I placed an order on sammydress.com September 9,2015. It is November 27th 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted them via email and I was advised that one item shipped out and the other was out of stock. I questioned them as to why I had not been contacted about the out of stock item but the only response I received was that I could wait another 2 months or I could exchange my item... Needless to say I received a refund after raising holy hell. I am still waiting for the item they claimed shipped out on September 27th but has yet to arrive. I will not wait any longer... Word to the wise, Don't Ever Order From Here. Their Business is Garbage.
Update on my review with this site is one I'm still not ordering from here again because three months to get a coat... really. Two since I kept emailing them and watching the tracking number of my order I've received my order and there were no problems with the coat and looked as the picture showed. Three they gave me a refund for the shipment don't understand why not the whole thing since I had to go through this headache but I can say if you stay on them they will stay on you and try there best to do right by you so if you think you want to buy from them give it a try like I did though it was hell but it could be different for you never know what will happen.

Never will order again. I wish I read before it's a scam. I have ordered a month ago and only got small part of it.the dress is XL but perfectly fitting on my 9 years old daughter and not on me. Sent already 2 email to complain but only got confirmation email saying they will contact me in 24 hours. But never happened. They just took my money

My order never arrived. I tried to log into my account online but had several issues with Sammydress' website. I contacted them via Facebook and was very disappointed with the service I recieved from Sammydress. Despite giving them the correct address they told me I would need to pay for postage again, which I was not prepared to do. They have declined to give me a refund.
Terrible terrible experience, I do not recommend sammydress to anyone.

I made a purchase from sammydress.com on 10-25-15 and I am still waiting for the 2 Batman hoodies I ordered for my daughter to arrive. I Have Not Been able to track my package(s) they said it is because I didnt "purchase a tracking number" what the hell does that mean. I paid out the butt for shipping and now they want me to pay More for my tracking number. I have no idea if the hoodies are even worth the wait or the quality of them. I will be filing a Stop Payment with my bank I have copies of all of the "ticket replies" I have sent them asking them to refund my money they cant Spell Worth $#*! when they reply to my requests Im pretty sure my bank wont have a problem stopping the payment once they read the replies I have gotten from sammydress.

First off, this site is clearly a place that makes cheaper knock-offs of real name brand clothes. There is no way to expect super great $60 quality materials when they are only asking for $10. Even though I know this, I still have made two purchases from them.
The first sweater worked out like a breeze, shortly after purchase I received my email saying it had been sent out and in a fairly short time the sweater was in my mail box. The sweater was as pictured, but of course not made from the same soft, fluffy material that was shown in the pictures. Mine was pretty stiff, and was not lined on the inside like the website had claimed. All in all, for $12 it was a decent purchase.
The second sweater I purchased three years later. This time I had problems. Weeks went by without hearing anything if it had been shipped or not. So I opened a "ticket" in their customer service page. They claim that within 24 hours you will get a response. Another week later, nothing. I then opened another ticked requesting a refund if my order had not been sent. Wouldn't you know within the same day I got a message back saying my order had already been shipped.
I hear people who have had smooth transactions like my first, and bad ones where they never get their items. I hope to see my second sweater one of these days. Honestly I order Ebay packets from China all the time and have never had a problem and they arrive 10x faster than any purchases I've made from Sammydress. Their shipping prices are outrageous and if you want tracking you have to shovel out more money which I think isn't worth it.
Buy at your own risk, you may have a mailbox full of cute clothes or just completely lose all your money. Not sure if I will buy from again in the future.

I ordered 2 items and after a 7 business days I contacted about my order still being processed using the "ticket" System were they state 1 business day reply. It has now been another week and still no contact. I sent another one and again 3 days have gone by. This company is a scam. They take your money and have no really way of contact. SAVE your money and DO NOT use this company. Now I have to fight the CC company to get my money returned.

I bought couple of watches from Sammy Dress and they were really nice. Their products are quiet affordable and of good qualities. I normally get compliments whenever I wear any of them. And the fact that they have free shipping is another kudos to them. In all, they have really good deals and am a very happy customer
I ordered a batman hoodie for my wife off this site 3 months ago, her birthday was a month later and they assured me it would be shipped and delivered to me within two weeks, well it's now 3 months later, I don't get to see my wife until next year due to working abroad and she never got one of the main presents she wanted :( I have rung, emailed and contacted head office but no replies! Worst company ever! I don't even care about a refund but it would be nice to receive the products that I've paid for! Never given a bad review in my life but please read up carefully about this site before you order!

I have been ripped off by this seller. After paying nearly $84.90, I can't believe that they sent me two red hats that I didn't order, and a small sweater that doesn't fit. Also there are 3 items missing: 1 leather, jacket, a sweater, and another hat. In addition, I paid for expedited service to be delivered in 3-7 days and still haven't received a completed order. The Seller should pay for the return of these items since they have to be sent back to Singapore. This is a rip off. I'm seriously disappointed and demand a refund!

I placed my order Oct. 26th and i started tracking my package through america line and by Nov. 12th it said it was in Allen Park, Mi and it needed to be delivered to Waterford, Mi... soooooo, it's Nov. 25th and it still says it's in Allen Park! Why is it so hard to deliver to Waterford?! And no one knows anything. America Line customer service doesn't contact you unless you contact them through email! They alwasy reply back saying, "Thanks for keeping in touch" or, "Thanks for contacting us back." Why as the customer are you thanking me for contacing you back?!?!?! You should be the one keeping me in touch with what's going on with MY package! And USPS knows nothing of my package so, I'm starting to think it's alll an f-ing scam!

After receiving my orders, I realize they lie about sizes and quality. I have tried to do refunds and they never got back to me. I am 100% telling the truth. There site, "customer service", quality of clothing is a freaking JOKE.

I think Sammy is a serious company, they are prompt, interested in the client`s needs and the products are very good. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, I will do it again.
Ordered 16 items from them, got half my order a couple weeks later. Other half hasn't shown up! Submitted a ticket with the support center, and haven't heard a thing back. They had no problem charging my card for the full order though! I either want the rest of my stuff or a refund for my items not received! Wishful thinking, right?

I ordered at the beginning of October, 4 pieces of clothing and two pairs of shoes, I know that generally since it's coming from so far away if I got regular shipping it would take too long, so I got the fast shipping (3-7 days). I got a message that my order has shipped, but noticed it was only the four pieces of clothing and not any of the pairs of shoes, I never got a notification why, they weren't sold out when I paid for them and they surely didn't have any problem taking my money. I finally got a notification one of the two pairs of shoes shipped but they shipped it regular shipping and not the fast shipping which I paid more for, & I still have no idea about the last pair of shoes. I've had a complaint ticket open for a week with no response.

I received only half the items i ordered in October. I inquired on where the others were since they never told me and their status on line said "delivered". Of the items not delivered 1 was out of stock and the others they said I should get by a certain date and I never did.
They DO NOT update you unless you ask and you have to go to their website to see if and when they reply.
Also ordered a legging in one size fits all. I am 5ft 2 108 and it was WAY too small.
Also of the items received, they are of low quality.

I ordered 6 items from Sammydress.com, my first ordering experience with them. It was with some trepidation, as I've never really ordered clothes online before, and certainly not from overseas. So sizing and quality were going to be big question marks for me.
After ordering and paying, I was informed that three of the items I paid for were not currently available, and I had the option of waiting until they became available or being issued a refund. I chose refund, and it was issued to me within 24 hours (It generally takes about 24 hours to get a response from Customer Service, which is very good in my opinion, especially given the likely time difference between canada -- where I'm ordering from -- and China, where the goods are coming from.
It took about 6 weeks for delivery. When the three items arrived I tore into the package, *really* curious. As it turns out, the three items are excellent. They appear to be cotton, poly blends, the styles are very much as depicted in the pictures, and I would grade the quality at about an H & M level, which for the price paid, is fantastic. In another nice surprise, all of the items fit perfectly! I used the sizing chart to make sure, but it was nice to find out that the charts were accurate.
Overall, I am extremely pleased. Mail-order/online anywhere is a bit of a gamble, especially when things are being shipped from so far away -- but I am extremely pleased and would order again. If i could make a suggestion to Sammydress, one thing I'd love to see are stock levels, so that I could avoid ordering items that are not in stock, but that's a small quibble as I'm very, very happy with my purchases and the service.
