I have been trying to find my order since august, they take forever to get back to you, with no results. Their phone nyumber is bogus, this is crap
I think there are numerous companies going by different names, but in reality belong to the same people. I have 2 ongoing issues with two companies namely Everbuying and TwinklDeals, both advertising on Facebook.
Both problems are unresolved one being a damaged item and the other one no delivery. The tickets submitted are identical but they deny any involvement with each other. This company sounds identical to the two mentioned and I would beware before purchasing. I have ordered many times from companies abroad and not had any problems, but the ones advertising on facebook are not reliable in my experience

I placed an order 11/03/15, received 11/26/15 not the right size, tried to call its always busy or the will not answer. Gave my number and they never returned my call. Wrong product never got my money back for items purchased. This messenger crap back and forth isn't cutting it

I've ordered a variety of dresses, tops, jackets, and belts from SammyDress and I've always been satisfied with the products and service! They have a great selection of clothes (I personally love all the dresses and jackets they have). The clothes have always been true to size for me, but make sure you check the sizing charts provided on each individual piece! They're an Asian based company, so if you are a medium in the U.S. then that means you'll likely be a large or x-large sometimes. Just be sure to check~ It will take a little time for your order to arrive if you do standard shipping, but that's typical of China Post (so I recommend the expedited options). Sammy Dress gets the order sent out pretty fast on its part.
I bought two sweater cover ups on 10/14/15 and here we are over a month later and I still have not received my items. I submitted a ticket like it said to on their site about why it took so long to process my order, I was informed that the items were on back order until 11/6/15 and would be shipped out after that day. My order said that it shipped on 11/8/15, it is now 11/20/15 and I still have not seen my items. I paid for tracking (I had not other option) and it says that it was accepted on 11/11/15 in CHINA that is the last tracking update on their page, and the tracking number can not be found through the USPS. I have since then submitted two more ticket clams and nether have yet to be answered. I think it is because I pointed them out and called them a SCAM (which they are). My advice would be don't waste your money or your time with them. They may have cute stuff but defiantly not worth the heartache and lose of money over items that you may never receive.

A friend of mine had referred me to this website since they were having a big sale (which they seem to have frequently). I figured I'd try them out and buy 1 or 2 things so that if I wasn't happy I wouldn't have thrown away a lot of money. I purchased a shirt, cuff links and a tie clip, and was very pleased with the price and the products themselves. I had some concerns with the sizing on the clothing and to me, the shirt is a little short for my taste(it's not really short, just shorter than I'd prefer since I like longer shirts). Regardless, it is the size provided on the sizing chart so next time I'll probably just buy a size up. My only concern was with the ship time, in trying to keep my order inexpensive I opted for the cheapest shipping, just under $3.00. The order shipped the next day with an ETA of 10-25 business days. At about the 25th business day I created a complaint ticket and customer service responded very quickly, the next day if I remember correctly. They requested I wait a few days and if not received within a certain timeframe they would refund me my money (unfortunately with this shipping option there was no tracking information). In the end, I received it closer to 35 days, which was fine for me, next time if I want to receive it sooner, I'll pay the extra money. Even with the shipping issue, I am pleased with their service, especially their willingness to provide my refund back if I did not receive the package (which is really all they could do, since it seems to me the shipping is out of their control), Overall, I was very pleased and will order from them again, except this time I'll probably pay that extra for shipping!
Sammy Dress is a complete scam. I purchased 5 items and never received any of them! They told me to wait a ridiculous 45 business days. After doing that, the items still never arrived. While everything was a bargain the shipping was the most expensive item.
After a week of emailing their poor quality customer service they finally refunded two of the items, telling me that the rest would have to be sammy dress credit and my shipping would not be refunded. It is an absolute scam.

I have made 4 orders from SammyDress.com now, and I've learned from each time. I understand that the sizes will run small and order up. So far, everything I've ordered have come in as expected or better! I have a pair of black jeggings from them that are thick, comfy, and have gone through the wash quite a few times already and still look good!
I wish I read the reviews first before purchasing things on this website. Me and my sister order on October 16 and that same day they took out my money from my card. I was expecting it would ship in 10-15 business days from the first day I purchased it. I was 2-3 weeks later that me and my sister realize that we have not receive our stuff. We actually thought it was probably they were busy or had many orders to deal with, but when we went to the website, it said our stuff was still processing. We both were thinking to our self why is it still processing. So my sister contacted them on there website and DID NOT receive a reply at all. I called them many times and was sent to a voice mail after 2-3 rings. After a week later we got an email saying that the hoodies that we bought was out of stock and the apologized for that, and my sister basically told them to either send our hoodles or give us a refund. They finally changed the processing to deliver on the same day. We gave them another week for the stuff to get to us. Now, it is November 19 and we still haven't receive our hoodies that I bought.

Ordered a size men's size medium shirt. Got it. The actual size of the shirt probably would of amounted to a women's xxs. So small probably end up throwing it away. The sizing is way F*cking off on these shirts!

I ordered a coat from Sammy Dress size 2XL. The coat arrived and the tag said 2XL, but it would fit a man half my size. I tried to get a refund, but they refused unless I paid to have it shipped back to Singapore, which would cost too much. Their sizes are inaccurate, so be careful ordering from them.
