CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CRAP if u get it at all and if not they keep ur $ 4 the merchandise & s&h. They use pictures from magazine adds. I recognize the wigs they are selling are pics of celebs and out of the hair mags like hair cuts and styles. SCAMS CHEATS and LIARS the ph# they give 4 cust serv isn't theirs. STAY AWAY! NO RETURN POLICY that's if they send u the cheap holey garb that does not fit they deserve no star but it isn't an option
The measurements on their site are not the true sizes of the items, and if it does not fit, they credit you 1/4 of what you paid in a wallet on their site. BUYER BEWARE! And try and get them to send you a larger size, good luck. These guys are busy fighting off customer complaints all day long I am sure! Quality is 2 stars, And nothing like the photo's they use to show their products... It is a mock up. I would look around for another site that refunds back to original payment type. Like back to your credit card etc... What ever, I am out apprx. $150 USD dealing with these people. Shipping costs are outrageous!
I am still fighting with them about the sizes listed on their site that I ordered and nothing fits. Now they say they do their best to detail the proper sizes and basically do not want to take responsibility for mis-leading customers to buying their stuff that of course is too small. I am so upset!
They also have a generated customer response that they keep sending me over & over again... To try and get me to accept this low offer $ to settle? These people are nuts!

I placed an order for 1 jacket on December 24th, spent the extra $1.99 for a tracking number it says my order has been shipped out but the tracking information hasn't been updated since January 15th. Now I understand I ordered my jacket right after the holidays but seriously how long could it take to ship 1 item? Will probably never order from them again

I bought one parcel in june 2015 and my parcel did not arrive. I went on holiday on around day 30 of not recieving the parcel so by the time i got back it was still not hear. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I again ordered 4 tshirt tops and again 2 parcels not recieved. I then contacted the customer service who told me if I pay them basically for the value of the tops they will resent them! WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM MORE MONEY! They keep asking me the same questions confirm address confrim what parcel you have not recieved! I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING! This company is a SCAM! Rather use twinkledeals- atleast with them if something goes wrong its no quible customer service.

I was absolutely disappointed with the dress I received. Totally different from the photo on the website and different kind of fabric. It took more than a month of waiting for delivery. I'm a big guy. I ordered XXL. Normally, I take an American L to XL. I knew that sizes in China have been smaller, so I ordered XXL. They were M(edium). Not one fit.
One of them that almost fit had the pockets sewn together. The zippers are on the left side. I wonder if that's because they drive on the left site of the road, but I don't know if they do.
When you file a complaint with them, you have to sign in... EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. So... the complaint never goes through.

Ordered one gray coat my size is m ordered xl its still to small but can be useful if side pocket not almost on chest material looking totally different and its more long as jacket then coat. Contact them and now I will see what will happen.and happens this they not see the difference between product what they show and what they send obviously they are blind but they are ready give me half of price on wallet if I send product back with my money. For sure I will order from them again. Never. And hope anyone who read this will learn on my mistake

I was really happy with my SammyDress order. I've ordered from several sites like this, and this is the first one that I found where all the items have looked EXACTLY as pictured. The dress I got was a nice material, had straight, strong stitching and a working zipper. It also matched the sizing chart so I didn't have to order 2 sizes up! 2 items showed as not shipping, so I emailed their customer service and they checked and told me the items were out of stock, then gave me several options for my refund. I got my refund and some bonus points that can be used like cash anytime on their site - pretty cool, especially since everything is so cheap. The shipping was also super fast - you pay a little more for shipping on this site, but it's worth it since I got my stuff in under a week! Will shop here every chance I get - love it!
My experience in dealing with SAMMYdress was a combination of a Chinese Fire Drill, a poorly run Ponzi scheme entirely orchestrated by the Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. If you are looking for a door to enter a padded cell never to return to sanity, SAMMYdress is right up your alley.
I shop online globally with regularity. Sure there are worse places. Just haven't found them yet. My two stars represent the fact that I am confident there must be some company that outshines SAMMYdress in scamming customers.
On the other hand, Exotic India, New Delphi is one of the most reputable companies I have encountered anywhere on this planet. Toss your coin and hope for the best when shopping online, especially globally. Little does SAMMYdress know that I will retrieve my hard earned money from them if it takes me two lifetimes..

I too never received my paid order. Was told it takes a long time to eventually get It BUT when I tried to track it- hit deadends. Tried to submit complaint through PayPal and they said to direct complaint to them. You can't email them, you leave a message that no one returns AND there are so many #s that are 20+ digits long- you don't know which is which.

Sent me a dress that was supposed to be, according to the measurements posted on their site, just slightly bigger than my measurements and just above my knees length-wise. It arrived after about 5 weeks and was the size of a horribly fitted shirt. I wrote my review and they refused to post it. They tried to contact me twice, I just ignored them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I shop online A LOT and have never seen an item so terribly misrepresented. Not worth my time to bother correcting. I hate them. THEY ARE A SCAM OPERATION.

I cannot describe how big of piece of junk this shirt is. I ordered a Capt America shirt back in the first week of January. Their site claims 8-15 days shipping and then gives you all sorts of excuses as to why it takes a month. I'm 6' 200-ish pounds... The sleeves come 3-4 inches short on my arms, the body comes down to my belly button and the quality is worthy of... well, the trash can which is exactly where it went. I'll take the $14 loss because it will cost more to ship it back than what I paid... which is what this company COUNTS on. Look around the net before ordering... there are more sites trashing this company than praising it... that should tell you something. I should have researched them more but got hung up on the selection and price... bad on me!
They steal images from other sites and try to make it match. I ordered an XL because I don't like these shirts skin tight. It fits like a SCUBA top! Yet another classic example of a Chinese ripoff company! NEVER AGAIN!

After waiting weeks to get a valid tracking number, the product that I ordered ended up in South Korea instead of the United States of America. My only saving grace was that I received a refund because I utilized PayPal. I will never see my sweater and I will refuse to order any additional clothing or items from this particular vendor. I do not recommend ordering from them.

The whole process of dealing with this company has been a nightmare, From the slow shipping (I paid extra for expedited shipping) to the poor quality of the product, to the sizing being much smaller than stated. I threw my 2 hoodies in the garbage because of the cheap workmanship and material. BE WARNED. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Trying to get my money refunded, but I am not holding my breath.
