It is one of the worst online store to buy cloths or any thing... the sizes were smaller and one of the item was missing. I emailed customer care and they said it may take up to 21 days to ship that item. Now it's been 2 months and I haven't received it. No one should shop this site... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD BAD BAD...

I ordered a dress from this site September 2,2015. Today is November 5th and I still haven't received it. I don't care if it's coming form China that still is a ridiculous amount of time. I have contacted them 3 times regarding this issue and they have responded each time with a "wait a little longer" response. I am now asking for my money to be refunded. Let's see how they handle this request.

Update. Today, Nov. 9th, 2015. They did apply a refund to my credit card. At least I got that. They were very apologetic as well. So I give them props for that.

Ripped off

Be very careful before you shop on this site. The sizing is not true to size and when you want to return anything they make it very difficult for you. I ordered size 14's which was the biggest it went and when I wanted to return them as they were too small they would not give me a full refund. All I can say is shop on Australian sites. Very disappointed!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Waste of money. Everything I bought was either too small or horrible quality (holes, stains, ripped seams). I spent a little over $100 on this site thinking I was getting good deals BUT I CAN'T EVEN WEAR ANYTHING I BOUGHT. They also didn't send me 4 of the items that I paid for and only offered partial refund for each of the missing items. WHAT THE #%&*. Either send me the clothes or give me a complete refund for the missing items?!
This website is misleading, they make money off scamming people, selling clothes that aren't what they advertised and charging for items that the customer doesn't even receive. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time.

I've placed two orders with SammyDress so far and I've been pleased with the cost, shipping and customer service behind both. I plan on buying from them again.

The quality of the clothing I bought was surprisingly on par with anything I could buy locally from JCP or Target, but significantly cheaper. Just be sure to understand how the sizing works. A size L in America translates to a XXL in China, for example, and they run a bit slim. I didn't have any problems but other people have, so SammyDress has made a lot of sizing information available on each item's page.

Really Poor Quality

I received my order of 3 dresses, 1 swimsuit, 1 jumpsuit which I paid $106 for. None of the items are usable.

The quality of the material is very poor. All the items I purchased had good reviews on their website, but I don't know who is writing these reviews? I wrote a review on one of the items a few days ago, giving it a 1 star on their website, but my review was not posted to the site.

They definitely filter through the reviews on their website.

I would say, these clothes might be acceptable quality for teens wearing something only once or twice, but not for professional adults wanting to wear these to work!

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

Ordered M************** from sammydress in september. Apparently shipped out with china post late september. Still have not received. Honestly dont know if I ever will receive!

Pretty sure the same company runs Trendsgal, which i also ordered from on the same day. Except with them I paid for tracking--- turns out the tracking number does not even work! (supposedly with PostNL)...

I can only hope this review keeps you from making the same mistake I did.
I searched reviews for SammyDress prior to making my purchase, and I was met with numerous complaints about shipping, refunds and quality. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and make a small ($20) purchase, in hopes that I would be wearing one of the beautiful dresses I found on the website at my September baby shower. That order was placed at the beginning of August-- to date (Nov 4), I have only received messages void of any responsibility or real willingness to assist me with my missing order or a refund. They gave me a delivery deadline of October 13... I still have nothing but empty words. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone number they have listed for support. I'm sure if you read the company's response to this review, it will be the same exact response they have force fed every other scammed customer willing to speak out.
Let me assure you now, contacting them about this issue will not result in anything worth your time.
If you decide to venture forward, I strongly suggest at least using PayPal for some measure of purchasing security... but my recommendation is to just save yourself the headache and do not offer a single cent to this company.

Scam artists!

Cheap quality products look great in the pics. You get a huge runaround when you try to return the products. The online phone number doesn't work and no one responds to my email. I lost my money and I wouldn't wear this product to take out the trash. BUYER BEWARE, stay away from this website!

I have ordered two rings from Sammy Dress and they are amazing. I am allergic to silver, but I love silver rings, the rings I purchased are alloy and they are wonderful. I get several compliments on my rings and I am actually placing an order for more rings and ordering some for my friends and family. The prices are amazing as well.

Seriously people, do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They first off, seduce you with the super low costs, but then don't mention that you would have to convert sizes for the country you are in. So after spending 20 bucks on a "nice" looking shirt, and waiting an ungodly long time of 6 full weeks (not to mention being able to use the tracking number I paid extra for), I get my shirt. Eagerly open it, and was instantly disappointed. Very poorly made, cheap fabric, and poor stitching. Not to mention that the XL size, doesn't even fit my M sized brother-in-law. Upset I called customer support using the phone number they provide on-line. It didn't even ring. Just gave the busy tone indefinitely. So I used the dreaded e-mail support. A week later FINALLY got response from "someone" (most likely a bot, or a "customer service representative" copying and pasting the same generic response and like a mindless chip pressing send). I'm still fighting with them 2 weeks after receiving the first e-mail from them. I'm finally getting my way after cussing them out. And if they ever read this review, I have something to say to them personally. $#*! you guys. Seriously, $#*! you and your $#*!ty $#*! quality, and your $#*!ing terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back for your business and I will NEVER referring anyone to you guys. That said i hope this helps anyone looking for a good deal and doesn't want to be $#*!ed over by these money grabbing, greedy, low quality $#*!-tards like I did.

I bought 3 items from Sammy Dress. I am an average size male. I ordered everything in 2X because I like room. Every item I ordered was so absurdly small I couldn't fit them over my body. Are these sizes for children or small Asian men? Never again will I risk my money on an order.

Worst customer service
November 7, 2015

When I placed my order it said it would be shipped in 3 to 7 days. I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding which is in 2 days and I have not received it so I tired using the "tracking number" (which costs an extra $1.99) and I cannot find it anywhere. I called the company it was shipped through and they could not help me. I tried multiple times to send in "tickets" or inquiries on sammydress.com and it failed each time, usually just reloading the page and starting me back with nothing. Our stating my order number was incorrect, even though it's the number that was emailed to me from this company. I tried calling the phone number for customer service and it was either busy or rang and rang until eventually I'd get a busy signal again. This company is a scam and I want my money back!

It took a while and I had to continually contact them, but they did come through and refunded me. Still have yet to see the order, so I guess it was lost in transit. I told them I would update my review if they refunded me. Still will not order from them again.

Great Site with Cute items!

Sammy Dress is a great website that offers clothes, jewelry and much more. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their jewelry has some pieces that you've never seen before! Their clothes are Asian sizes so they run very small, just keep that in mind when you order. Sammy Dress has become one of my staples.
