"I am very disappointed with sammydress. I ordered different items in bulk for my store and was very disappointed to know that half of my items were damaged! I did not even receive my whole order and it has been two months since i ordered. The sales rep returned SOME items which were still damaged! I messaged him every week with no response for a month! Then he finally responded saying that he resent the items! They do not read your query properly and take you around in circles! They refuse to send the other items that i did not receive! I will NEVER order in bulk from sammy dress again! Highly stressed and disappointed! Later down... Sammydress sent an email talking about refund when I sent all the pictures for all the broken items it came up to 1,000 USD WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEMS THAT WAS A HUGE DISSPPOINTMENT! Only to say you guys can only refund me 100 USD? That's your big refund? Guess I have to count my losses! Then they have the audacity to say that I assumed the items were factory damaged! Assumed? Scammers they are! But I will sure file a complaint to pay pal about this company and would also let everyone who asks about this company know my bad experience! And I mean EVERYONE!"... i have been dealing with someone to send back 100 USD for my damaged items (which isn't the amount) it's more! And they said that the financial staff send the money through western union but they did not give me a transaction number to take out the money! Now i am checking my email and its saying the link is expired for my ticket when I sign in my account i'm not seeing my ticket! What the hell is really going on with sammydress! Then they lied to me about sending the money! I knew they did not want to refund my money!

Sammydress.com seems like a great site with very cheap and good looking clothing.
Now it was a long time ago since i ordered from there but when i did, the experience wasn't very pleasant. Most clothes were asian sizes and very small, the fabric was tacky and one of the shirts i ordered had a hole in it. I also ordered a figma which was a counterfeit (which i probably should have realized considering the prize) and i never got any money back ect. Now this couldn't be all that bad or unexpected considering the prices, right? Well, the prices of the items themselves arent very high, but the shipping makes up for it. A shirt that was cheap would with shipping counted in, become average priced.
As it was maybe a year ago i ordered i can't account for how they are today - but back then it was a big disappointment.

Worst customer service ever! Want to return an item that looks nothing like the image used on the website, but it has taken almost 2 weeks to get the information I need. If you want to return an item they deliberately take their time in responding to your queries as if it is really that difficult to say: 'please fill in this form and send with unwanted item to this address'. Plus they try to get you to accept a partial refund (a measly 10% in my case) as if I don't want my money back! In future will stick to proper clothing websites

I have found Sammy Dress to be a great shopping experience. The items I ordered arrived quickly and the staff were very quick to respond to any questions I've had. And, the prices are so reasonable!

I am so in love with Sammy Dress! I ordered a ton of accessories for a fantastic price! I contacted customer service twice to check on my order, as it was coming from China and I am in the United States it takes a little bit of time. The customer service was super fast in answering my questions, and was ALWAYS friendly. When I got my products I was beyond happy with the quality and looks of everything! I was not disappointed at all!

Sammy dress has one of the most diverse lines of products to choose from and sells them all for cheap price. Their clothing is beautiful and considering its coming from another country, the shipping is definitely reasonable and worth the wait. The customer service is also very kind and responsive.

I always check out the new arrivals on Sammydress because i am sooo curious what new and cute clothes i will find. I simply love Sammydress! It is my favorite place to buy online! LOVE IT!

I love the discount sistem where you get news and latest sales + a code to save more money, they reward buying again by giving you points that can be used to reduce the price of your purchase.
Costumer service was attentive and fast and solved my questions,
The product i bought was slightly shorter than expected but was true to color and material and well made.
Shipping was a bit slow but it was expected, i live a continent away, after all, but the package was not harmed in any way.
I already made a second purchase and I am very happy with the service.
