I ordered 2 orders one grey hoodie with matching track pants. Hoodie got faux silk and cool linien. Cool deisgn and worth the wait to buy from sammy dress. Customer service is amazing, very poilte and calm manners. And when have a problem e-mail is the best to go and always on top of it. Good quality clothes, lots of cartoons charcthers clothes for kids. I am a buyer and do bussniess with sammydress, most of the time just buy for me and kids..
I placed an order on 12/3/2015 on 12/16/2015 they said it was sent out, I received 1 hoodie 1/21/2016 & have not received second 1, also it was not true to size I even ordered 1 size up & still to small for my petite 15 yr old son, gave hoodie to 9 yr old grandson.The quality of material was paper thin & the aglet's were tattered.
Just received second item which was supposed to be a hoodie & its not & its not even the one I chose its same colors but not same item... I give up will chalk up as a loss!

I've had a couple of orders through this site and I honestly don't understand the negativity that surrounds it. I've only had 2 items that I wasn't satisfied with but both times the customer service was quick to check on the problem and see if there was anything they could do to help.
The products themselves do vary in quality (which I've even experienced on more upscale sites like ModCloth) but it's just a matter of picking and choosing. You really do get what you pay for but I have definitely gotten some items that were better than the price they were sold at.
Shipping does take a while because, again, this company isn't based in the US. Losing items can happen and in the cases when I've gotten delays, the staff was plenty helpful in helping me find it or offering replacements should the items not come through.
In shorter words, this site is worth the look. It's got a wide range of products and what you save on the price of the item, you can easily put into the shipping if you have any worries. I continue to shop here but I understand everyone has their right to make their own opinions. I for one like the products and service and have no hesitations about shopping here.
The TShirt was very late in arriving, so much so that I took out a PayPal claim. It arrived, posted from Germany but the size is incorrect. Total waste of money. I see that the company some months ago attached a reply to my posting, they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Looks as if their reply is damage control, from other reports read, seems like this department will be busy!

First order, we only received 2 of the 4 items, second order was cancelled and refunded without telling us. When we asked why, they siad it was because they could not use an unverified card which we used the same card in the first order we were then told to pay by western union once we mentioned that. They do not speak grammatically correct, it has been over 2 months and yet to receive 2 items from the first order. Got hung up on when questioning all of this. My advice to anyone trying to purchase from them. Go through paypal and GET THE INSURANCE, that way your money will always be refunded no matter what! Once we added insurance to our order that is when they cancelled and refunded our money of 280 dollars. This sammy dress company is nothing but a scam and only wants to take your money without sending the orders out. Not to mention it takes almost a month just for the processing of the items and took another 2 weeks to ship out again only half the order was shipped. Sizes are NOT what they claim to be a large in pants fits like a small. An xl in shirts fits like a small! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

After my first order from this site a along time ago, i was a little turned off by the waiting time and quality of the item. But recently i decided to give it another go as the prices are low compared to other sites. I chose flat rate shipping as i didn't really need the items so soon. But unfortunately it reached me 3months later. The items were cosmetic brushes. Despite the long wait, i was pleased as the quality was as good as the original product.
While waiting for that order, i went ahead to order clothes and opted to use expedited shipping. It reached me within the estimated time. I am happy with the quality despite the low price.
My subsequent orders were exceptional as well.
But you have to take note if you are opting for expedited shipping, some of the items are from different warehouse. So you can expect your items to be shipped separately even if you checked out in one transaction.
Do check with the customer service staff. They are quite helpful.
The sleeves were in the wrong place. They clearly don't understand the concept of sizes. Slow shipping and I still have not received some of the items I ordered. Others that I received, I did not order. You DO NOT want to purchase clothing from SammyDress.

Placed order on December 9,2015 and they didn't ship my package out until December 23rd. Close to 2 weeks later! Tried and tried to get answers but since they did not track my package they could not tell me where it was. It is now January 26th and I have not yet received my order. All they keep telling me is wait 10-45 days. Unacceptable, will not be dealing with them again. They will not give refund. Dont care that they have cheap stuff. It is usually 3 sizes to small anyways.

At first we had some shipping issues, but then again, shipping across continents is one of the harder things for these companies to do. I got my dress and I love it! I am waiting for another shirt and I know it will be great. To all of you ladies, if you have a shipping problem just tell them and SammyDress will send you your order ASAP. 2 thumbs way WAY up.
I have been jumping through hoops just to EXCHANGE an item with SammyDress BEFORE Christmas. The vicious cycle continues to repeat with us showing PICTURES that the item was made too small. I never wanted my money back. WE had to pay ourselves for the shipping even though they made the error in size. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
