So many bad reviews have been made about SammyDress and it made me wonder if the website was safe. So I decided to try it out, and see for myself. In the end, my experience was wonderful. Although, the shipping does take a little longer due to the service being International, it's not that big of a deal! Overall, the merchandise I received was what was described on their website and quality was good. Nevertheless, SammyDress was great with communicating when the order was ready to be shipped out (they sent pictures of each package). I truly look forward to purchasing more clothing from them.

I LOVE SammyDress! They have a wide selection of clothes and I was satisfied with all my purchases. They might take some time to arrive but considering the low price, that's not a problem at all. Be patient, plan ahead and you'll be fine:)
Customer Support is also great. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and politely.
Pay attention to sizes though, because they run a little bit small. Always check the size chart before purchasing.

I ordered a jacket 2 months ago and they still haven't shipped it. I contact customer service and they never responded until I started yelling at them. I gave them an extra 2 weeks to get it shipped or I wanted my money back. Still no shipment and they offered me bonus bucks as a refund for their sight only. After contacting paypal and complaining of a scam I finally got my money back. This company is worthless! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

When I was looking for a specific skirt Sammy Dress had exactly what I was looking for. I was skeptical at first ordering something from online I wouldnt get to see the fit before I bought it. But I was nothing but pleased with my order. The skirt fit perfectly and I mad many different outfits with the skirt. The shipping was not a long wait, it came in a timely fashion. I still have and utilize the skirt often. It was worth it. Placing another order soon can't wait for my new items

First review about Sammydress.com since it was my very first order to them.
I am used to order all over the globe, therefore I wanted to give a try and make my own opinion.

I choose only jewelry: earrings, collar, rings in a price range from 1.5€ to 12€.
I wanted to check the quality and the service of this store I've been reading various comments on. Some say it is awful, others say it is wonderful, I had to know by myself!

Shipping was free but I asked for expedited (came through DHL) and it was pretty quick: about 10 days later which is pretty good for that type of store.
Items were very nice, only one out of 26 was a bit disappointing to me, the other were just as pictured or even nicer.

Since some articles were unavailable at shipping time, I contacted the support and we sorted out everything very smoothly with the person who took care of my issue.
Of course, it can't be ultra fast since we are 12 hour time difference but every single day I did have answer to the questions I asked/answered the day before.
Another nice thing is that it is was always the same person I was writing to, not a bunch of people I would have had to re-explain everything again and again...

Another great thing is the rewards you get when you post a review on the item: the more you post (and it does not have to be a 5star comment to be rewarded!), the more you get credit for your next order. This is a great incentive, especially because you can use this points along a discount code if you have one!

So, my overall rating is a 5 stars and I am already preparing my new order, which be more clothes and various items other than jewelry... I do hope it will be also a nice shopping experience!

I've seen so many bad reviews about SammyDress and I was initially leery to order; however, my experience was wonderful and exceeded all expectation. Yes, shipping does take a little longer due to it being International, but that is to be expected. I placed my order on November 1,2015 and received my package on November 17,2015. I do not find this timing to be unreasonable at all. The merchandise was exactly as described an excellent quality. For those in the United States, I do not really recommend paying the additional $1.99 for tracking as the international tracking system is not very accurate and I had difficulty even finding some of tracking information. However, SammyDress was great with communicating when the order left their warehouse. I look forward to purchasing all of my clothing from SammyDress.

**UPDATE** I set up a dispute through PayPal and the total amount was refunded to my account. (The response from sammydress via paypal was, "Close this dispute ticket and we will refund the item price." So I replied, "Send me my refund and I'll close the dispute." Full price, with shipping refunded the following day.)

I ordered an item Sept. 9th. Shipping time was listed as 10-25 days. I contacted the company Oct 19, received a generic reply indicating weather or customs could have slowed the delivery. Still no package by Nov. 9th, contacted the company again, no response at all. Contacted the company Nov. 16th, they wanted me to contact the post office to make sure my delivery info was correct. When I replied yes, they offered a 50% store credit or a 30% refund to paypal. What the heck!? Buyer beware!
