I ordered colorful wig and a leopard dress which looks nice on there website. When my order came could hardly wear the wig... too small that did not fit my head and the dress was too small although I ordered extra bigger size L for I know that Chinese sizes are small but nevertheless L is like a petite small. I dispute with them and everytime I get answer is the same asking me to send the photo of what I ordered. And later offering me to return the items, I requested from them a return address with stamp they told me that I have to pay the shipping which cost me more than the items that I bought... later offering me just small amount of the price that I paid. I dispute with Paypal an I think they did not get any respond that at the end Paypal gave me back my money. If you are ordering from China be sure to pay with paypal or better not order and read first if how the ratings of other customers.Don't order from this Company their product looks nice but you will regret because it is totally different from the what they show...

I reluctantly ordered 1 swimsuit, despite the negative comments I read about SammyDress. It has officially been over 1 month since I placed my order and the swimsuit hasn't even shipped yet.
It's funny, because I was GUARANTEED that my order would arrive within 25 days max. Naturally, I asked them to reimburse my shipping fee since they couldn't handle shipping 1 swimsuit within their own ridiculously guarantee. Did they reimburse me?... don't be silly, of course they didn't.
Customer service is also record-brakingly bad. I would actually bet money that its just an automated response.
SERIOUSLY- YOU'LL GET SO MUCH MORE ENJOYMENT OUT OF SETTING YOUR MONEY ON ACTUAL FIRE, INSTEAD OF PAYING sammydress TO NEVER SHIP YOUR ORDER!

Very poor quality clothing. I placed a big order and paid for expedited shipping. Almost 3 weeks later I received ONLY PART of my order. One bikini I ordered was missing a button. The button was no where in the bag so it had to have been missing before it shipped. One of the items looked as if it had been cut off and not sewn on the end. The two dresses looked cheap and were very poor quality. When I tried to return them thru live chat I was asked to mail them pictured of the defective items. I called to return the items at the number they provide I kept receiving an answering machine. My advice is just pay the higher price for American made clothes. You pay for what you get.

Other reviews say the same thing, so JUST STOP the nonsense and DO NOT ORDER anything from SammyDress. They never sent our item and refused to refund our money until we reported them to the Better Business Bureau. It took over two months of nagging, but we finally got a refund. They never explained why they wouldn't/didn't send our item.

Do not let the low prices lure you in. I never got a tracking number.My order said processing for over 10 days but the money was taken from my account the day I ordered. SCAM! I was able to cancel the order but I had to MAKE them send me the cancellation confirmation. When I got it it was a link to the Q&A section with a note attached. WTH... SCAM

I wear plus size and usually it's hard for me to find a perfect-fit-beautiful-dress. But I found several of them on the SammyDress.com
I would hardly recommend this site for all, not only the plus sized!
I got the same problem! My order shipping over than 50 days still didn't get anything, their feedback just mention to wait 10-45 days business day, what a lie? I don't think I can get back my $20. I never had a worse services like that.

Here's my order number MMS************** I paid on expedited shipping but for some reason they gave my package to a company call International Bridge who doesn't not do expedited shipping it's a company that cheaper and slower for what I was told from a agent there and I have not received my package and the live chat and phone number provide doesn't help cause all they do is tell you to email them with no avail I'm just happy I paid thru PayPal so I can file a dispute and get my money back I order from dresslink a while ago and only issue I had was the clothes didn't fit I also paid for expedited shipping and got my package the week after I order it cause they used fedex

Iordered a few things from this website and they came BUT the sizes were all WRONG andnotonly that. One of the items i ordered didnt even come! I ordered 4 dresses for my wife and never received anything. And don't try calling customer service. All you get is a full answering machine. Justfab is better. I wanted to surprise my fiance with a ball gown before I came home from afganastan. But I show up in army dress uniform and she never received it. Ruined the night I had planned for sweeping her off her feet to a nice dinner then get married in Vegas. Never buy anything from these crooks.

I had ordered a swimsuit last year. Nice swimsuit but took 3 months to get my order!
Recently trying to get a corset and bought over a month ago and paid for quicker shipping (extra $10) still no sign of my order even being shipped out...
Money's not a problem with me it's the fact that I'm paying for service in NOT getting!

I would have rated zero stars if I had the option. I did not receive 5 of the shirts I ordered or the jacket I ordered. They tell me it will just take more time. It's been 2 months and I know I am never going to receive the rest of my order. I asked them to return the money back on my credit card and they said I just need to wait longer to receive the items. The items that I did receive are all too small and I ordered based on their sizing charts. What I received does not fit. Their clothes are made to fit 8 year old girls. I call bull$#*! on any positive reviews of SammyDress. There is no way I would ever buy from any site in China again. I just threw away a lot of money! Keep your money in the US economy not China. They come on this review website to respond to people so it's obvious that they are writing the only good reviews of Sammydress themselves. They steal your money and don't send the products you ordered and paid for.

I am a first-time chemotherapy patient who ordered two wigs from them. I have yet to receive my items. We are approaching almost 20 days now since my order. The phone number for customer service does not offer a LIVE representative. There is an option to post a complaint on you order status page, but when you click on the link, the link does not work. The tracking page says it was shipped on a certain date, but there are not updates on where the products ended up since then.

I am not an online shopper at all... but when I discovered Sammydress.com, I had to give them a try. It was a great investment! I bought three shirts for my boyfriend and he loves them! :) The material is of a great quality and they are true to size! Not only that, but the clothes are way cheaper than they would be in stores. I was septic at first but you guys have made a believer out of me. I'm now a Sammydress customer for life! Thanks guys, keep up the great service!
I personally would never shop using sammydress again, it was a very terrible experience. But in saying that they did eventually grant me my refund.
I would leave this review more of as a lesson and advice to the sammydress company, improve your customer service, improve your products, stop lying to customers, and create clothing that accurately matches your description.
In terms of shipping and items, the only issue was the size. They came in the promised period of time, and the actual clothing items were in good condition and very lovely, but yeah everything was made just a little bit too small.
