Ordered a dress and a shirt once I already paid they notifed me that the shirt was out of stock (never should have been able to order if it was out of stock) so I said just refund me for the amount of the shirt. I was not refunded and they charged me twice for my dress and still paid for the out of stock shirt. Customer service? What customer service they have no email and the phone line is constantly busy never once have I talked to someone and I have tried numerous times

I am ordering from SammyDress for some time now and so far I ordered around 20 items. I am really happy with the products and service.
I think the main reason that some customers are not satisfied with Sammy is that they do not READ the details next to the product. So when you purchase you should keep in mind and manage your expectations accordingly:
- the goods will come from China, it takes a lot of time to get to Europe (I would guess the same for other continents)- so don't be surprised if your shipping takes up to 2 month (in my experience the goods come in 9-45 days range), depending on availability. I always pay for the tracking number and insurance and would recommend you to do the same (the cost is only additional 2,5 Euro)
- customer support in not on European time zone, but they do answer the e-mails left of support center link, but it takes 1-2 days to answer and they answer during the night.
- some goods were not available, but the apologized and refunded all the money back to my PayPal
- QUALITY of goods: I always read the reviews of other customers on Sammy page and look at pictures taken by the customers. For me that is the best sign of the quality of material and helps me decide to buy or not to buy. Keep in mind that this is not some expensive and popular brand that you would buy in center of Milan, NY or London. The big majority of products are really very good quality considering their price.
Overall shopping at Sammy is good value for money and I will continue to buy at Sammy.

I love this page, it has very beautiful cloths and accessories, this page always have new things, you can find everything, prices are good and accessible, shipping is fast and always have good service to customers.

I'm am pleased with my purchases from Sammy Dress... their prices are "GREAT" and the quality of the items purchased are very good. Their items are unique and that's what I am looking for when I shop online. I've placed several orders from them, more than ten (10)... I must say my favorite so far is a sweater that I purchase back in October 2014. I also made a purchase M************** 10/11/2014) of a two piece pant outfit for $17 (LOVE IT) and a bathing suit just last week for $12 and a skirt in February that was absolutely beautiful and great quality (M************** 02/02/2015). I love everything I've purchased and I'm talking about more than 15 - 20 items. I don't care much about the shipping time, but for the price, it's worth the wait.

I ordered once, around Christmas & it took TWO months to come in. I brushed it off as no big deal, it's the holiday season, they're busy. But over a month & a half ago I ordered almost $300 worth of items & they are still 'processing', I also used expedited shipping. They already took the money out of my bank & are now saying they haven't sent my items because they want to make sure I'm not part of credit card fraud. If that was the case then why didn't they contacted me previously? Why did they already take the money out? I had the message them & see what was going on & that's the crap they told me. Their number also doesn't work. I am so pissed, they won't give me a refund, either. You bet I'm going to the police office Monday morning.

Ordered some things and received a month later after paying nearly $20 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING and I only received half my order cause the other we're on back order and I was told I had to wait three weeks for them to come in not including how long it would take to ship! Got the wrong sizes from them and I could return anything caus their website was not letting upload pictures to send them tags. I asked for refund two weeks ago and have yet receive my money. Never again!

At first when i came across this website i was very skeptical bout ordering with Sammy dress as I had ordered clothing off a similar website and the quality of clothing was so bad... but luckily with Sammy Dress i was pleasantly surprised, now i'm addicted to shopping with Sammy the customer service is good if you have a query and the s points is an added bonus... would definitely recommend to anyone as you wont likely meet people in your town wearing the same clothing with is great

DO NOT buy from this company. I've been waiting since December to get the money they owe me. They charged my account for the full order, only shipped half. Then tell me I will receive a refund for those 2 items. After I received the partial order, I returned that garbage too. It is now April and I get a message from them after disputes with paypal and paypal credit that I will get my money back in 15 business days. Today is the 15th day and I still do not have money in my account. These people are CROOKS!

I have made various orders from Sammydress and all the products they have to offer are amazing and for a very great price. I have had troubles with my shipping, but the customer service dept was quick to fix it. When my orders did come in I was very surprised how great the quality of the products were and I love how people do not have the same items as me when I'm going out and just ask "Where did you get that" I proudly say Sammydress."
