I have no clue where to find my order number. I ordered on November 3 2015. They contacted me needing me to verify my payment and iD so I did. They never have me a tracking number and I paid for express shipping (3-4 days) and I ordered a lot and after reading the reviews I'm worried I won't receive all my items and be ripped off. I paid over $50 in clothing from Sammydress. My order never shipped and I received no help from customer service. I thought this was going to be a great place to get great clothes but I was mistaken. I've been waiting over a month for my paid order ship. I even paid extra for express shipping and still a month later nothing arrived!

I ordered a sweater online about a month ago and have checked weekly and it still says that it hasn't even been shipped out yet. I left a message for customer service and got no answer and the phone number is bogus. It goes straight to a voicemail that says it's full so you can't even talk to anyone or leave a message. The site must be a scam and I either want the sweater or my money back.

This company is a rip off... order supposedly shipped August 30th 2015 its now November. They will not provide a tracking number, explanation or a refund. Don't even bother trying to call the number on the website... it's non working. Total sham and con artists

I ordered two articles of clothing from this site based off a Facebook ad I saw! I ordered it with the fast shipping option of 3-7 business days. Well it's been more than a week now and my order is still being "processed"! It hasn't even been shipped yet! The website's live support is always down and I always receive a busy signal when I call the contact number (most likely experiencing a high amount of complaint calls).
Super unimpressed with this company. I am going to tell all of my friends not to order from them.
I might as well have donated my money to a charity.

I ordered a dress on 9/15/2015 for my nieces October 3rd wedding not realizing before that it was coming from China. I have contacted them 3 times only receiving a reply from the 1st asking me to wait a little longer. I have still not received! I have filed a complaint with PayPal hoping I can get a refund.
12/2/15 I am changing to 2 stars because I received a refund on 11/30/15. They required that I close my claim through PayPal first and then tried to get me to update my review before the refund was applied which I would not do until after. I still won't order from them again, however, because I still have not received my dress.

I can't, for the life of me, understand how people can give them 4-5 stars. They don't actually sell what you see in the photos. It's like fast-food photos, but for clothing. What you receive in the mail looks absolutely pitiful. People look stupid in their jackets. They look like they were made for kids. Maybe in the 6-12 year old range. Do yourself a favor and buy a $20 jacket in America, so you don't look life a goofball.
It's too bad really. If they charged more and sold clothing like that in the photos, they could make bank. American's aren't shy about spending $$$ on things they like. Consider American Giant, they sold a jacket for $80 that had a few month waiting list! And now there is a jacket on Kickstarter with 9 million in support that is going to sell for $150 + shipping.

I ordered 4 shirts from Sammy this past mid Aug. It is Nov 5th and it is still not here! Forget about EVER getting anyone on their telephone number, as all 16 times I have tried to call they were busy. I tried their chat line, only for a Pre-Sale Online Service, and their response was, "Just wait". Not only is their customer service virtually nonexistent, but to get info from the company is close to impossible! If this company was a US company, they would be out of business in no time! Left with a BAD taste in my mouth!
