So we placed an order over a month ago. I had to pay for a tracking number. When I click on the number, it sends me to a static page of theirs that says, "Be Patient...". So I kept checking thinking that it would eventually link to Fed Ex or someone. After about three weeks, still nothing and the link still doesn't work.
I have tried three times to contact them and I still have had no response. I'm out over $100 so don't be stupid like me and get ripped off from a company that doesn't care (or may not even exist). According to their website, we should have received the merchandise within two to three weeks. Its been over a month and I can't even get a response from their customer service. Total Rip Off!
I was going to buy a couple of items from their site but good thing I read the reviews for I have been scammed before. I noticed that on their website all the reviews must be fake since most are satisfied but when you go on another customer review page people are really frustrated with this fake company. I know for a fact that that the workers make fake reviews on here as well because i know a couple of people that work for scammers like these guys. Save your money and don't buy from them.

The prices on this sight are great, but everything else is terrible. The clothing sizes are off, but what's worse is the service. I had an order that split in two. That I can understand, but from there everything went down hill. The bulk of order was placed in one shipment, but I didn't pay for tracking services. So the next thing I know I get a tracking number. At that point, I figure it's their call to do so no problem, but when I went to use the tracking number the site's links to the shipping company was wrong. I was told that the company was IBEX, but the link on the website took me to FedEx. So I informed and they provide a link to a site where i have no idea who the company is, but in the end I did get the shipment. The other order however never came. So I informed the company, and they said they sent a 2nd shipment via China Post. They said that would it take 2 months for the shipment to come in. During this time I repeatedly asked what was taking so long, since all my other experiences with ordering goods from China never took this long to come in. It usually takes a week, three at the most. Two months later I got nothing. So I asked for a refund and they wanted to issue me store credit, but not at full price, and not including the portion for shipping. I complained that I wanted a full refund sent back to my bank. So far now they're ignore me, so here I am trying to spread the word.

I ordered 2 blouses, 1 sweater, and 1 pair straight-legged jeans. The sweater and one blouse fit. The other blouse might fit, once I lose about 20 lbs. But the jeans looked like they could fit a 12-year old girl, not a grown woman. These jeans were supposed to size large, but I couldn't even get them up past the calves of my legs. Later, I carefully read the mailing label, and realized their clothes and made and shipped from China. Most Chinese women are built much smaller than American women, so unless you're a tiny built American woman, no taller than 5'2' tall, and weighing no more than 98 lbs, then SammyDress is for you. Other women, forget it! I know I will never waste any more of my money on SammyDress!

I look surveys about any shopping sites to see which is the best shop and sure. And i can say that i had a bad experience from other shopping site. But you know what? I tried atleast and the thing is, its been opposite. In my experience in Sammydress. I can say that im a happy customer and satisfied about my order and yes the quality is very nice and it looks exactly as the picture. And its for sure im gonna order again and again. :D ;D
Ordered dress 9/7/2015 and paid. NEVER received dress and this company gives the run around. Hard to contact, generic messages sent. Total scam and does NOT give full disclosure. Taking your money and NOT providing a service.

I bought a dress for Halloween from Sammy Dress and loved it. It was affordable and soft, just a little thin. The dress was perfect and I was happy with my purchase and will buy again.
I bought some skirts, jackets, and a dress from Sammy Dress, the quality was actually much better than I expected for the price, I'd read mixed reviews but decided to take a risk. The shipping takes a little while but customer service communicates well and you can track everything very easily. The shipping didn't take too long though and I got everything in a timely manner.
I was dubious buying from Sammy Dress but I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. Everything was so cheap! I received my clothing in good time and am very pleased with my purchases. I really like that they let their reviews on the website have extra details like "true to size fit" because it helped me work out exactly which sizes to order. Shipping was longer than most places but wasn't anything out of the ordinary for ordering out of the country.
The worst company and website ever, I ordered an Item on 10/8 and did Not receive it till now. I contacted the costumer service and discover that they did not ship it out at all. Then they send me a msg that they shipped it out and gave me a number to track the shipment on 11/6. I entered the number many times but did not show any thing which means that they did not ship it at all and they are Liars. Then I contacted them again that I need a refund because it looks like that I will not receive a thing, and they answered that they can& amp; amp;#039; t offer me a refund with the famous sentence "Please accept our apology". Which means that they stole my money. They Act politely but in fact they are thieves. We don& amp; amp;#039; t need apologies we need good service and honest people to deal with. I ordered a dress on 9/19 and chose standard shipping because I was in no rush to receive it. I sent Sammy dress messages online inquiring, but I was told to be patient and wait at least until 11/21 and be sure to check with the post office. It's now 11/23 and still no dress. They offered to give me a refund of "store credit" or resend it for free. I have a feeling that I'm never gonna get the dress or my money back...

Would recommend 100%. Everything is reasonably priced and shipped wonderfully fast. Everything met my expectations and was true to size and how it looked in the pictures. Quality cloth was used in all of my clothing orders, and they look as great as the first day I worn them. Will continue buying from them.
First of all, Wish, SammyDress, Nasty Dress, and a few others are all the same thing. It's just one big scam. I ordered over $350 of clothes from them 2 months ago, I have NOT received anything yet. And I paid an extra $85 for 3 to 5 day shipping. I have been asking for a refund for weeks now and they keep saying it's already been shipped. Gave me a fake tracking number and everything! Do not shop with any of the sites I mentioned in the beginning unless you want to be scammed. I could of just taken $350 and just burned it. Because I'm not going to see any of that money until I take their scamming asses to court. Oh and if you watch the YouTube videos, the clothes that actually do get shipped out are poorly made, buttons coming off, not sewn right, wrong sizes etc.

As with many other reviews i should have read before I placed my order... the menswear is tiny. I ordered a large but dont even know any other grown men i could gift these shirts to... maybe a premature baby could fit them?
My wifes shirt was larger than usual too.
As for Quality... what you might expect from $8 shirts... crap

Never got anything i paid for. So i ordered a couple outfits to have for halloween. I ordered them about a month before halloween so i could be sure i'd have them. It is now the end of Nov. & i never recieved anything its been about 3 months. It was suppose to arrive in 7-15 day. Really disappointed & trying to get my money back. Please save your money girls

Finally after I write a review on sitejabber I actually get a response from the company: sammydress:: this is it and about as useless and unhelpful as their after sales "ticket system"... the system that they are now asking me to give them details of... this is their system I waisted so much time already filling out in detail taking photos of each item with lengthy descriptions of every problem I have with the clothes that did arrive and information of the clothing that was paid for that never arrived... but still they want me to waist more time to send it again for what reason?
