I have continued to order with Sammydress and now that there shipping is improving immensely I just received all the packages from my last 2 orders in 3 weeks it was great because I was so looking forward to the items. They are definitely improving and clearly are listening to the complaints. I am really pleased because I have already started wearing all the new items. The shoes and jewellery are amazing
It's was somewhat not that bad always got my items. Most one time but I usually order in advance if I need at a specific date. Only problem I have it that the material is somewhat different in pictures. Never judge by a picture. Always read reviews of others or descriptio. Of material.

This cardigan is amazing! Super warm and soft and I love the pattern! It's pretty thin but will still keep you warm and looking cute! Came very fast - in 13 days. Fit very wel. Great for a casual outing or can be dressed up with a belt! L
They sent me Defective, Poor Quality, Soiled, Strong Chemical Oder, Items not as pictured and partial order. Ripped Off! The refused to give me a R. M. A. Tampered with email. The charged me almost 900.00 for Garbage! My name is Debra Aguero and would love to complain to U S customs about their fraudulent business practices. They never sent me a packing slip. I would rate them less than one star

I bought the Casual Bow Tie Collar Short Sleeve Faux Twinset Dress For Women. Looks completly different from picture on website and is from very bad quality. However I got a good service from Sammydress, because they paid it back. I was not happy with what I bought but the service Sammydress gives is as it should be.
I have purchased maybe a 1/2 dozen shirts with no problem, but one shirt from my last order is way to short. When I read how to make a return, I found it incredulous. I have to take pictures of the shirt, submit the reason for wanting an exchange, and a group of executives decide whether I may be allowed to send the short back to exchange. PLUS I have to pay postage BOTH ways. No more sammydress for my family.
Earlier I posted a review about slow delivery and odd sizing on their merchandise. Sammydress saw that review and contacted me to offer a full refund. I was absolutely amazed to find the funds back in my account the following day. I will be donating the shoes to GoodWill since the company indicated the cost of returning them would be prohibitive and this way someone will get full use out of them. The shoes were darling and I do wish they had fit.

I ordered merchandise and paid for it on 5/21/16. The tracking number RR*******809CZ link is 100% not helpful. I have tried emailing Sammydress and the email is invalid. I tried calling and left a message but never got a call back. I am ready to call my credit card company for fraud. Can anyone give any tips for me?

These earrings from Sammy Dress are the best yet. Long dangle with faux gemstone emerald, they are stunning and look like a very high end pair of earrings.
I've been ordering from Sammy Dress for about 2 years now and I haven't had any problems with them. They always answer my questions and though delivery time is long you can track your order and know exactly where it is. Overall I trust them.

I like this shop, I have a few things from them, and must confess, that are good. I like the material, and still are the same, even I washed them in washing machine, plus look the same as the pictures.
