I placed an order in Dec. I received all of the items in late Jan. Except a pair of boots. I have contacted customer service several times. All they tell you is to keep waiting and that I should have paid extra for tracking and insurance. I have never spent as much for shipping as I did on this site and then no item. They haven't refunded my money for the boots and say they won't refund my shipping. So... no boots and no shipping refund (and so far no refund either). The other items I received were a joke... very poor quality. I had snags in the sweater, had to sew all the buttons on better as they were falling off and not knotted. Fabrics were not cut on the straight of grain so... the top hangs funny. Everything ran small. The clothes look adorable but are very poor quality.

I have been buying things from Sammy since last year, some people on FB says its a fake site... its not a fake site! There things are genuine including the price... they make sure you get the best support if u have a concern on your order. I have never been disappointment with all the orders i have made before... am in Zambia and u sue flat rate shipping, the items takes maximum one month to arrive... TRY IT YOU WILL VALUE YOUR MONEY!

All their products are great, not only for personal use but also for gifts. And although everything is very cheap, all your products are really high quality and last a really long time, plus I look absolutely fantastic and I get compliments on everything! I feel like a rockstar and every item that I buy is a conversation piece! Sammydress is the best site ever! Unfortunately they do take a while longer to send things to the US because of the time and airport regulations, but when questioned about it over tickets, they answered right away! Within 3 hours! They gave my tracking info and we're with me every step. They even gave me extra coupons!

I placed an order on 01/01/15, and as of 03/8/15, I have not received my order! You cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. I was finally able to get a response through Facebook, but it's been a horrible customer service experience. I don't know where this company is based out of, but I know one thing for sure, I will never order from them again. I realize what I bought was not an expensive tag price, but it's the principle and I was really looking forward to this product that I ordered. Lessened learned, I'll stick with just going to the store from now on and skip this ordering from catalogs and websites.

It's been two months. No packages. No product. NO CONTACT from the company. I've filed two complaints now. Still nothing. Order # MM**************. I better get a refund or I'm going to file complaints everyday until something is done about this scam of a company.

I have always ordered from sammydress disregarding the reviews. I have previously ordered from there a few times and my orders take a while to arrive but they arrive within a two month range. I placed an order on January 1st of 2015 (this year) and it is now March 5th and I have not gotten anything. I have made a ticket to sammydress and they just told me to be patient. I have NEVER had this problem before and I just think it is unfair that they already took the money from my account from the time of the purchase and I have not gotten ANYTHING from them. My order M************** has made me have second thoughts about ever ordering from here again!

I've read bad and good comments about SAMMYDRESS, and I think everyone talks on how it went for them it's not the same for all, for me it has been a great experience overall, of course I've gotten some stuff a bit late but I always try to keep contact with their support center, and this mainly happens when the item ordered is out of stock or in a production process, they've always asked me if I need a refund (I always use PAYPAL) or if I would like to exchange my item, also I tend to ask the stock status of the items I'm interested in before making my order.
I've placed nearly 70 orders on sammydress and all my costumers have been glad with what they've received, I've also orders stuff for me from time to time, and I will keep buying from this site because there's always good stuff you can find.

Order 3 shirts size large - 2 of the shirts had armholes so small that I could not put my arm into and i am not fat. And 3 shirt had material that was like a cheap dishrag, etc… plus it tool 1 1/2 months to get the order -- fed up -- putting them in Goodwill bag

SammyDress was by far the best online shopping experience I have had. Their website was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I had no difficulty in browsing and placing orders on the things I wanted to buy. They have the cutest assortment of stuff, different styles to make everyone happy. They have so many unique items that I haven't ever seen anywhere else. And of course, SO AFFORDABLE. I can't get over how inexpensive it was to shop with SammyDress. I was able to get almost 20 items for myself, they were all so inexpensive that I couldn't stop picking stuff. I probably spent two hours on the site just looking at all the cute stuff, having a hard time because I wanted all of it! Anyways, I finally placed my order and received all of my stuff within a couple of weeks. I was so amazed at how everything I got was good quality and looked just like the pictures on the site (To be honest, I was a little bit suspicious that this website might have been too good to be true, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I got my package). I am happy with every single item I got, and cannot wait to wear them. I wrote to customer support and their Facebook page to let them know how pleased I was, and they responded very fast and were super nice. I know who I will be shopping with in the future! I love SammyDress!

To put it simply;
I liked the service and loved the items I ordered - and they were really true to size.
And all the clothing that I ordered was really cheap compared to their quality. I am very satisfied - especially with the jewelry - it was really quite well made and "expensive-looking".
My communication with the customer service has been lovely, and they have always responded to me the same day, or within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays)- which is very nice.

To be a bit more detailed;
I ordered a total of 18 items on the 5th of February - and chose DHL as a courier. The order was shipped out on the 9th, and the package arrived to me in Iceland on the 13th - only 6 business days after I placed the order. Which is fantastic!

However, when the order was shipped out, SammyDress notified me that three items were out of stock, and thus were not sent with the order.
I contacted the customer service (which replied within 24 hours) and they offered me a refund, an exchange, or if I wanted to wait for the items to be restocked.
I wanted one dress as a replacement, but the rest refunded.

That dress was sent out with Netherlands Post (flat-rate shipping) on the 12th of February, and arrived to Iceland on the 24th (8 business days later).
I did not pay any shipping or handling fees for that second package - and it was sent as a gift - which was very nice.

I received the refund into my PayPal account a couple of days later.

So I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and would recommend it to any online shopper looking for nice quality cheap clothes.

I ordered 3 shirts on!-11-15. Two shirts arrived about 5 weeks later. Very Poor Quality and size large fit my 9 year old grand daughter. I have not recived other shirt, no explanation on why it has not arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING GOOD QUALITY CLOTHES< GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH ORDER> ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY>

You may or may not get anything you order. It may or may not be sized. When they say one size, you can bet it is XS. I only got 1 item out of three that I ordered from them and it was way too small.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Sammy Dress. I ordered some loose-fitting sweaters and at first i was a bit worried about the size and the quality of the materials, but after receiving them i was very satisfied with the items I had bought because they fit really well and they were the same as in the pictures and the colors were really nice. The quality of the fabric was really good too. The shipping took about 16 days which is really good, I ordered on the 02/07/2015 and they arrived at the post office on the 02/23/2015. Overall I'm very happy with my order.

The quality is a little crappy, but that is expected because of the price. What I was not expecting was to have so much wrong with my order and a COMPLETE lack of help and total incompetency on their end. They pretend that they are willing to help you but I communicated with them back and forth for three months with no results. When I finally wrote a review they started to help, but only if I changed my review to give them 5 stars. Their english is horrible, they have no understanding of what is ethical and they could not care less about actually having good service. If you do not have any problems with your order then ordering from them would be great. That is why they have people that give them good reviews, but most likely you will have problems and in that case you will have lost money in every way possible. I could explain everything that went wrong with my order, but that would take too much time. Just be warned that you will most likely be VERY disappointed with your order.
