I ordered slim fitness t-shirt from sammydress. Initially I was suspicious about product quality because price is very low. But once i got my t-shirt i was surprised the materials and size. Better than my expectations.
One bad is delivery time it took almost one month.
Except shipment delivery time, I satisfied services.
I ordered three dresses August 18 for an event in the month of October thinking itll be enough time for it to arrive. I paid the flat rate shipping and tracking number to find it its an unregistered parcel so it cant tracked. WTH?!?!? It is now November 25 and the event is long over with and i havent received anything yet. Pls stay away from ordering anything from sammydress. Its a waste of your time and money. Seriously pissed off!

I ordered three items from SammyDress with shipping time of 3-7 days, but the order came after 10 days of waiting. I finally received the package and was excited at FIRST, but then after opening the package and examining the clothes, I found that I got SCAMMED. They were nothing like the pictures showed and didn't even come in the correct sizes. The clothing quality was HORRIBLE. I literally just wasted my money purchasing this Bull Crap. Would not Recommend. Would never buy from them again.

This place is a scam. I ordered a pair of pants at the beginning of October and still nothing. The so called number to contact them is always busy! Maybe from everyone else calling wanting to know where their stuff is. They should not be able to advertise online especially on Facebook. They are liars and a FAKE!

I ordered three shirts here. They shipped out a week later and it's been 75 days and they are still not here. I've contacted customer service at least a dozen times. They are really slow to respond and do everything in their power to be as unhelpful as possible in resolving my complaint. This is by far the worst store and worst shopping experience I've had in my entire life. If I could rate this company with 0 starts I would in a heartbeat. Do not purchase from here ever!

Very disappointed with the items I have received. According to their measurements a tunic I ordered should have fit. It does not. I have received two of the 4 wigs I ordered. Nothing about these wigs is similar to the pictures. I have tried and tried to get these wigs to look like the pictures and it is not going to happen. I have worked with wigs, synthetic and real hair for many years. I know what I am talking about. I regret that I ordered several items at one time as I have wasted money. From what I have read it is impossible to get my money back.

They were extremely helpful with any technical problems and I got all of my products in a timely manner. They were as pictured and as expected. Will shop here again!
I ordered 2 dresses and after waiting a couple weeks to receive. Both dresses looked nothing like the picture online. The fabric the dresses were made of were so lightweight and cheap. The sizing was for a tiny person also. And then trying to return the dresses is a real challenge! Sent the dresses back and they were returned to me and still waiting for my refund
And a different address to send back. Don't waste your time or money!

It was the first time i'd ordered from this company, i had assumed cheap prices may mean a lesser quality product, but i was very wrong! I am delighted with my 1950's style dress, the material is lovely quality, with true to picture patterning and colour shades, the sizing was very good, and it looks even better when filled out with netted under skirting. Total 1950's look! It took around 3wks for me to get my order, but i did have my tracking number provided. I'll definitely buy from Sammy dress again!
This seller should not be allowed to trade. I purchased 3 jumpers from this site and they are appalling. They look cheap and are made of cheap, thin material. One of the jumpers arrived with pulls in it. The hem was not straight - varying by as much as an inch. I have raised a complaint with the company only to have my query closed down before it has been resolved. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase and so glad I didn't waste too much money.

This store is amazing. I love their clothes and shoes and just everything. Shipping takes a while but it's worth it when you're getting amazing, high quality stuff.
I purchased 4 shirts from Sammydress. When I received them, the material was cheap and thin, I did not like them and wanted a refund. I called several times, always busy, also the chat line. I emailed them several times, it took them awhile to reply. I told them I would return the items and I want a refund. They still have not told me how to return the items and I still have not gotten a refund. Plus I did not know these items were coming from China. I would never order anything from Sammydress again, they are horrible. I am buying American made!

My ordeal with Sammydress has now officially been 3 months in the making.
Initially I was attracted to the site thanks to a wig sale, I identified a cheap wig I was willing to take a chance on, however I needed to cross a certain value to qualify for free shipping. I picked out a dress and a babydoll style shift that I thought looked cute and allowed me to qualify for free shipping. I made my order.
Eventually shipping info came to my inbox and showed that my order of 3 small items were going to be shipped out in two separate packages, not what I was expecting but I assumed it would be fine. I was so wrong.
It took 20+ days for my first package to arrive, the dress and shift. NEITHER of which arrived as advertised, they are off colored and don't hold the same shape as the product images.
I submitted a ticket to ascertain the status of my wig (the ONLY item from my order that I actually wanted) and eventually got a reply saying that it may take up to a month longer. I waited. The time passed I messaged again and they said it was lost and would not be sending a replacement; I could order a new one (and pay the difference in cost because the price went up since my order) or I could ask for a refund which I did. Two weeks later still no refund. After another round of messages they said that they wouldn't be refunding me fully for the wig, because suddenly it was my "fault" for not getting shipping insurance on my SECOND parcel. However at no point in the order/payment process did it say that my order would be shipped out in two separate shipments, and it certainly didn't give me the choice over which of the two shipments got the 1 insurance that's included in the order (cuz I obviously would have chosen the wig package).
All to say I made a complaint and another two weeks have passed with 0 response, 0 refund.
Go somewhere else for your fun online shopping whims, Sammydress.com is a sham!

Clothes are cheaply priced because they are SO cheaply made. I have never seen such poor products. The jewelry was actually better than the clothing. I donated most of what I purchased because I would not use it (and I am NOT a clothes snob). The prices seem cheap until they stick that huge shipping price to you. Never ever again.
