Ordered a large mens shirt. Coming from China, I found it cheaply made and the fabric was incredibly thin. The shirt also showed an "L" indicating a large but it was barely a medium. I demanded a refund which they would not pay. This companies fine print almost guarantees that if you are not happy with your purchase, its your loss! If you are not happy with the product and want to return it, you have to pay for all international shipping back to china!

Buyer beware, this place is the worst! You get what you pay for here and you will find you will regret it!

I placed a lot of orders at Sammy dress over the years. I did mostly order summer (maxi)dresses and jewelry (and some high waisted bikini's). I recieved one dress I didn t like so much, bull all the other items were great. Especially for such a low price (don t expect to get a 75 dollar t-shirt for 5 dollar...)

Please before you order pay good attention to the sizetabels on the article pages. A lot of items run small (Chinese sizes) and so don t pay attention to the labelsize (M, L, XL, etc) but just to the sizetabels with measurements.

Always be careful with online shopping and don t place large orders at once. This store also has shipping insurance and trackingoptions if you pay extra, but I have never used it for my orders (since they are many small orders anyway).

Also know that shipment from China to Europe takes about 3 weeks (sometimes longer).

I really like this store and the dresses, headbands, earrings and bikini's I did buy there.

Very positive experience! The dress I ordered arrived fast and is better than I expected. Good quality and looks like a million dollars! I will definitely shop with Sammydress again. Their customer service is great too. If you are looking for a bargain go with Sammydress, you cannot go wrong! :)

Wow! If only I read all the reviews just a minute before I purchased! I would have turned my head in another direction! SMH... I purchased two items and both was too small. As a Matter of fact both was so cheap looking and poorly stitched, while trying to put the dress on the gold asscesory in front of the dress popped off with ease while the stitching on the bottom of the dress unraveled right before my eyes and the swimsuit had a wire coming out of the bust part! FACTS: For Sho you get what you pay for! How do you purchase an item NOT one but TWO sizes larger and still end up with both items way smaller! NEVER AGAIN IN THE HISTORY OF MAN KIND will I EVER purchase from this sight again! Very disappointed! The dress I purchased was to be worn for my birthday bash I'm having in a couple of weeks. I'm extremely HEATED about the outcome. Lesson learned NEXT...

I purchased an order a couple of months ago. I bought a coat a pair of boots with fringes, a pair of embellished sandals. I received the boots and coat about three weeks later. My sandal were not included. I ordered the largest size in th e coat. The coat was too small, I gave it to my 13 year old granddaughter, who wears a size 7 in juniors.The boots were supposed to be red, they were burgundy, cheap material.The sandals were not in the order. I received them a couple of days later. I wore them, a lot of the rhinestones began to fall out, very cheaply made. Ruebena Parnell

I have finally found the fashionistas #1 website for styles! My mind was blown at how exceptionally well the website and app are put together. I've never seen so many beautiful options of dresses and accessories to clothes and outerwear to shoes to wigs, even cute tights! They literally have everything, and if you want everything that you see, it's not going to break your bank account at all. I love that the photographs of the products are the exact item you recieve, if not BETTER. The community wall has to be the most genius idea ever. It's REAL customers wearing exactly what they purchased and showing off how beautiful it truly is! What I really was amazed by how quickly I received my items, literally less than 2 weeks (11 days!) And the customer service... 10/10 stars! Incredible! I've never received feedback so quickly from customer service in my life, and I order online all the time. They were actually quicker on answering my questions, than if I were to call any others service line, and we were emailing! I wish that every one that wants to spend little to look amazing would shop on Sammydress, I've never been so satisfied with a website, customer service, products, and perfect delivery. They are and will remain my #1 spot to shop for anything and all of my holiday gifts!

Just to start of the worst experience ever, Tried using my American Express., Site kept bouncing back to PayPal. OK no problem. Insult is that they are requesting photos Credit card, Passport pictures, etc. First of all we as consumer are trusting that you are in good faith, Now I understand why your company by pass major credit cards. With in seven days I canceled this transaction with this company due to lack of customer service and fake Reviews. From Reading complaints and issues of quality I stand behind these complaints 100% ( *Note I am a Quality Control Tech here in NYC working for a women sportswear company and we do manufacture in Guangzhou China.) please stop selling defective merchandise, There are good people and factories out there)

When I first ordered I was a little nervous about it, but thought because the clothes looked so cute I would go ahead. It took about 2 weeks for me to receive my order. I choose the standard shipping method. I was so happy when it arrived! All of the items I received were well sewn and the material was better then what I can buy at department stores. Some tips for ordering: Make sure you know your measurement and check each chart for each item. Don't just order a size because it's what you usually wear. Also, look at each items dispatch time under the items title. Some items only take 3 days, some take longer like 10-15 days just to start the shipment. If you choose those items and regular shipping it may take longer to get your order so be patient, but it's worth the wait!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful lace dress but what I received bore no resemblance to it - the 'dress' I got looks like it has been badly made from chopped up lace curtains:

At the neckline, the lace is just chopped off and left to fray and is badly stitched to the nasty thin nylon lining matetial; the seams do not match so there is a 2cm difference between the shoulder and dress front panel; there is NO fitting - no darts, no shaping, just a gathered 'bag' of nylon lace stitched to a shapeless, messy, badly made 'bodice'. The 'underskirt' is simply a piece of thin, NASTY nylon lining fabric which only comes halfway down the skirt.

It looks like they take images of real, good quality items and then make their own rubbish versions of them to sell.

As soon as the item arrived and I realised it is unwearable (2 days ago) I contacted the Support Centre to request a return and refund. I sent photos of all the appalling examples I mentioned.

Their reply? 'We think this defect is small so we only offer 10% refund.'

So my advice?

DO NOT buy from these people - the images are NOT what you will receive. And ignore the 'we are so sorry' replies after other complaints, they do NOTHING about customer complaints, you certainly won't get your money back and believe me, you'll want it back!

I'm going to make a video of the disastrous dress and upload it to YouTube within the next day or so, as the image really doesn't do it justice - it is unwearable!

I just received my second order a few days ago and have had nothing but good experiences with Sammydress.com My items have never taken too long to arrive to me I get the second fastest or fastest shipping and all but one dress fit me perfectly. And that one thing that didn't fit me was part of my first order so I didn't take measurements and just tried guessing. Whenever I had any questions regarding my order I always got a reply by the next day. Sammydress is amazing and I look forward to shopping with them for a very long time
