I have always had a positive experience with Sammydress.com. The clothes and accessories are very unique and I have received tons of compliments for them. The customer service is always prompt and they have resolved willingly resolved issues regarding backordered or out-of-stock items. I always look carefully at the measurements posted for the items and read customer reviews before making a purchase. Overall its a very reliable website and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

STAY AWAY! If you don't want to lose your money online.
I ordered shoes with them and they were never shipped. When I contacted them, they kept taking me back and forth. First they told me it was out of stock, then after some weeks, after trying to contact them with no avail (They can not be reached on phone and their voice mail is always full, they also have no direct email), they told me they'll ship it.

Two months later, they responded saying they sent it. They never gave me the tracking number or anything to prove that. When they realized I wasn't going to be fooled easily, they sent me a message saying I will be refunded.

It's about three months now, they don't respond to my messages anymore (I'm not even surprised anymore, they ignored me for way too long).

I was never refunded so I'm just going to give up

I received 3 of my 4 items in 5 days. While items were beautiful, they are TINY! I have submitted 3 "tickets" in the last week, to no avail. The are unreachable by phone. I have asked: how to exchange them for a proper fit (I am a size 6, so I ordered a Med), how to calculate what size I would be by Asian standards, and the whereabouts of my 4th item. I am at my wits end with these people. They say that submitting a ticket is the best form of communication, and that they will answer in 24 hours. I really liked the items, but WILL NEVER order from them again for lack of decent customer service, or any customer service at all.

Shopping with SammyDress has been a pleasure! Yes it is an overseas provider so the flat rate shipping can take a while, which should be expected, however they give options for faster shipping for reasonable rates! Everything about SammyDress is reasonable, from their amazingly low prices to their outstanding selection of merchandise. There is so much cute clothing to choose from, and their customer service is very helpful. I don't know what else anyone can want. SammyDress is the BEST!

I ordered a cute top and I usually take a medium or small, but decided to order a large, in case it shrank (since it was such a cheap price). I received the package with the top and there was no invoice or address to return the top. The top was SO small I could not even get it over my head! It's smaller than extra small! There were no tags or labels, on the top, and therefore no size listed anywhere on the top or in the wrapping...

I am tickled I found Sammy Dress. I have purchased so many things. Their items have always been well made and appear just like they say. The customer service is always a step ahead of you. They actually read your comments and contact you if you say "it's a little short", or "fits a little tight", they contact me and want to know if you need anything done. Like exchange or refund. I will continue to buy most of my wardrobe from Sammy Dress. My wish list is full!

I ordered 3 Medium blouses & 1 dress. Received 3 blouses all different sizes. 1 was right size, 1 blouse is too small and another is so large look like XL and I ordered Beige but they sent bright yellow. Quality of blouses were so pool nothing like they show on the website on sammydress. When I wrote to them I want instruction how to return the merchandise and I wanted full refund. They reply was they are going to pay me $4 US Dollars to compensate for wrong sizes. I email back pointed out that I can't change size small to Medium/bright yellow to beige. I insisted I wanted full refund. I want instruction how and where to send back blouses. I received email from sammydress I can keep all 3 blouses and they are refunding $15 US Dollars without returning instruction. I'm so frustrated this sammydress customer services. What can I do with too small/too big blouses with wrong color?. Don't order from this site, sammydress. They shows cute clothes with chip prices to lure in customers. If too good to be true, it's to good to be true.

"My experience with SammyDress was a positive one. Their products took about a month to arrive and were in perfect condition. My purses are much better quality than I anticipated and looked just like the pictures. I have already placed a second order with them and will be ordering lots from them in the future. Because the product is coming from China you have to expect that it will take longer than if it was coming from the U.S.
