I placed an order in July, they say it was shipped in Aug, i paid for a tracking number but they did not generate it. Until today i haven't received my order and i can't track it either. These guys stole from me and i would not recommend them to anyone. I tried talking to them but they keep telling me to wait, it's been 3 months already. :(

Let's start with the fact that I'm a Cancer Patiebt who has a lot of medical bills and feel completely stressed out and sad at the fact that I finally FINALLY shopped online and though "GOD I finally can buy some clothes for great prices! " especially with my budget now and WELL I feel very very used! I got scammed as well. I have called and called called literally over 30xs & STILL no answer. I have sent an email and still no response, I paid for expedited shipping and no package yet. I tell you even worse, :( I bought this clothes to feel more confident about myself and it just broke me down more not understanding why people do these kinds of things. I'm going to pursue a lawsuit against these people and we will get them to shut down along with the other websites that are involved with this one. Fortunately my family is a U. I ordered my clothes back in August and have yet to see my purchases. I wrote customer service and they issued me a ticket number which I cannot even review or track the ticket number now. They advised me to contact my local post office which I did and they have not seen anything and even told me this whole thing is fishy. I wrote sammydress customer service again and have yet to even hear back. Would not order from them! I will be contacting my bank to put in a dispute!

Two of my orders had an item missing out of the shipment. I didn't receive a stylish 1/2 Batwing Sleeve Asymmetric Solid color loose dress for women, Blue for $6.80. The second order had a Trendy V-Neck solid color long sleeve Irregular dress for women, Black XXL for $8.20. I've emailed without any further solution offered, and I've call the customer service number that's never answered because of a busy tone. I paid my money, without receiving the rest of my merchandise. I'm so fed-up right now. I need help in getting my items & returning some clothing that was shipped too small & ripped. Previously the tracking/order numbers they give you is all wrong and when submitted the email won't take it.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Sammydress. I ordered two watches, but I got 20 LED lightbulbs. I requested a refund, and they told me they would gladly give me one. I ordered in September, and I still have not received a refund.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO ORDER RECEIVED. Order placed 10/22/15 and today is 11/9/15 - no order, no answers, no service! ***BUYERS BEWARE**** They need to be SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!

I originally had reservations about ordering from SammyDress as I wasn't very familiar with their products. I had heard that it took a long time to receive products, but I received my order much faster than I had expected.

When I opened the products I was very happy with what I saw. The hoodie I had purchased fit me perfectly, and was very comfortable to wear. I also purchased a toque, which fit snuggly but the comfortable manner. The last product was a gift for my brother in law, so the only thing I can say is that it, like both of my other purchases, looks to be very good quality.

The only negative thing I would have to say is that it did take nearly a month for me to receive my purchase, although faster than I have read online that other people have waited.

Honestly, I'm really surprised by my purchase as SammyDress has great prices. Already planning my next shopping excursion on their store.

I ordered one dress from this company to try it out and will never use this site again. It took 2.5 months to receive the dress. The dress was supposed to be a woman's size 2x however it is so small that I don't think it would fit a 10 year old child. The worse part of this experience however was that after I purchased this dress my credit card then started receiving fraudulent charges. The charges started within hours of this purchase and I had not used the card for several days prior or after at another location. I am therefore left with the conclusion that SammyDress.com is not a secure site and is not safe to use. Save yourself the nightmare I went through and do not purchase anything from sammydress.com!
