleeve tighter than the other. The material for all of the items purchased was extremely cheap quality. Out of 8 items purchased, there were only two shirts I could actually wear... One was so flimsy and see-through I must always wear another shirt under it... and the other had rips along the seams, so I am not able to wear it unless I can find someone to repair the many holes in this brand new shirt (which will cost more than the shirt is worth)! Please RUN! There is no way to speak to actual customer service. You must try to reach them only through the site. Any when it was all said and done, I ended up taking a loss... because the hassle of trying to return something to CHINA was greater than the irritation and displeasure of purchasing these horrible clothing items! I'll take it as a lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN! This is not a legit operation!

Don't make my mistake and be sure to do your research before buying. A simple online search reveals many people with complaints about Sammy Dress - and they usually center on the received clothes not matching the pictures and the clothes being way too small. And the BBB has rated Sammy Dress an F, which should tell you all you need to know. Shipping was a bit slow too but it's coming from China to US, so that's at least understandable. But the other complaints that i've now taken the time to read are valid -- Sammy Dress sends clothes that are different from you see online and the clothes are teeny-tiny. I'm 5' 11' with a slightly athletic build but I ordered sizes XXL and none of the clothes i got are even close to fitting. I'd have to get a XXXXL (if that size even exists). Listen to me and many other reviews that urge you to stay away. There is simply no way normal sized people could shop at Sammy Dress and be satisfied. Beware of untrustworthy positive reviews and get suckered in... spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I've been a SammyDress customer for a few years, and I'm always happy with my purchases! I received a great quality purse in my very first order, and I always receive compliments when I use it. Recently, I was also happy to find a dress extremely similar to a style from a high-end store, but for a much more affordable price! There is a great selection of free shipping items too, and I love that most of the jewelry and accessory items are available in this section. I ordered a shirt that was in the PLUS category. I ordered an XL. Shipping time wasn't terrible, but when I received it, it was like I ordered a size small! I sent in a ticket and have yet to be replied to! I have called "customer service" which seems to be someones personal cell phone since I get a voicemail and have tried the "live chat". I will NEVER order from them every again.

I already have mentioned before about the poor and worst service of sammydress. Then these guys contacted me promised they will ship my order and provided me a tracking site and ID. I can never track my order. It always says unable to track. They are just fooling around. When ever I ask for my refund, they will just send me a tracking no bull$#*!. Worst service...
