Till now I have a very positive experience on Sammydress, for example once, when a parcel didn't arrive, they sanded another one without any problems, and the contact with them was very good as well. Some items differ from what is on the website, but the differences are usually not that important. All in all, I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a cheap jewellery (because that's what I bought).
I am very happy and satisfied with the service I've received from SammyDress. I have placed several orders, and I plan on placing more in the future. I absolutely love all the items I've received so far. I'm waiting on another order to be shipped out now, and I'm so excited. I know I'll love those items as well! I order on Feb 12,2015. We are now in march. I still haven't got my things 4 outfits. I've emailed several emails and several calls. I haven't got any return emails. When you call the customer service number it hangs up. People work to hard there money for this type of bull crap! Will be reporting in filing a complaint with the B. B. B
Let me tell you: SHOP AT SammyDress, period. You will NOT regret it, I PROMISE. All of the items pictured are exactly what you get. No scam, no gimmicks. The quality is so good too, that you almost feel guilty! Oh and a tip: get expedited shipping. It's worth the extra you pay!

They say inexpensive but BEWARE. They charged me $20 shipping when their site says everything is inexpensive. I complained on the $20.00 shipping charge on top since the shirts only cost a total of $11.00 and then they said its an "International" site. The shirts are cheap but they soak you on shipping! Runs really small even though there's a size chart. I can't even put the shirt on it's that tight. No size tags or care tags at all on the shirt. The material is terrible with strings sticking out. Looks badly sewn and the back didn't lay flat and it's bunched up in the back.The half black and half white long sleeve shirt is not how it looks on the site. Terrible quality. And they stuff both shirts into a tiny envelope. The shirts were probably made in another country cheaply, in my opinion. They make a bundle on shipping and the shirts and material and sewing are bad quality. Something is rotten here. The phone number area code is California. The envelope had a different name on return address, not Sammydress name. NEVER AGAIN! I wish I'd read reviews before I bought. I can't believe the good reviews on here are even real people reviews. Something Shady is going on, in my opinion. It's not worth paying more money to return them.

I ordered the Elegant Scoop Neck Color Block Bow Embellished Hollow Out Sleeveless Women's Dress. I was so excited, this dress looked beautiful online. I ordered it. What I received was a cheap knock off that looked nothing the picture online and they mailed me the wrong size. This is the review I gave the dress and of course surprise surprise it isn't posted or the picture of the dress I took so other buyers could see what they were really purchasing...
Truly disappointed with everything regarding this dress. Not only is it a cheap knock off, but they mailed me the wrong size. So I submitted a ticket and someone responded and then just stopped. After 3 weeks with no response, I finally closed my ticket. This dress is cheap, poor quality and looks nothing like the picture. There is nothing "elegant" about the dress I received. I wish I could figure out who actually makes the dress in the picture because it is beautiful and I am truly disappointed. I have include a picture of what I received so no one else makes the same mistake and is disappointed.
The shipping did take a little too long, but the quality of the clothing was beyond my expectations. I will definitely shop with them again if the purchase isn't needed immediately.
I bought a hair curler for my wife for Xmas, it didn't work. They wanted me to pay another 40% to send me another 1 or they would refund me $9.70 ( it cost 62.96). So I started a paypal dispute but I guess they are in cahoots as paypal gave me some BS as to why they couldn't refund me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Don't even think about doing business with this company. It is not reputable. The clothing looks so cute in the pictures, but the fabric is cheap and rough. The sizing is ridiculously small. One of the blouses fit my 8 year old granddaughter. Nothing fit me, the colors and styles were not close to pictures. I am size 7 and ordered large, because comments said they run small. What a joke. They are XXXSmall. No response to my emails. First email due to it taking two months to receive. Second contact to see if I can return all items and get my money back. I will try to pursue cancelling my charges through my credit card company.
I like Sammydress cheap clothes and all but the wait is to long. I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and its still saying processing. I am tired of waiting. I need this bathing suit before this Friday.

Sammydress is an amazing site. All of it's products are very low priced and beautiful. I ordered four items from them and they all arrived perfectly after two months. I received a dress, which was simple beautiful, but sadly a little too small. That was my fault however for ordering it in that size. I also ordered a bracelet that goes perfect with any outfit and is very high quality for the price. My ring was super cute and the perfect size for my pinky. My last item was a necklace that is adorable. For the prices all the products are amazing. I can't wait to order more products from them in the future.

I have tried a couple of websites since I am a crazy online shopper and I have to say sammydress.com it's the best! Good prices, quality, style, and shipping.
I was led to Sammydress by a random person who had on a cute outfit, she mentioned Sammydress and raved about how great they were. I came here saw the stars (not the reviews) and went for it. Legitimacy of the site= so-so. They do send clothes and they are in China. And sometimes they respond to emails. I've sent two, one before I actually paid and they responded right away and then one after I received one package but not the other. No response. '
I ordered my clothes on 2/1 and got only one package of them 2/17. The quality of the items weren't bad at all. It's like buying from the dollar store or maybe walmart (not bad but not designer clothes either obviously). I then read the reviews on here while I was waiting on my 2nd package and noticed many of them were fake. Check the reviewers profile and you'll see what I mean. How many reviews have they done? Do they all say the same thing? The rep that actually comments on the bad reviews do these issues get fixed?
And anyway, after sending the email to them and getting no response I decided to chuck it up as a loss. The tracking number doesn't work at all and I'm sure I'll never get my clothes. But they didn't hesitate to send me an email saying that if I give them a good review they'll give me a reward. PUHLEESE! I just want my clothes. AND I really hesitated giving them two stars. But it wasn't all bad. If they tracking number worked and I got my items in and the quality was still the same, and there were REAL reviews I wouldn't hesitate giving more stars.

I ordered items from this site TWO MONTHS AGO for a vacation that I took to Miami! Needless to say, I had to go out and pay for other items to take because this site scammed me and has yet to send me anything that I ordered. I ordered 7 items! Almost $100! I want my money or my items immediately! I am looking in to taking legal action against this site! I will also be filing an internet fraud complaint as well!

Ordered several things from them. One for Xmas which didn't arrive until several weeks AFTER Christmas. Delivery was between 1-2 months. Size was also an issue. See pics of blouses. Dress ordered L got XL Bathing suit ordered ran big too. To return, even if it is their fault like the blouses is to China on you. Buyer beware. There are basically no returns and the product fabric is low quality. Sad for me.

I placed my latest order (M**************) on 03/09/2015, this is the third, and the items are already in Italy, not delivered to my house though, 'cause they're in Milan. From China to Italy it's less than 20 days. Other times i bought something, always clothing, what arrived to my home was EXACTLY what I saw in pics and ordered ( sizes were true to size). They even took a pic of the actual parcel before shipping. When the parcel was too heavy, to avoid custom fees and speed up the delivery they shipped the items separately and gave me two different tracking codes. When i asked for something, before or after sale the response was always prompt and asked me if I was satisfied with my order and had resolved my doubts. Their aim is clients' satisfaction and i will go on buying from this site and suggesting it to fashion lovers. They're very understanding and collaborative with buyers to avoid overtaxation whereas with other online fashion sites I do not quote the name, i had to pay custom fees in Italy!. It's a total pleasure to deal with Sammydress staff..
