I only received 1 out of 3 items paid for in November, since then 4 requests for the order details from Sammydress to rectify.
I know believe this firm to be crooks as there is no sigbn of my goods, or the money refunded.
Sammydress have picked on the wrong person to fob off, I will persue every option open to get MY money back from these thieves.
My girlfriend and I made the dubious choice of buying several hundred dollars worth of clothing from sammydress. If you can ignore sammydress not having our sizes, and not having the stock (so we needed to wait), you can't ignore their website losing our order, and their staff hardly speaking any English. They hardly ever answer their phones, and the responses you get back from both their online customer disservice and their phone staff are barely intelligible, and almost completely ignore your questions and requests. This business is not setup to offer support. If you manage to get an item that fits you (very few of their sizes are as per their site's measurements), then you're lucky. They only feature reviews of happy clients on their site - I doubt any of these reviews are legit. You have to come to sites such as this one to get real feedback from real ex-customers.
On a positive note: the quality of the garments is decent, and my girlfriend likes many of the dresses she received from them. If you're willing to wait many many weeks and not get any sensible or helpful responses, then you can roll the dice and take your chances. Sammydress delete ALL your prior correspondence from their site's support tickets regularly and at their whim - so you'll need to keep a local record of all correspondence. I suspect that they're covering their rear ends to make it more difficult for you to get a refund.
Update (24 Mar 2016): After several mostly time wasting emails with sammydress, they refunded US$100 towards my order. This is a fraction of the total order value. Their inflated exorbitant postage charges boost their profit margins, while your return postage costs ensure that you'll never send anything back to them. They know this, and confirm this in conversations. So they're counting on you not returning anything. The only way in which to get a refund, even if partial like mine, is by posting a review as I have done on this site, or by paying via paypal and asking for a refund via paypal.

This is very sad. After ordering a bunch of stuff from this site on 1/25/16, I was so hopeful. I could tell they where shipping from China (since I have ordered from there before) and knew it would take a while (my wedding dress took a month). But this, this is ridiculous. I am pregnant and just wanted some close that fit and found cute maternity (good price) on their site and jumped at it. Then it took a long time in processing so I contacted them. I decided to go ahead with the order since, after all, I liked what I wanted but was told I had to wait until 2/20/16 by which point it would ship out.
Still no updates. I decided to dig deeper. After reading theses reviews I'm scared the baby will be here before the cloths. If it all comes at all! :/ I really hope this doesn't happen. Sammydress... if you are reading this... be upfront with people and stop sending half orders and products that are sub par! You can pick who you sell from! I hope I don't have to be back with a negative review and file with the better business bureau and SCIA about this.:(

After doing much more research, I found out that this Sammydress is a sub. Company of Yigou International Groups. If you are looking to sue or file with SCIA please file under them. Also, they are listed under the Suppliers Black list http://www.supplierblacklist.com/2014/10/08/yigou-international-group/

. yes I have been very very upset. I ordered shirts with PayPal. Saw a email saying pending and thought my card declined. So I put in another card number. Then I looked and I had 3 orders of the same thing. Was able to cancel 1 but... Not the others. Plus very very very poor quality even the 2 orders had different sizes. I want to return. I placed a order with this site. They never even sent it. They gave me a bogus tracking number that didn't exist. I went back and forth with them about a month and a half before I contacted Paypal. Paypal attempted to resolve the dispute and in the end Paypal ended up issuing me my refund. Do not purchase anything from them.

I ordered a large red and black hoodie, and was sent a medium grey and orange one.
When I complained, they asked for photos, with a tape measure next to the hoodie, which I did.
After agreeing it was their fault, they offered me $2 store credit! When I complained at what an insult this was, they increased it to $3!
After many e-mails, with no progress, I eventually gave up.
I've given the hoodie to charity and just accepted the money loss.
Avoid this business at all costs. They will rip you off!

I absolutely loved my transaction with sammydress. ALL my items were past expectations. Great, chic clothes for an amazing price. You can't beat it. I had a minor bump in the road and they MADE SURE to rectify the situation which I greatly appreciate. Needless to say I will be a sammydress frequent customer.
I have been waiting in two different shipments. One has been processing since over two weeks but the money came out of my account. The other says shipped over 2 weeks ago but the tracking number does not work.

The shipping is not so long. There is full of options for the sending of the order and choose his carrier.
I ordered 4 tops got 2 both look nothing like the pic plus I ordered 3 dressed oy got 2 and these people don't return email or phone call and because I can't find out how much I'm do back I can't get a refund from my bank if I had known what I do now I would have never bought anything from them and people need to know the truth!

HORRIBLE!
Quality is bad, if you are lucky enough to even get your order. The colors are off, materials are different than labeled.
Worst part, I ordered for nearly $100 worth and they took 2 $100 payments from my account! I have e-mailed them several times, and everytime i get back an automated reply. One time one "helen" sent me an e-mail that she would look into it, she asked for my account number. I don't keep money on this account anyway, just if i want to shop online, so this time it was empty, so I gave her the number. The same NIGHT(!) someone tried to withdraw a large amount from my account in CA (even though I am in Dubai and my account is in the UAE). Bank flagged this and fixed it, but DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I got my wig fast. It was synthetic and cute for the price. Inexpensive. My only complaint was the packaging but not sure if that was the delivery or sammydress so I won't blame.
I like SammyDress because of how detailed the item descriptions are and that customers can share photos of the items they purchase. That way I can see what I will get and even size compare if another customer and I are around the same size. They're very fast at answering questions too, which I like a lot.
I needed to send a dress back to them for the next larger size. After writing a complaint on sitejabber I finally heard from Sammy & received a RMA (return merchandise authorization). I then filled out the RMA & returned the dress & one month later, I don't know if the dress was received by Sammy or if the dress in a larger size is being sent.
I do not have the order number because you need to send everything back to Sammy. The tracking number is on my returning the dress.
