I ordered $299 worth of stuff from them around Feb 10th i even did expedited shipping and they never gave any updates on my order just said processing... So I called paypal and started a claim with sammydress to get my money back they agreed to pay sent me an email saying my refund would be back on my card within 3-7 days checked my bank account the next day the money was back on my card. So im telling every one if you've ordered from them and haven't recieved your things by at least two weeks call paypal wit your order number start aclaim and sammydress will refund you dont try calling them the sammydress number is a scam. Dont order from them becuase it makes no sense the stuff should be taking that long

I have placed a few orders with SammyDress and so far I have no complaints. My first order took very long to reach me, but the point is it did arrive and the dress was awesome. I recently placed a very big Order Number: M************** and I am happy to say everything I paid for came intact. I have had no problems with customer service, so far every query I have made they respond quickly.
I have recommended the site to friends, coworkers etc and no one has had any complaints. One of my coworkers even got her orders before expected. She was very happy with her purchases.

Place an order in January. No product no one calls you back try calling days later mail box full. SeND in a ticket no response. Am on a very tight budget and this is hurting me bad. To ALL that has a complaint keep track of your every move with them. Send them a complaint letter certified. If no satisfaction write to the BBB. Better Business Bureau.
They will get you help and maybe enough complaints and investigation will get started and shut them down. This is what I'm working on

I have purchased from Fashion Mia few times. I got the product before the expected date.The colors are true as shown on their web site. I ordered different types of material and they were very good quality
I have bought watches and some accessories in this store and the quality is really good for their prices and they have free shipping in some products
Well. 3 items ordered only one has arrived. Left it a few more days until the full expected delivery time had expired. Tried contacting via the 'post sales' methods advised. No response so used the live chat option. Advisor gave me an expected date for stock arrival which I guess I'll need to add another 20 days onto for delivery. Not very hopeful having read tons of reviews on this site. Of more concern to me is the fact that I've never had issues with my credit card, but 5 days after placing this order my credit card has been accessed twice. I'm not saying it had anything to do with this company, it's just a very unusual coincidence... Waiting and seeing.

I purchased some dresses for photo shoots. Clean lines, decent materials, good details and fit.
I ordered two dresses and a shirt from these people. One dress is so huge on the top that it hangs down past your underwear even though the rest of it fits. The other dress is so short, it is nothing more than a blouse. The t shirt can't even be used as a dishcloth. The quality is disgusting, threads hanging down and nothing like the picture on their glossy website. I have spent the last three weeks emailing them for a refund, uploading pictures of the items on and generally requesting a refund. The cost of my items were £32 with £8 to send. On requesting a refund I was asked to check the refund t, s and c, s as in their opinion I had ordered the wrong size. They are in breach of their own t, s and c, s as it clearly states that EVEN IF YOU JUST CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU CAN HAVE A REFUND IF RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS. The latest email states that THEY have decided I ordered the wrong size and if I return the items, at my own cost, they will grant me a CREDIT NOTE to spend on FUTURE ORDERS! It is impossible to get your money back once you have ordered from this company. Their glossy website is NOT a true representation of the goods they sell. Please think very carefully before ordering anything from this company. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. I have paid this company £40 for very poorly made goods that in my opinion are all substandard items. I have no other option than to take them to my local charity shop and learn the hard way that if it looks too good to be true, it usually is!
