I ordered off Sammy dress A MONTH AGO MARCH 9th!
Never got any feedback to the numerous emails ive sent, the phone calls or live chat option is a joke itself.
I needed one of my purchases for a event that i had to go and purchase a new dress for.
THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAMMY. ( note my sarcasm)

A month and no update on my order but my credit card was charged for it the day of the purchase.
It\s now up to the fraud department to deal with the headaches this company so generously provides.

Stay clear, unless you live next door you'll loose your money and never get what you paid for.

So I ordered a bathing suit, so cute in the photo. When I finally received it, after wasting my money for expedited shipping (still had to wait weeks and weeks for "processing") the bathing suit only kind of looked like what they had pictured. But it was a very CHEAP crappy version of what their picture showed. Customer service SUCKED, and they will not refund my money! I guess it is my fault that I received something that only kind of looked like what I thought I was getting. I will NEVER order from Sammy Dress again. Yes, you think the prices are great, but don't be fooled... you will only get some cheap version of what you think you are getting. CRAP!

I have done a lot of shopping at sammydress.com. There clothing is priced very cheap, but is still made of good quality. The jewelry is unique and beautiful, and well made, and also for a cheap price! The quality on the purses is close to that of a purse you would buy from Forever21 or a store at the mall, and yet, also cheaply priced! I have also bought some of their hair accessories and they are better than what I could get at the store, and again for half of what you would pay in a store. The shipping is not ideal, but because I am international, I understand that it takes time for it to be delivered to me. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and has had the information I needed. I have told so many people about this website and I will continue to do so, and also to shop there. It is one of my absolute favorite sites! Thank you Sammy Dress!

I have had such a great experience shopping with SammyDress! I can find great deals on clothing, bags, and jewelry that I can't find in stores in the US - they carry a lot of very stylish (yet inexpensive) items. Any time I have to interact with customer service about something I've purchased, they have been extremely helpful in notifying me of any delays or updates. If something is not in stock, they make sure I am updated often on the status. I love this site!

I order 24 items in 2 separate orders and I couldn't be more pleased! When I found their website and saw their prices, I thought it was too good to be true and that there must be some catch. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised to find no catch at all. Their sizing guide was so helpful and for the first time ever online, everything I ordered fit perfectly. I was able to get several pairs of nice dress pants, tons of great quality blouses and tees, an assortment of midi and maxi dresses, and all kinds of jewelry to match. I paid right under $200 for all of this, shipping and all! I would of spent five times that amount anywhere else. I will def shop on their website again and recommend it to everyone!

I believe the positive reviews of SammyDress are written by company employees - I never received my top and they charged my credit card the day after I placed the order. SCAM!
