I ordered several Christmas gifts from SammyDress this year and had never purchased from them previously. I was very happy with the products I received and the amount of time it took to get them. They ship much faster than other international sites I've ordered from. I had a few questions and customer service was very helpful.
After the delivery company left the parcel in an unsecure area, it has taken over six weeks to get a sensible response from Sammy Dress who stated it is not their fault and they cannot afford to take the financial loss... as if I can, right?
Sammy Dress believe I need to take this up with the delivery centre and subsequently when complaining to managers I have been told that my parcel is yet to arrive. This, as confirmed in other emails, is not the case.
Poor service, simply want to take your money and run.

I ordered a total of 9 items. Paid $20 to ship Received 5 items 26 days later. I ordered 3 shirts and was advised to order them 3 sizes larger. I wear a large and ordered XXL. I received 2 and they still needed at least 6 or 7 inches to button. Also ordered wall decals for my nephews room and the were folded and crinkled. This is a big joke and a waste of money. I wish I had an option to give them "0" stars!

I ordered 4 items on 12/23/15. On 12/24/15 for whatever reason they shipped only 3 items and provided a tracking number that never worked. On 12/28/15 they shipped the 4th item with no tracking number. When I complained I had no tracking number for the 2nd package, they told me they had to ship it via a method that doesn't have tracking numbers because my shipping fee was insufficient to ship via a tracking method. Well, that wasn't my fault. They decided to split the order. I paid for the shipping and the extra money for a tracking number. It took well over the 8-15 business day flat rate shipping to the US that is quoted on their website for me to receive my first package. When I did receive it nothing fit even though I up-sized everything. I am a size medium and ordered larges. I ordered what they advertised to be a woman's "coat"; however, when I received it, not only did it NOT fit, it was nothing more than a hoodie with buttons. I complained via ticket and they want me to take pictures and measurements and send to them. I'm not doing that. I have already contacted Paypal for a refund. They send the same generic message via their ticketing process. As for the second package, first they tell me it's going to be 25 business days because my shipping fee was insufficient (they split the package) when I told them that was unacceptable because their website said 8-15 business days, they then told me it could be 45 business days because of "busy season". It shipped on 12/28/15 how does shipping go from 8-15 business days to 25 business days to 45 business days after it was shipped weeks ago. I will NEVER do business with Sammydress again and I suggest no one else do either. Shady business practices. I work for a law firm, maybe I will talk to one of the lawyers I work for to see what other avenues I can pursue to make sure I get my money refunded in FULL.

I did a review on sammydress.com on 1/28/2016 regarding an item bought from their website back in October that was not received. These CONS replied to the review as if they were going to actually help me with either sending the item that I ordered or refunding my money. It's 2/17/2016 and I haven't heard anything from them. Like I said in my previous complaint THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE AND A COMPLETE SCAM TO STEAL MONEY! SMH!

I have been given a run around i bought a coat from them but when it came the product is of very very low quality, different from the picture on the website, it is a bath robe and not a coat it is ugly. It lacks style and the quality is very very poor. I have sent a ticket to them, a picture, the item number and they are not doing anything about refunding my money for the low quality product

Ordered 2 dresses March 27,2015 and only received 1 of them. Made several tickets and complaints to customer service. Thought I finally got it resolved with a response from them on January 4,2016 when they said they would give me a refund and that I could check my account within 3-7 business days... it is now January 24,2015, I've contacted them about not having received the refund yet (TWICE) and no response.
Also, the dress that I DID receive was made of REALLY cheap fabric, the under layer was starting to fray and ripped after I'd only worn it for 20 minutes to try it on and see how it fit when I walked around... it was also quite a bit shorter than expected.

I had a very good experience with this website and I am very pleased with the clothes I ordered on this website. They also offer lots of other products too.
Since I found out about SammyDress, I usually go on there to buy my clothes and accessories. I saw their ad and honestly couldn't believe how low the prices were. A beautiful shirt could cost me as little at $5?! I was really skeptical, so I only got a necklace and bracelet. The shipping took awhile, but once I saw my package and opened it up, the wait was worth it.
They are well made and the quality is fantastic. None of it felt cheap and I couldn't help but buy again from the website!
Horrible! Spent 40$ and never received items. I was told via many emails it's not their fault. No teaching numbers. They said they don't know where it goes after customs. Refused to fix it. After a while they stopped answering my emails. I finally found a phone number to call, except no one ever picks up. The worst.

I love the products I see when I go window shopping at Sammydress; totally fits my style of fashion. I bought a pair of pants from SammyDress: It took more than a month to arrive, but I immediately fell in love with the pants. From now on, I'm buying clothes off of Sammydress. And I would recommend Sammydress to anyone.
I ordered a beautiful white coat, shone on the web site with fur collar, cuffs and hem. I'm a size ten so I ordered mmediun size. The thing I took from the small package had no resemblence. Material was under carpet felt, buttons were twice the size of the button holes and worst of all when I put my arms into the sleeves strings and loose threads got tangled in my fingers where the armsockets of the lining were torn in many places. Price in total, 63€ I paid almost 7€ to send it back- yes its as light a a handy.
If they do not send a complete regund to my PayPal account I will pist photos of it on Linkidin, Twitter and Facebook. I' ve bought from other online stores and had no probles but this was shocking. The worst material ever.
Why have I not gotten what I ordered? They were quick to charge my credit card, they didn't bother telling me the things were back ordered until I complained, not many weeks later I still dont have what I ordered, instead of some men's shirts I got some little girl dresses. Never got my money back. DONT SHOP THERE.
DESPITE The comment that SammyDress added to my complaint, it still has not been addressed, or fixed. They still have not contacted me directly, have not given me what I ordered, have not returned my money. Seems to me this company is a SCAM.
