I finally did receive my package from Sammy Dress. But, they still stole $10 from me, because they sent it to me after exceeding ten days. I had paid an extra $10 to have them deliver inside of this time, and they didn't do it. Then, they sent me an email stating the fact that they can't control shipment delivery times. So, I'm still wondering what gives them the right to charge customers additional costs for shorter shipping times when they claim it's out of their control. They're clearly stealing from their customers. And on top of all this, I couldn't even wear the thin-material swimsuits that I bought from them. The swimsuits were too short for the length of my body, and according to many other reviews just on this website alone, it's a nightmare to even consider returning these items. So as far as I'm concerned, if a company can't provide full customer service (e.g., phone number with live agent to address product issues and returns, customer satisfaction or your money back, and/or follow through with their promises to customers, etc.), they don't need to be in business... period! If you want to be a flourishing business in the USA, that's what Americans expect here, nothing less! Lesson learned... never again, Scammy Dress!

SammyDress is a good website, however, shipping is too slow, my stuff took about 10 months to arrive, and the other didn't even arrive, but they paid me back for that. So, problem fixed.:)
The tech support and customer service is pretty good, keeping in mind that English might not be their first language :P other than that, I've had pretty good results ordering from SammyDress, people say that the sizes are small, but i had my dress a S size and still too big D:

I brought a jumpsuit off them they said it wasnt in stock an will send me it when it did.
So when I did receive the jumpsuit it wasnt the 1 that was displayed but a crappy version of it.
I got in contact with then an they said the pics I emailed them were fuzzy which I know for a fact Samsung Note 3 doesn't take fuzzy pics & now they wont get back to me.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE,

Ordered 5 dresses from them. They arrived in all the wrong sizes. Some dress were small enough for a child, others were tent size (: huge) would not send me return info or credit me back for my purchase. BAD COMPANY-DISHONEST!

Everything that I have bought there was just as expected. There were no disappointments, When I had any concerns that resulted in me having to contact their customer service, I was greeted with friendly agents.

I should've minded the many bad reviews I read before I bought from this website.
Takes them 1 WEEK to ship anything and another two weeks to get your items. By the time I got the package I ordered I had almost forgotten what it was.
But the worse was the awful quality of the two pairs of pants that I had ordered. I thought they were made of cotton, or perhaps some blend, and instead it was some bad quality see-through fiber. Cheapest product ever.
Very very disappointed. Never ever ordering again.

I truly believe that the items you receive are defective. I ordered a blouse and could not get my head through it even though it was a medium. The return address is somewhere in China. It is totally impossible to return anything. They want you to take a picture of the item, etc. Is this website some kind of scam?

After ordering a summer dress i fell in love with early April, 2015 from sammydress.com i waited over 3months for delivery just to be sent the wrong dress. The dress i received is not even close to what i ordered, is three times the size and extremely see-through! Not to mention since i have told the company of t heir error the refuse to respond to any of my messages to make this right. Will never order from them again and would never recomend them to anyone. It may have not been a big money loss, but i have four children and very seldomly get to purchase clothing for myself as most of my clothes are hand me downs... i thought i would treat myself... guess i wont do that again

SammyDress is by far the most manipulative, deceitful, money scamming online store I've ever come across. They don't hesitate to take your money but when you expect to see your item in a decent time frame you don't see it for months on end. They are horrible with communication, they disregard the customers needs especially when dealing with a refund. I bought two dresses 2 weeks ago. I wasn't even notified that one of my dresses was out of stock until I contacted them recently for a refund because it was taking entiry too long for my items to process. They claim they will offer speedy shipping with no extra charge, that's a lie. They don't care, as long as they are being paid. It's a complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE from SammyDress.com.

I truly love this site sammydress, I've placed 4 orders and received all the items I've purchased. The items I purchased are all true to size, any time I had questions and wrote a ticked, someone always answered in a timly manner. I have recommended this site to friend's and family members, who have also made multiple orders
I bought three pieces from SammyDress for my son. I bought a trench coat, dress pants, and white buttoned-down shirt. Three months went by and I received a partial order. I emailed customer service on the same day I received part of my order BEFORE I opened the package to inquire about the other item that was missing. I was told the other item was on back order.
The other items I received were botched like they were sewn by a ten year old. Seriously, one pant leg was shorter and tighter than the other. My son would not have been able to fake the look of it, it was so bad. One shirt sleeve was longer than the other and the shirt was too tight. I ordered an XL in men and my son wears an XS in men and the clothes were still too tight? Who were they sewn for a snake?. He is skinny. I just took it as a learning experience and decided not to shop there anymore. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot. After waiting a few more weeks for the item I didn't receive, I contacted Paypal and filed a complaint. I didn't even bother to tell Paypal about the botched items because I knew if I had sent them back, I wasn't going to receive my money. Anyway, Paypal opened a dispute and I received a refund for the item that never came. I wanted so much to like SammyDress since they SEEMED to have cute clothes. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!

I cannot believe that for such a low price, you can purchase clothing as beautiful as what is offered in Sammy Dress. It fit perfectly and arrived early! I look forward to purchasing more clothing and other things offered in the website in the very near future!
I first wrote a rewiew for them, because i was happy to do so due to the service HAD been good. If you are going to buy, always make sure its tracked! All orders but the ones i have tracked arrived. But tracked one dont. And no refunds either! I got offered a pathetic 5% off next order as compensation. So i opened a case on paypal.
