I will never order from them again i wear a 20 my sister wears a 10 and the dress i brought fit her and the other dress fit my niece who wears a 4! I did order the correct size! And one said it was a sweater dress and it wasn't! Never again...
I try to contact them with no response it says my order was half shipped and I paid for tracking but it doesn't work. I just want to know if my stuff I paid for is coming or not because I wouldn't spend $115 on one shirt n a pair of leggings
Unfortunately when my boyfriend ordered 8 items for me, only 3 came through BUT it took about 3 or emails to find out what was going on, to make things worse, the amount of money paid to ship items were still charged for the 8 items (except only 3 came through) shipping ended up costing about $49 for 3 items?! With were only all under $20! I was very disappointed to find the people in charge couldn't even understand English properly and we had asked to wait for certain items to come through but they just sent back a poor amount of refund without trying to actually understand what we wanted. The other 5 items I had ordered said that they were available, I wouldn't have ordered them otherwise, so it claims to have items in stock (when they actually don't) it took over two months to have our money returned, but it ended up costing a ridiculous $70+ for 3 items. Not that it's a lot of money, but the purpose of what I chose was to get a bargain when in the end it costed more and it wasn't really worth it. Sizes are also deceiving. Not worth buying from this site and I won't be again.

I had a great experience with Sammy Dress. The clothes are true to size and look great! I would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered and was charged for an item months ago, yet I haven't received it yet. Telling you this is a waste of time. You have enough bad reviews about this company to know that they are crooks. This the kind of behavior that makes people wary of the WWW.
I ordered a total of 17 items costing me $216, I only received only 3 items out of the 16. I tried contacting them and couldn't get intouch. As of now, I would say they sucks.
After many, many, many emails and communicating these guys are the biggest thieves. Stay away at all cost. Oh, they will ship you part of your order than tell you the rest is on its way... but buyer beware, they later turn around and tell you the it, Es have been shipped just can't track, check post office, do they have correct address, busy time of year, order has been placed please be patient! All BS. Ordered my dress in August and still getting emails telling me first the dress was shipped in August, than oh wait it was shipped in September, no wait it was just shipped in Ovtober... please be patient the dress is coming from China! Received an email today telling me. My dress is on its way to be patient they are experiencing larger than average orders at this time of year! Again all bull$#*!! Forget about being refunded, they don't seem to understand that word.
I ordered a dress a few weeks ago and according to the tracking it left China and arrived in the US in a timely manner. But the tracking info indicated they attempted delivery yesterday at 9:09 and were unsuccessful. Wrong. I was standing in my driveway at that time and can prove it with my security camera footage. They have my cell number listed on the shipping info. I was holding me cell in my hand and can show from my cell log no one attempted to call (like if they were lost or something). I have submitted a service ticket but am frustrated and not optimistic. But, I will contest the charge with my credit card company if I do not receive the package in the next couple of days. Telling me to wait 45 days will not be acceptable if the thing was truly in my neighborhood less than 24 hours ago.

I have not received my items you have taken peoples money but do not put in the time to answer questions that are needed! I am not happy at all the customer service is appoling. I have sent over several emails to them to ask about my items they state clearly on their website within 24hrs they will reply but not one message from them. All they want is your money... CON ARTISTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OF MERCHANTS!
I like SammyDress, because it's cheap but still good material and their service is very satisfying! The first time I ordered through the website, my order contained 10 items. So I already had in mind that there may would be a delay, because of the many different pieces they had to find at stick together in one package. I kept in touch with them throughout the proces and I find that they were very quickly to respond! Then one of my items from the order wasn't produced anymore, and SammyDress gave me the options to get the money returned og get them in my SammyDress Wallet. They kept me updated, which I appreciate a lot. I'm definitely gonna buy more from SammyDress, especially because of their good service and the cheap but really comfy clothes.

I placed an Order October 15,2015 paid in full, and have not received my order yet! I ordered with other companies for Christmas gifts and received all of them and I'm still waiting on SO CALLED SAMMY! Good thing I went thru PayPal. Going there to place a claim of fraud along with the BBB; (to get my money back and BBB to list as fraudulent company).
BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YES, CLOTHES ARE CUTE BUT YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU PURCHASE!

I got my hand slapped by my attorneys for not doing my homework prior to ordering, I HAVE THE SAME EXACT COMPLAINT I SEE POSTED IN SEVERAL SITES BY COUNTLESS ANGRY CUCUSTOMERS. MY attorney's are actually family members which is very nice and I invited the one who specializes in consumer fraud to read the hundreds of complaints on face book and a few other sights. He advised it's companies like this that inspires him to do what he does. And has actually shut a few overseas companies down from being able to do business in the USA. Not even if the try and use a diferrent name and it was all done under very successful class action law suits. He advised me also these companies produce through the worst kind of sweat shops. Not saying Sammdress does but wouldn't be suprised. He further advised I give them another 7 to 10 days to have my COMPLETE order at my doorsteps or provide a FULL refund. If this doesn't occur he sugest I go on face book and these other sites with multiple complaints and invite everyone to join me in a class action law suit. That's Exactly what I intend to do.
I purchased about ten items from sammy dress: coat, sweaters and bags. Two bags and two sweaters never arrived.
But after I wrote this previous a review, Sammydress contacted me and offered me free gift and refunded my order and I got to keep my orders as a gift. Thank you Sammydress, I will be doing businee with you again after all explanation you gave me
