I ordered 2 shirts on Sept 12. It is now November 17 and nothing has arrived. I have contacted company many times. First they told m e to wait till November 1. That came and went then they told me to to wait till November 12. Now they want to give a partial refund or they will give somewhat more but for credit for merchandise. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend buying anything from thus company. I also will file a dispute with paypal.
I had ordered an all human hair wig from Sammydress and it was very nice so I wanted to try a synthetic one for a change. What a pleasant delight. This wig looks very natural, the color is not quite like the picture but still has the different colors and looks well made and pretty. You cannot tell it is synthetic hair. The short style, cut in a Pixie look is very flattering. I am happy with this purchase.
I bought a shirt and it was never delivered. I contacted them, and verified my address was correct, but they said there was nothing they could do.

Every time I order I'm always pleased. Products are of awesome quality and shipping is reasonable.
This is my first time placing order on this website after seeing so many affordable items on this website! One of the things that i like about this website is that, they always encourage customers to post reviews and photos of the items that they have ordered. This has greatly helped me as i will be able to know what kind of products are worth purchasing for and to ensure that the products are not in lousy quality before purchasing it (especially it is online shopping). You can totally trust those customers' reviews as they are not biased and do not hesitate to post bad reviews if the quality of the products are bad!
Additionally, their customer service is really great and they are patient enough to give a fast replies, within 2 days, regarding mailing process in sammydress, especially when this is my first purchase!

I Ordered 8 items last July but it's now Nov. 18 and I still have not received it up to now. I tried to follow up and they told me that it was lost but offer to resend. I waited for too long that I was not interested with the order and so, I asked for the full refund. I was told that they can only give me a credit but not a refund or they can resend it again. I gave them another address which is much closer to their location to speed up the delivery but still have not received it. I tried to write to follow up this matter but have not received any reply. Stay away from Sammydress!

I find this $#*! through an advertisement on Facebook. Great price, clothes looked great so i ordered. That was a month ago. I still haven't received any package, email, phone call, nothing. I tried to contact customer service but the lines are ALWAYS BUSY NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL, and the Cussler service Email link doesn't work. I have been ripped off and I'm warning anyone and everyone DO NOT OFFER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THIS SITE IS BOGUS!

I am having a hard time getting in contact with ANYONE from sammydress to find out why my daughters purchase has not been recieved. She baought it with my card Sept 11. She still has yet to recieve it Cannot get through on the phone and no replies to my "tickets" I send. My daughter wants to know where her Christmas gifts are? I recently got my first order from Sammy Dress, and am completely happy with everything. The clothes fit exactly as they said they would (this means they run small as per Asian sizes, so take your measurements carefully) and the shipping got the packages to me in less time than they actually said they would. Best part is the prices are absolutely amazing.

I received 3 of the 4 shirts ordered within 3 weeks of ordering. Now, 5 MONTHS later, after REPEATED communication exchanges, I find: I can reorder and pay for shipping again. Or, receive a 50% refund. An aggravating experience, to say the least. I'm sure I'll have to snowshoe through hell to actually see my refund.

I have purchase a few items from them in over a month. Have not recieved any. Each time i try to send in a complaint i keep getting my email or password is wrong. I only have one and sure i know what it is. By saying this i cant send it in but when i get request from them they use my email. Something up with this company. Trying to rip off customers.

If I could give a negative number I would say this is the worst purchase I have ever made. Clothes is thin and cheaply made! Buyer beware! There is a reason their prices are so low! You get what you pay for!

Wish I had seen this before I purchased - sizes are way off, dress arrived torn, took forever to receive (over 60 days), when replacement item was ordered - took 60 days to NOT arrive - then when reported missing - was told "sorry we arent responsible for lost in transit - if you had purchased the insurance we can help - otherwise only partial credit"
I am sorry - How am I responsible for lost in transit and have to pay extra to insure that I get an item I paid for?
