I ordered my item on 11/12 I never received any communicating on where my package was it was just in the processing portal. My package finally arrived on 12/29 and I shipped it back not even 2 days latter and still have no refund. Then I submitted a ticket and they are useless! No matter how many time you tell them you shipped the item back they give you the same answer. Never buy from this sight

I recently purchased a dress for my toddler and she loves it. The dress fits perfectly. She wears about a 2t so we got her a 90. The shipping was right on time. It came within 15days. Minor stitching issues, but nothing that a pair of scissors can't fix. I love it.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from sammydress and that was at the beginning of January!
The issue I faced with sammydress is the $#*! quality of those clothes, the items were completely different to what was described and what was on pictures. &they also sent me three tops that looked the same to cover up for the crap quality. Who does that? I sent them images of all of those items, and requested a refund and they claimed not to see anything wrong with them. Even the sizes were incorrect! I requested all that through my paypay account and they said that once I return the items I will get a FULL REFUND as soon as they get it. The items were DELIVERED to them at the start of FEBRUARY- that was a MONTH ago! STILL no refund after I spoke to someone for the *******th time and when finally a woman called CALA said she found the package and tt's returned to them, she will process the refun i thought i would get the money back. NO REFUND STILL... and now they are claiming that there is no record of the return although i showed them the screenshots of the conversation I had with CALA. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, CRAP CUSTOMER CARE, CRAP CLOTHING, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD!
WHAT ACTIONS?- WELL PAY ME BACK MY MONEY! And that their business doesn't run but make them give the clothes they sale for such amount of money to those who need them cause they are scamming people!
What would be your advice to anyone who's thinking of ordering from Sammydress?- DO NOT DO IT, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, MONEY ON THEM AND THEIR CRAP QUALITY 'ITEMS'.

This company is a scam! My girlfriend purchased a couple of items from them. The size was not even close to what it was suppose to be. After a month of emailing them they said she could either get $3.50 credit (the items cost $15) or she could mail them (at her expense) to China to get a refund.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ITS PARENT COMPANY YIGOU INTERNATIONAL!
The shipping costs are outrageous and even if you pay for expedited shipping, it will take a month or more to arrive. They are making false statements by promising the package in 3 to 10 business days. It's a terrible company. Don't be fooled by the low prices. I honestly think it's a scam company.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts from this website and was very unsure, the prices were low, yes... but shipping was almost as much as the products. Should have trusted my gut and not ordered. I ordered size Large, checked the sizing guide and even measured. Because they seemed off. Shipping was almost as much as the items themselves, and finally got them over a month and a half later. Tried them on and could barely pull the sweatshirts down over my chest. I weigh 165lbs and am 6' tall. Larges are usually a little loose on me.
So now to the return process... You have to have message several different people, then you have to upload images with measurements of how the items don't fit. If you just don't like the product, you're stuck with it. If they actually accept the images and you're allowed to return, you have to pay shipping back to the company which for me was almost $40.
I will never purchase anything from this website again and I will never let family or friends purchase from here. It is the worst shopping experience.

Brought a jacket that looked good of the photo nice and smart, it was delivered a few weeks later and its nothing like the photo the quality of the sticking was very poor and material as it states on the website: Polyester, Faux Leather it was more like a fleece and the colour of the leather on the elbows was very different...
Asked for a refund but they said it would be down to myself to pay the return delivery which would of been over £12 to send back to there warehouse.
Asked for a part refund agreed 70% with there customer care service and then they close my ticket query number and cut all contact with me, BUT I have finally got my refund in full all thanks to Wera who works in the customer service department...

I love this website! The prices are great, the delivery is fast, and it even has pictures from other users who bought products for me to compare!
I love shopping online but this is my 1st purchase coming from out of the U.S. When I first scrolled the website I was hesitant to order but at such good price I couldn't pass the deal up. The quality of the bathing suit is excellent and is exactly true to size. What shocked me the most was the speed in which my order was placed and shipped. I received It in a week; which was alot quicker than local retailers I have previously ordered from.
I ordered some 2 items took 2 months to come which I didn't know it was coming from China or where ever across the sea. When I got my items not at all the the pictures of what I wanted on the site. It took so long I didn't bother trying to get my money back. It was cheap prices but that's because of poor quality. It looked like the made it to try to look like the picture but no success wasn't even the same material. Do not order from them.

I finally received my order, however I am soooooo disappointed not only in the quality, but the fit. Non of the shirts I ordered fit properly, too tight even though I ordered the right size and lost weight since ordering them. The denim shirt can't be button up, the checker shirt I can't get on at all and the white lace shirt is too tight.
Although there customer service is pretty good, the merchandise sold is not what is advertised. I doubt I'll get my money back, so I won't even go through the hassle of trying to return them. I can not recommend this company to anyone, nor can I order anything from them again. I am so glad I didn't put in another order prior to receiving this one. I wish too, I had read the reviews before purchasing my first order. This is such a big disappointment.
Why would I send you the order number. When I'll only get the run around. Those 5 stars I beleive are coming from people that you either know or being paid. There's no way, unless they really live close to China, are they receiving clothes that soon and quality is not good at all. I notice you send the same response to all that gave you 1 star.
