Very affordable and cute! Received package in less than 2 weeks with the cheapest shipping option, so I'm pleased!

I love shopping here! Everything is so affordable! Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks which I feel is pretty standard. I always pay extra for the tracking number just in case. Whenever I have questions I always recieve a prompt response. The best part is ordering through the app you get an 8% discount and you can use S-Points which help out a lot! I love sammydress!

I have ordered from Sammy Dress a total of three times and each purchasing experience has been entirely positive. I have heard a decent amount of people state that Sammy Dress is a scam but I would have to completely disagree. I have purchased a lot of jewelry items and a pair of shoes from Sammy Dress and every solitary item displays great quality. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful, looks exactly like the display picture, and is packaged with care so as not to become damaged on the trip over. I would highly recommend their lace chokers and earrings. As for the shoes, they too looked exactly like their display image, and sported superior quality. Not one stitch was out of place, there were no traces of glue whatsoever, and they had that wonderful 'new shoe' smell. I was delighted to find that the bottoms of the shoes had great treading, unlike most other high-heeled shoes that I've seen from other vendors. And the heels were solid and sturdy. Sammy Dress's customer service team is fast, reliable, and friendly, and I couldn't be any happier with my shopping experiences

Customer service is "ok", meaning that they do reply to your emails. But other than that I ordered one item 2 months ago... and they are full of excuses (I told you - THEY DO reply at your emails) but there is no refund and if you don't want to wait longer you can choose another item (as if the other item would travel faster?)
I shop A LOT via the internet... and it's the first time I had such a bad experience.
Seriously, 2 months for an item to get delivered?
And the irony is that I could find the same dress in other sites...

Customer Service was pretty quick to get back with me about some sizing issues I had. Immediately after I ordered I realized that I ordered the wrong size so I sent in a ticket. However I was disappointed when four days later they said my order had been shipped but some items were not in it. -One was the item that I had inquired about getting a new size. It was out of stock due to high demand they said, but they failed to update the website and stop people from buying!

Its been a little over two weeks and I still have not received my order. I am hoping that it comes sooner rather than later. Although from other reviews I have seen, a lot of people have gone months or more before receiving their order. I don't think that I will order from this company again.

As it's very difficult to find this kind of clothes in my country I started shopping on the internet, and I found Sammydress. The quality of the products are very good and they are cheap. I love this store!

It took more than 1 month for the goods to arrive. Far too long compare to other supplier. I think I'll take my business somewhere else. You have to pay extra if you want tracking for your parcel. All the other suppliers, system tracking is kind of automatically whether you want express or standard delivery.

SammyDress is a great website. The products received are as advertised, the quality is above what you'd expect for such low prices, and their shipping, when not free, is inexpensive. I have ordered jewelry, watches, and clothing from this site and plan to continue to do so. I also find unique gifts for friends and family from Sammydress and all of them have been extremely happy with the gifts they've received from me!
