I have been waiting 7 weeks for the blouse I ordered and paid for. All they say is be patient. I believe I have been scammed.
The shipping email claimed my item was sent on 11/9/14. It's now 03/03/15, the item has yet to arrive, the tracking link provided doesn't work, and no one has responded to any of my emails. They left me hanging on live chat, operators not available, for half an hour before I gave up. Their time zone is 13 hours ahead of mine so calling isn't an option. Chalking it up as a complete loss of my money and will never order from them again.
This company should be closed down. PayPal paid for a sweater on 2/19/15 (I am in the clear by using them). I have tried contacting this company by email, by calling to no avail. Have signed up with an account to this company and it says I have no order with them.
I would urge anyone thinking about ordering from this company to read all the bad reviews. I know it takes some time to get orders from China but this company wont even send email to acknowledge your order,

I have very good experience with SammyDress, the products are high quality and consistent with the description and the customer service is at a very high level.
I was very satisfied with my first order, I don't know why people complain about the delivery system or about Chinese sellers. My boyfriend is Chinese and I will study this language and civilization at university and I know that Chinese have many virtues and they keep their word. My order total was 115 USD and I was of course a little bit nervous about the delivery, because in the past I had a bad experience with a popular clothing store from Europe (my order never arrived). So I thought that I may be waiting forever for the order from China too, but Sammydress's service exceeded my expectations. I placed the order on 30th of November and my order was in my local post office on 22th of December! I personally think that the speed of delivery was more than satisfying, because I know how busy is the month of December, as it's a period for holidays.
The 2 coats I ordered were just fine and looked better than in the pictures. The handbag is also of good quality and nice design and I sincerely could not find one of this type in the shopping centers of my country (Romania) at this small price. As for the two faux faur hats I ordered, I received many compliments from people who thought they were natural fur and it was very exciting because I bought them from the Free Shipping category.
I definetely can't wait to place my new order for spring/summer dresses and I hope the service will be as prompt as on my first order. I think I'm falling in love with this clothing store. With the little money I have as a student, I can buy three times more clothes than I could do it from the shopping centres in my country.
I put in my order on 01/07/2015. It is now 03/02/2015 and I still haven't received my packages. I have made several attempts to get in touch with someone at customer service, but they are not helpful at all. Also, don't try the phone number just as an FYI for everyone. It is not a working phone number. I finally was able to get in touch with someone on 02/12/15 and again on 02/13/2015 saying that sometimes shipment can take up to 45 days which by this point it has been well over 45 days. I requsted a refund or another alternative to fix this situation but I haven't gotten any responses. I'm not just worried about a refund. I'm extremely angry that no one is making any more efforts to fix this situation. Don't ever order from here.
What a rip off! The sizing is not accurate and the quality is awful. I ordered 12 items, got only 7, an 4 of those are garbage. I paid for them and the shipping and will not be able to use them is quite expensive. Tried to contact customer service but they said my order number is incorrect and could not open the ticket. I am real. I order from many sites with inexpensive clothes to test and be able buy way more. You get exactly what you pay for. About 50% of the time I'm pleasantly surprised because the quality exceeds my expectations. But i read the specs and material and reviews and customer photos help so much in deciding. The material is cheap in most cases but what do you expect for under $10? I did a test order to see what i was dealing with. Shipping did take some time and a few things were out of stock but they sent them to me when they restocked. If you put "refund all items not in stock" they did refund my money on more than one occasion. For the most part they are great inn my book and i will continue to order from them. I just know that "one size" don't fit me and i usually order a size up depending on reviews. Im 5'7 135 pounds. I've ordered clothes, shoes, accessories and purses and the boots and purses always are better than expected. I have about 5 sites i consistently order from and Sammydress is definitely one of my favs. I've had great finds and some disappointments on all the sites. But i know what I'm dealing with as far as prices and quality and order accordingly. And leaving reviews does give you points for money off your next order. And i give honest reviews. If i don't like it, you'll know. The most common complaint is shipping time. But they can't control customs so it's really out of their control. But i do wish they would tell you if items were out of stock. Small orders are better on the shipping charges too.
Ordered a top back in January. It is now March. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this company via email, live chat, and phone. No answers - no replies - no merchandise received. Do NOT order from this company.

My experience with Sammy dress has been wonderful! I have purchased over 10 orders with them and each order I received has been in immaculate presntation and nothing has been broken, if something is not available it goes on back order but I'm always made aware of it. Absolutely love love their customer service they are always so very kind and are very prompt with getting back with me I received a response from them within at least 24 hours. And there's no way I could find the prices on their site anywhere else this is why I continue to shop with them!

I will never order from Sammy dress again, only got one item when I ordered two, contacted them on live chat they said it was out of stock and if I wanted to order something else or have a refund I said refund, so we shall see if I get a refund or not

I just want my boot I paid for, or refund me my $20+ I'm usually a very patient, understand person of why things go wrong bit cmon I left my phone number, email... they could have contacted me with more detail... and BTW I saw that exact response written to someone else... I placed two orders on January 6th, 2015 (three swimsuits and a dress) and well it's March 1st and I still do not have ANY of them. I purchased those items because I was going away on vacation. I have made 2 orders with Sammydress so far. I have only bought accessories because I think the clothes they sell might not fit me well because I am a bigger size but I am a big fan of their necklaces, bracelets and rings. To be honest I was expecting that because the low prices the quality is not as high as it was. Also I thought I would have to wait forever because I am in Ireland and they ship from Asia. My order arrived very fast and I have been loving the things I received. I also had a pair of earrings that I wanted to gift to my sister, sadly they did not have them in stock and I was very impressed with being contacted by them telling me that they did not have them anymore, customer care is friendly and fast and this was the part I liked the most. All in all I am happy with them and the huge selection they have. I will definitely make another order.
