I ordered 8 items, one only fit as it should or as described. Wanted to return, they stated that I would have to take pictures of items and of packages, and send them the pictures in order to consider allowing me to return (you also have to make sure the size of the picture is not too large for them to accept). This is ridiculous, i dont like them, they dont fit i should be able to return, given me the authorization number, ill send back, ill pay the shihpping and you can refund my money. Will never ever order from here again and like others wish i would have read the reviews. Sadly disappointed as it would appear they would have been good deals,
Recently bought multiple pieces of jewelry from Sammy Dress and was shocked at how inexpensive yet good quality it was! It was shipped double bubble wrapped to make sure no damage was done. Very happy with the constant sales they have going on too! Free shipping on a lot of items as well makes it very appealing!
Ordered a men's denim shirt about 2 months ago. NEVER RECEIVED. They will email you 5 times "Please wait another 45 days" WHAT? I order from overseas all the time - no worries! This is a total joke. After PAYPAL takes control, they (Sammy Dress) stupidly ask you to "please close the case and we will deliver your items" Don't fall for it! They have MANY ads on Facebook and they are liars. Read up on this company before placing ANY orders. Also TOTAL SHAME on Facebook to continue to advertise these creeps out the ASSSSS. BUYER BEWARE! Read all reviews on line 1st... it will SCARE YOU! I am missing half my order, the order I did get had a dress that was ripped all the way down one side and then they don't return emails and their phone lines are always busy. I am out $50. I will never order from them again.
I have ordered many dresses from SammyDress... All SammyDress Dresses are Gorgeous and Beautiful... I love them!
Moreover the Shipping is timely and Excellent service and communication... Thank You SammyDress... I will recommend my friends to shop...
The items I have purchased is exactly what I wanted. The items are very fashionable for a great price. They are not up to quality but its better than many other cheap/fashionable clothing I've purchased online. It does talk a little longer to arrive, but they tell you that before purchase. Mine came in right on time. It looks good and I would definitely do business with them again.
I purchased a few items as it said 50% off the total among was $46 as I payed for it they charged me full price instead which was $73 I was so mad asked for a refund so they asked for proof. Git no refund or my items! Taking this place to court!

Missing an Item.It looks like 2 bags were going to be shipped. I received 1 order and was missing my Batwing sweater with fur collar. Can't get a hold of anyone. The phone is always busy and won't accept messages that I try to send.If I was to receive the other Item, review would not be that bad.

This site is a rip off. I paid for expedited shipping & did received all my items within 3 weeks, but was missing 2/5 items. I wrote a letter & received the following items within 1 1/2 weeks, which I didn't think was too bad. But the the last two items were completely wrong. One shirt was supposed to be purple & pink, but was brown & white. The other item was supposed to be (as pictured) a sweater... Instead it was extremely cheap looking sweatshirt shirt. I contacted customer service with my ticket number, and item numbers - requesting a a return- No response. I've called several times & can't get a hold of anyone. Complete scam- I will never order from here again & am trying to warn others.

Do Not order from this company. I complained through their 'support' and on 11/11/15 was told someone would respond within 24 hours. Nope. Nothing. Attempted to call and surprise - NON WORKING NUMBER! Have sent another support request. Will be contacting my credit card next to report and get my money back. And to customer service - DO NOT SEND ME THE SAME BLAND RESPONSE THAT YOU HAVE PASTED INTO ALL THESE OTHER COMPLAINTS! You already have my complaint AND my order number... so just do your job.

I find Sammydress.com to be a bit hit and miss at times. I have so far bought 2 pairs of shoes, 2 cardigans and a handbag from the website.
Both pairs of shoes were too small, however, the kind customer service people were quick to respond to my complaint, very kind, and very helpful. I was given two refund options, I have opted for website credit.
The 2 cardigans are warm and fit well, they are up to the standard I was expecting.
The bag is GORGEOUS! Definitely my best purchase from the site.
So the positives... the delivery is fairly quick took 2 weeks to get to the UK, which I believe is standard. The prices of the items is very fair, the customer services are polite and helpful. AND you get a little bonus in points each time you make a purchase or write a review on an item you have purchased. And what do points make?! PRIZES! Money off future orders, which is not to be sniffed at!
So the negatives... you have to pay for delivery on every item, so it can become costly. The shoes are not standard UK sizes in my opinion, whilst the customer services are friendly, the time difference means that you do have to wait a few days for complaints to be processed.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who was looking for a nice bargain, but ensure you check measurements of clothing before you buy and be patient with postage times.
The sweatshirt I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The material is soft and good quality. I want one in every color! It got here in 6 weeks which is pretty good for coming from the other side of the world.
It took me 9 days to get 3 items, I ordered 20 and paid 50 dollars only to get a partial order and a head ache PayPal refunded me 97 dollars but I still paid nearly 60 for 17$ worth of stuff. BTW I NEVER would have ordered in my wildest dreams if I knew it came from a sweatshop in Singapore.

Ordered five items on sammydress and within two weeks received two of the items. I love what I received but am very curious as to where my other items are! I have contacted customer support twice and have had no response as of yet. A little disappointed as I was very excited to receive my whole order.

I LOVE sharing sammydress.com this is my go to shopping site! The prices are the best part. High quality items for low prices and fast shipping and that not including the GREAT customer service they provide. Speedy responses if you have any issues. They always have great deals just when you think the prices couldnt get any lower lol LOVE Them.
Wish I had read this site before I ordered my dresses. It's been over two months and still no delivery.
Here's what Sammydress had offered me in response to my complaint. Who has heard of "shipping insurance" for a reputable company?
"As the estimated time is 10-45 business days, since you still do not have it maybe it is lost during shipping. [They had asked me to wait two months, 60 days, before they would respond to my complaint]
Also you did not pay for the shipping insurance, so we can offer three options in this situation.
1.30% of the product price refund to your Paypal.
2.50% of the product price refund to your Wallet and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g. If your item is 1usd = 5 points, 3usd=3*5 points => get 15 points etc). For your next order.
3. Get a new new package send to you with only paying 50% of the original item value and 100% shipping fee.
Please let us know your decision.

SO... i heard alot of negative reviews about Sammy dress.com and i was worried because i had already place an Order. When i had tracked my first order i saw that it was already shipped and in faith i went ahead and placed 2 more Orders. I am happy to say that i got my first 2 Orders in the stipulated time that was given; i was worried a bit because i am from the Caribbean and i thought it would have taken longer or either get misplaced... the items i received were as in the pictures so i was very happy with them... The last ordered i made was shipped in parts so i became worried again... i received the first part of that order and i am pleased. I raised a ticket and a CSR replied and said that my order was on its way... can't wait to get it... the reply on the tickets was a bit slow but patience is the key... my experience overall was very satisfying and i will order from them again...

Placed an order for 4 dresses october 7th which stated I would receive within 30 days. It is now November 17th and I still have not received anything. And to top it all off I tried contacting them through their website to ask if I could be advised how much longer it would take on November 13th which stated I would receive a response in 1 business day and it is now November 17th and still no response. I leave for a trip December 11th which is what I ordered these dresses for. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
