After waiting two months for my $50 order to show up they tell me that it was lost in shipping, that this is not their fault and if I want to pay more, they will send my merchandise again! I don't think they ever sent a package. When I go to the tracking site it comes back 'number not found'. I've been ripped off. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Not only did my orders take months to arrive, the quality and fit of the product was absolutely horrible. In one order of three articles, and after a month and a half, they e-mailed to say only one of the three items were available. This was the second time they took my credit card payment and refunded me Sammy points!? So technically they are scamming you, they sell you non existent picture, take your payment, then refund you paper points. Scam and a fraud, do not order from this company. Pass the word.

I had only first heard of Sammy Dress from an online ad on Facebook or elsewhere on the internet. I was intrigued and wanted to know more, so I clicked on the ad and glanced at the variety of products available. There is quite a large number of products. I was able to pick out an item to purchase without any problem at all. I wanted to test the site and its products before making a large purchase, so I only purchased 2 items totaling approximately $12 - not much of a risk. These two items (embroidered baseball caps) arrived as expected and I was overjoyed at the value. I proceeded to make a 2nd order of a number of additional products, including a set of 4 belt buckles, and a few more hats. This order was close to $80. I was excited when they arrived within the expected time and the value in Sammy Dress was again great. I login to the site from my phone every day to see new items and gain points towards discounts on new purchases.
They suck never got my items at all. Keep getting generated messages asking for the items im talking about. Hello! If i had them i wouldn't be contacting you people. I am so done! Never again i mean never! I am for sure contacting paypal this is ridiculous. I have sent order numbers and everything this site is bull$#*!.

Ordered back on 12/31/2015 and still no items. Emailed several times and nothing. Opened dispute with PayPal and they started with should be there in 10-45 days. Should have it by April, 2016. No way. Scam all over this. Emails back and forth and now today they said I could get 50% of my order back or 70% off a future order. No way I am settling for less than my $38 on this. And why would I order from this company again. Stay away from their great prices because you never get your product. Always use PayPal for cases just like this. I am hopeful PayPal will do my full refund. If not live and learn not to order from them again.

I am glad, that i had choose sammydress, i love the clothes there, good Quality at a good Price and a good sizes.
I received a very badly made coat from this company and they made every effort not to allow me a refund. Be careful, every item I purchased was shoddily made, bad materials, did not resemble the pictures they post and will be very difficult if not possible to return. They will only give you credit back on your item and not refund money. They will make you return item to China and you incur these costs. Hate sammydress! Obviously ripping off good clothing and employing China's workers at minimum cost... somebody is getting fat off this in America. Be warned, do not buy from here!

Order a dress for a formal over 2 months early and the item just never got shipped. When I tried to ask about it never got a straight answer and they seemed to think I ordered more than one item and they said to go and request refund only for the item ordered. Had to go through pay pal and get my money back as I know longer had faith in this company. Very disappointed. If you do order from them I would advise you use Pay Pal just in case there is a problem getting your refund. Once I contacted pay pal my refund we refunded within hours.

Ordered a dress for a meeting. I did receive in a month (too late for meeting). Dress looked very little like photo, sizing is way off, and quality of dress is cheap. Also no packing slip in envelope with dress - no instructions on how to return. So I filed a claim through PayPal - offered me $3.00 on a total purchase of $18.49.
I should have known that a company offering products at this low of a price had to be either a scam or offering poor quality products. Don't waste your money!

Poor quality. Sewn poorly. Didn't receive over half my order. Sizes were really small even though I measured myself twice before ordering and matched to size charts. Had nothing but issues with getting any money back just the run around for weeks. Luckly I bought on my paypal and they helped me make a claim. Still I paid extra for expidited shipping and never got here on time and the other half never arrived. PLUS I paid twice as much for duties when some of it did show up then I did for the product. NOT HAPPY. What a scam.

Best prices I've seen thus far. Even better than wish, and Sammydress has some insane sales and rewards too.
You really need to keep in touch with customer support though and let them know if you are having trouble with anything since it is an overseas warehouse.

I ordered a bathing suit from them in may 2015 I NEVER received it. Every time contacted them they said wait an extra 30 days. Finally I had enough of waiting and summer was over anyway so I contacted them once more and told them that I just wanted a refund of what I paid. I was then told by there customer service team that my only option was to take store credit for half the purchase amount. I was so mad but I just to the 50% refund because what other choice did I have. This past december I decided to use the store credit (and add more money) to purchase yet another bathing suit for the coming summer. Until this day I still have not received this purchase even thought they stated it would arrive in 18-25 days. When it hit 25 days they said it could take up to 45 days and now that has passed so they are saying 60 days. I just want my money back and to never have any dealings with this company again. It is a complete scam and a rip off!

I was wandering around on the site and found a cute top. It was my first time shopping on this website and I was a bit skeptical. I knew it was a wholesale site from Asian so I knew in one part of my mind it was going to take longer to get my items. I ordered 2 items, one got to me in a week while the other took a bit longer. However when I received my items I was extremely happy with what I got.
I love buying at SammyDress.com! Their prices are great and the quality of the clothing (manufacture and fabric) is amazing... I would have never expected to find so many styles to choose from at these prices. I have bought several times and I will continue to do it. Two thumbs up!
I ordered several dresses from Sammydress in size XL worth $65.00. When they arrived, they looked NOTHING like the dresses on the website! Further, the lace was all frayed with small holes. FINALLY, THE SIZE XL WAS THE EQUIVALENT OF A SIZE 4!
Trying to get a refund was a NIGHTMARE, never received it, they make you jump through so many hoops. Don't waste your money.
