Worst quality clothing ive ever seen or bought! The seems on everything is wonky. The reason i think the delivery takes so long cause they are making to order! Well, you get what pay for i suppose! I've bought 2 shirts and arrived today. CAN'T wear it because of the quality, the cloth quality is similar to a raincoat VERY CHEAPPY and i'm ashamed to wear it.

I ordered two watches and a wig. Both watches were nice vibrant colors, easy to read and of good quality. I am very happy with my purchase.
As for the wig, I ordered it on a whim. Even so, I am happy with the color, texture, style and length. Nice product for an even better price.

I orders 2 large purchases from them about a month ago and haven't received anything. I've submitted 2 tickets about it and their "being processed" same with my order the statues is still "processing" I've Ben tryed calling the number so many times and never get an answer. I'm extremely upset and this is my first time buying from them. I don't want to cancel the order but I think I might have to call my bank and have it canceled. I'm so upset, these were gonna be Christmas gifts.

I ordered on October 6th and I still have not received my item I ordered something cheap just to see what the service was because I wasn't sure this website was Legit. Luckily if I do not get it I'm only out about 15 bucks but it's the principle. I will never use this website again. Awful!

I ordered a pair of pants two months ago, they never came. They were supposed to come from China and they sent a link to a website that didn't even track the package. They made me wait for two months to request a refund and after the two months they came back saying they would issue me a credit for a future order. Are you serious?! This place should be shut down, period. Very bad business model and customer service is a joke.

Never buy anything from here. At first it looks great, sweaters for such a good price, but then shipping and handing is very expensive, but so what? It happens. I clicked, and paid extra, to get it here in 3-7 days. But what they don't tell you, is first they have to accept your payment, then they had to get everything together, and then they finally shipped it off. So even though I paid more to get it here in 3-7 days it took three weeks to get here, AND that was only three out of four sweaters I ordered where they haven't even shipped off my fourth sweater yet! Then, I get a text saying how I owe more fees, fees I wasn't warned about, and all of a sudden, on top of paying a lot for shipping and holding I now have to pay an extra $22.78. Well if you would have warned me about that I never would have bought the sweaters in the first place because now a $10 sweater is costing me $30. Then I think, well a good sweater is easily worth $30, but when I finally get my three out of four sweaters they look nothing like they did online! I swear the design and colour is different. Plus, I tried them on, and I can tell they used cheap, very thin, fabric to make them. So please, take my advice and NEVER buy anything from this company, you will save yourself a lot of money, and disappointments.

OMG I can't believe that I waited do long and only received 3 of 4 items. XL is XS and I can put my fingers thru the fabric. Very disappointed. Not great because can't return and could have used this money fir something of quality. How do they stay in business?

I had ordered a pair of boots thru this company on Oct. 8,2015 as of today I still am waiting for them. I have already paid for them thru my paypal account. I had put in a request ticket in over a week ago thru there website and yet still not anything at all though there website claims they would get back to me within 24 hours but that is all so not the case! I am finding that pretty much everything about this company is nothing more than scamming / robbing from innocent people and from this site they are so many others out there that have been ripped off so I am wondering why there has been nothing done to stop this... who is looking out for us the customers that work hard for there money to not just give it away to nothing more than a scamming company that is getting away with lying scamming company that commits fraud daily to innocent customers. Sammy dress have a wide range of trendy and terrifically priced clothing to choose from. I ordered a great shirt for a particular night out and thoroughly enjoyed it. The garment was light to wear, fitted well, with a terrific design and arrived safely and very quickly. I would definitely recommend visiting Sammy dress.

I placed my order MM************** weeks ago, I have paid in full and yet the status of the order is still "processing" and not shipped. I have already submitted a complaint/ticket which hasn't been responded to despite them promising a reply in 24 hours. I have placed my order number in this review so when the "sammydress rep" responds they have no excuse for not stating why my order hasn't been shipped. I will be reporting this company as fraudulent unless something changes ASAP.
Since placing this review I submitted a dispute to Paypal about Sammydress and got a refund immediately. I then got an answer to my "complaint/ticket" from Sammydress almost straight away... how weird *sarcastic tone of voice*. I recommend anyone who is waiting on their order still to do the same if that option is available to them.

I ordered a jacket from sammydress and I was so excited to get the jacket. I ordered it on October 14,2015. When they hadn't even sent it out a week and a half later, I looked at their processing time. It says approx 4 business days, during the peak of a season could take 5-10 business days. Well, the 10 business day passed, and I talked to customer service. They apologized and told me the same thing I read in their processing time. I told them they should put could take up to 20 business days to process the item for "quality". About a month or so, I finally got it in the mail. Checking for quality my $#*!. I cut off About 25 strings that were unraveling the seam. I'm not happy at all. I do NOT recommend getting anything from these people. Worse idea I had buying from them

My partner and I couldn't believe the great prices and choice offered, we ordered quite a few items and the first batch arrived about 2 weeks later, after having to pay VAT on top of the purchase price when they arrived in the UK as well as quite a hefty delivery charge but it still offered good value for money.
We had read reviews that their sizing was on the small side so went up a size, but even this was not enough on most items, usually a small but large would have been better. We unpacked and to be honest we knew without even trying the clothes on at it was not going to be good. There were a couple of jumpers and the sleeves were so short they only came down to just passed my elbows, items were very badly finished. One item had oil marks on it, another had buttons missing and the list just goes on.
2 weeks later and another payment for tax another delivery arrived with a few more of the item that had been ordered and again if it had been purchased anywhere else they would have all gone back.
The rest of our order has never arrived, approx 20 items. I paid using paypal and glad i did, their resolution centre is efficient and fast and we got a refund for the outstanding items but not the carriage that we paid. We have learned an expensive lesson. PLEASE PLEASE do not be temped by their prices, the products that they sell are RUBBISH. Their customer service doesn't exist and if they sell out of something, they don't offer a refund or an alternative, they just take your money and keep quiet

Sammydress is a scam company. I ordered and paid more than 2 months ago. They sent a useless "tracking number" which is nothing more than a jibberish string of numbers that is not associated with anything and the item cannot be tracked. I do not expect to see item delivered.

My orders have been processing for over 10 days now. I tried to submit a ticket that they will supposedly answer back in 24 hours it's been three days and nothing! Tried calling the number and it is off line or unavailable. This site needs to be shut down. Horrible customer service and by horrible I mean non existant. I need to get my money back!

"I ordered 3 superhero t shirts on a whim because of the great price. I was pleasantly surprised that the product actually matched what was advertised. The quality of the material was better than I anticipated. Be aware they are shipping overseas and it can take a long time to arrive (took mine about 6 weeks with their cheapest shipping option) but they made it. Happy enough with the product that I purchased 5 more shortly after with an expedited shipping preference and received them MUCH faster than I anticipated. Overall they delivered what was promised, just be patient on the delivery times. "
