A bunch of cheats

Though i do appreciate how "professional" & responsive their customer support is, this is a horrible company with the worst business ethics. As you read in many reviews, though the cost for high price trendy clothing at lower prices can be appealing, the products are of the cheapest quality & either photoshop or just plain o' marketing strategy was used to appeal to the consumer.
I bought $50 worth of clothing & was charged $40 for shipping & handling. I figured that was okay considering how cheap it was. Then proceed to only get half the order in which were all the wrong sizes & as i said above, of the cheapest quality. Worst, that several had meant to be holiday gifts. I immediately canceled the rest of my order & they did send me a partial refund. Taking numerous pics of the item i had received, regarding the sizes, I asked for a FULL refund. Though they only gave me the options of store credit or resending me cloths of larger size, i did manage to get them to refund me a bit more. SURPRISINGLY, what they refunded me was more than the store credit they offered, proving that they had tried to cheat me out of the product cost that i had paid for.
Still owing me another $25, apparently for shipping. I plan to get that back as well because anyone would agree that one would not pay ANYTHING at all, for the wrong items. It was their mistake & I am going to get back every cent.

Bought 3 tops only 2 arrived. Both supposed to be size 10/12 English sizes. Neither are the right size. One fits my sister who is a size 6 and the other fits my daughter who is a size 16! The quality of garments is shoddy and badly made. I still don't know where my third top is, not that it matters because it would be a miracle if it is the right size. Customer service no help whatsoever.

Not Impressed!

My wife came upon this website (www.SammyDress.com). She liked many of the tops and wanted me to place an order on some tops she had picked out. The tops were very cheep and I wondered how can these tops be so cheep. Well, I went ahead and placed the order. It took about two weeks for the package to arrive. But the package did not have all the tops I had ordered. I logged onto their website to look up the order. I found out there were two packages and a tracking numbers for each. I brought up the tracking number for the package I was missing and the information about that package informed me, sorry your shipping information has not updated yet. I figured that the package got lost in transit. I tried calling some one from Sammy Dress, but the phone number they provided had issues. I sent a notification through their website concerning the missing package. It took about two weeks for them to finally reply. They told me to wait the ninety days to make sure the package didn't get held up somewhere in transit. Well, its has been well over ninety days now (ordered Sept. 10,2015) and still no package! So, what I can't figure out is why Sammy Dress can't flag these orders when there is an issue brought up by their customers. Look into these orders and make sure whatever is wrong has been rectified in a promptly fashion. I feel I shouldn't have be responsible to keep track and hunt down my missing package. The one packages I did receive was shipped out from China. That explains the prices and why it took so long to ship. This website definitely didn't win me over! It was my FIRST time visiting this website. It was my FIRST time placing an order through them. My FIRST order was messed up! Not Impress! My FIRST will be my LAST!

Disappointed

So I ordered 3 dresses, a scarf, and earrings. I never got the scarf or one of the dresses it's been about 1month and 15 days still no package came. Half of my order came in about 2weeks. The sleeve on the one dress was torn. Not a big deal though, the one dress was a one size fits all. I didn't expect it to fit but it was worth a try. That dress is more like a shirt then a dress. I checked back to see if my order had been shipped out. No notifications no nothing. So. I went on the website signed in and looked at My order. The order was so confusing I can't even explain. I'll give it a week if I don't get anything I want a refund. ASAP

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a dress on 12/28... I changed my ship to address on 12/29. Dress was shipped out on 12/30. Saw that it was shipped to my old residence. I've submitted ticket after ticket after ticket to clear up the ship to address... no help.

It is now 01/20 and still no answer as to where my dress is.

Beware - Save Your Money

This is a terrible company, they send out clothes which are wrong sizes, the quality is not to UK standard and then say you have to pay to post them back, which cost more than the clothes themselves. They will only refund 25% of the money you spend. All the reviews under their clothes are good, that is because they don't put bad customer comments onto their website.
Sammydress will put you off online shopping

Worse Experience

Sammydress has one of the most inefficient Customer Service.The items are not the same as the pictures shown in Sammydress website. The finishing quality is very poor.The items are packages in plastic bags.The shipment take a month because Sammydress operate from China.The Customer Service barely speak English. I had to make a dispute through PayPal in order to close my case in a friendly manner.My advise to you is not to buy anything from Sammydress website. Otherwise you are going to have a hard time.

Best Inline Shopping Experience

I am a very skeptical when it comes to online shopping I usually stick to EBay and Amazon. I discovered sammydress a while back and have made several purchases from them since then and each time I was blown away by the amazing quality of their products. The products are beautiful and true to the pictures depicted on the website and I have no complaints. Customer service is amazing and they answer all inquiries thoroughly and kindly ensuring customer satisfaction. Shipping is also very affordable and the product arrives very quickly in proper packaging.

I ordered a jacket (~$18) on Dec 15, and paid for expedited shipping (also ~$18) which is advertised as 3-7 business days, latest 12/24. It didn't show up until 12/31. I asked for refund of expedited fees, since it didn't show up. First they tried to tell me they had 5-10 working days to process the order before shipping and offered me a 5% coupon. Thanks, but I can see that it shipped on 12/19, so even with 7 working days it should have showed up by the 29th at the latest. They replied that it was the holidays and shippers were busy, please enjoy a 5% coupon. 5% is stupid, anyway, but the fact is I PAID for expedited shipping and I DID NOT GET expedited shipping, so they should refund that fee. I tried again, asked to be referred to a supervisor. Response: this is our last offer, 3 sammydollars. What? I paid 18 ACTUAL dollars for a service I didn't receive! That has to be illegal, to not refund it! I've already spent more time than I can recover, but they STOLE that money from me by not providing the promised service. And to offer tiny discounts that are a fraction of what they took, and which would force me to spend MORE money with them - that's insulting and WRONG.

Update: Two different Sammydress representatives contacted me after seeing this review, asking for the order number so it could be resolved. The first one never responded. The second one took care of it, refunding me the entire shipping cost. I promised to update the review, so they get an extra star for resolving it. No more, because it took 5 attempts and a scathing review to get their attention and appropriate response. I think I earned about $1/hour getting this money back, so obviously not a great use of time, but I hate getting cheated.

Horrible

I have order a couple items and paid for expidited shipping so that it would only take 3-7business days and it has been 12 ive made multiple attempts to contact via phone and email, but i have yet to get any response seems pretty bogus and im bummed out because i really wanted the items

I ordered a Christmas jumper in November, it arrived two days before Christmas and it was not only the wrong size but also the wrong jumper. It was the wrong colour and the wrong print. Tried contacting customer service and got nothing for my trouble. They don't seem to think that anyone will try to hard for a refund as the amount is small, well bad luck SammyDress, you may not be interested in giving me a refund but Paypal will!

Don't waste your time

I purchased several different items in one order. A zip up coat was one of them. It was about 2 sizes too small but was cute. They broke my order up into two shipments. I still have yet to receive the second order after a month and a half. I paid the extra fee for a tracking number and only received one tracking number for the first shipment. It was only told me that the package left their facility and then when it arrived in the US. I filed a complaint to ask about the second shipment and was basically told I had to wait. They informed me that the shipping company used does not have tracking numbers. I am still unsure if I am just out my money for the second items but the hassle and frustration is not worth the few extra dollars saved.

I ordered several times from them; most of the items i received were ABSOLUTELY NOT AS IN PICTURES! The quality is very very cheap and poor! I also received defected items, and i asked a refund, i paid 45 $ for an order, but they returned me a refund of 3 $ only! IS IT FAIR?
THEY ARE OFFERING TERRIBLE PRODUCTS, NOT QUALITY, AND DO NOT RETURN MONEY EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTED!

It is now Jan 25,2016... I gave them the order number and again radio silence- no response etc etc... I originally ordered this item over 6 weeks ago!

DO NOT I repeat-Do not order anything from this company

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't buy from Sammydress! They have a horrible customer service department and argue with you if you have any issues!
I purchased a knitted sweater back in early December as a christmas gift for my mother. She tried it on, on christmas day to make sure it fit, and noticed there was excess yarn hanging from the neckline, and upon further investigation come to the realization that the sweater was actually unraveling! I messaged their customer service support centre and uploaded a photo and once they received the photo they proceeded to tell me that because it was 'worn' they would not be refunding me for the sweater, but would credit my account with 50 S points, which amounts to 1 dollar! I paid 30.44CAD for the sweater! Of course the sweater was tried on! I originally messaged them a few days after xmas and we are now at Jan 19th and the issue is still not resolved. They also told me that they wouldn't refund me for the shipping cost. Which is a tactic to keep a portion of the purchase price, saying the shipping is charged by the courier, but it's part of the sammydress order total!
I've now had to get my credit card company involved because luckily I have purchaser security, so they will take over my issue but so many don't and they are relying on that fact so they can keep your money!
