I did my online order on 22nd July and haven't received any delivery. Whenever I contact customer support their response is always on the way for the 3 dress/tops and for 3shoes they didnt have it in stock. If you don't have in stock then why you keep in online for sale. I paid nearly $100AUD but it just went on waste. I ordered this clothes and shoes as I was going for holiday but it is more than 20-25days. Just waste of money. Very bad customer service and I am so disappointed

I was hesitant to buy from here at firsr because of the bad reviews but im so glad I took the chance. I put my order in on Aug. 5th and received my items on Aug. 10th, im stilll waiting on half my order due to them not being available at the time but I have a good feeling they will be here shortly. Im very happy with my items and im already looking for new things to buy
I ordered probably twenty? Items in various tries and only a couple were acceptable. They have size conversion charts but a large in one item will be tiny, but huge in another. I figured out that the photos must be of the original items they remade with cheap material, because most items I received were very similar but not identical to the display photos. Practically everything was so transparent that you would have to wear camis under every item, including the dresses, even though the display photos showed much thicker, draping material. I give up and will order no more, as return shipping to China costs as much as the items did. Also, when I left a negative review on one skirt, making it clear the photo could in no way be of the same dress material, conveniently my review never appeared... just the positive reviews showed up, even weeks later.
I was a little skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true but I took a risk and submitted a $40 order. The shipping was a little long but they do advise it could take a while because items are being shipped from China. Once I received my items, the quality was not the greatest but for the price, I was satisfied. The only thing I didn’t like was the accuracy of the sizes. I wear a L/XL, I ordered a 2XL but should have ordered a 3XL. The products run very very small. I will definitely order again.

I know that you get what you pay for and I know that if the deal sounds too good to be true it usually is. But I ordered $119 worth of clothing anyway.
Although I'm typically a size medium I ordered larger sizes after reading some of the other reviews. When I received the clothing, very few items fit me or were too sheer to wear in public or both. Not a single item was tagged with the size so it was impossible to determine whether the correct size was received. The clothing is very cheaply made, which I pretty much expected, but I also expected that it would fit me and be appropriate to wear in public.
Do yourself a favor and wait for a nice local sale. It will save you much disappointment.
Here is their 30 day return policy:
1. Show us the problem with clear photos taken in good lighting or record a short video and send it to our Support Center along with your order number and SKU (product) number
2.We will review the case for you.
3.We will offer a solution.
They did send me an email that included:
"For the inconvenience, we are willing to apply refund for you as an extra compensation firstly, is it acceptable?" But the email was one that can't be replied and there are no instructions regarding the process for obtaining the refund.

1) Partial refund on your paypal account or credit card without return
We refund 35 USD on your paypal account or credit card
2) full refund on your wallet
If you can accept a refund on your wallet we will refund 100% of the product value 78.44 USD for future purchases
3)Return the item
In that case you will have to send at your cost the item back to China.
Once we receive the item we will refund 100% of the product value which is 78.44 USD
I paid $119 for the mdse so apparently their currency converter is a little off.
DO NOT, under any circumstances, purchase from this company. The photos on their website are very cute and VERY deceiving!
I decided (stupidly) to disregard the bad reviews I read and order from sammydress anyways. What a stupid idea! I ordered ONE DRESS on July 20th and it said they shipped it on July 21st. It's now August 14th and still no dress! This is ridiculous. I will not be buying from this website again. I don't know why it has such high ratings... Don't order from here! Tobi is much better
I knew it was too good to be true. Showed up fresh from a sweat shop in China where inexperienced children are sewing crap materials that sorta not really not even closely resemble the pictures they used on the site... In a much more see thru fabric. Just annoying. Never again.

Decent shipping. AWESOME prices! Super adorable clothes! Run a little smaller than American sizes, but everything is measured and they warn of that. Super cheap shipping that is faster than comparable sites. LOVE the stock, and the customer service is super awesome!
Hi bought two dresses from Sammy Dress. They shipped the dresses out separately and when I asked why one of the dresses didn't include tracking, they said it was their mistake and that I couldn't get a refund for the extra I paid to have tracking included because they included tracking on the 2nd dress. I paid to have BOTH dresses include tracking, not just one. Completely unacceptable. Won't be buying from them again. The least they could do is apologize and refund the extra money I paid to have tracking included.

I am addicted to Sammy Dress- It's literally a problem. Their stuff is soooo cute- beautiful on trend fashion for SUUUUPER CHEAP! And surprisingly, the quality is really really good too. I was floored. I've bought a crap-ton of stuff from coats, dresses, and shoes- and everything met or exceeded my expectations. The value you get from this website is amazing- this stuff would go for double the price at F21. Their items are definitely "what you see is what you get". The rewards/points system is also great, and their customer service is attentive. Shipping time is expectedly can be a little long (over a week) since they are located in china, but I very much HIIIIIGELY recommend this website if you want cute fashion for cheap!
