My order was "not available" until 21 days after it was placed. I was not notified of the delay in product until my inquiry of my tracking number for my delivery as I was expecting it within the time frame promised. I was offered to "replace" items if I chose. When I asked about the replacement items with expedited shipping due to my inconvenience and error on their part, I was told I could get the expedited shipping with added fees at my expense. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I wish I would have read these reviews first. Ordered 3 things and the quality is horrible. Strings hanging out of buttons and a belt that doesn't even fit around my waste. I tried to get a refund but they make you jump through hoops. I finally submitted all proof and now they want to give me a discount on my next purchase instead of a refund. I will never buy from them again. It also took forever to get my order. Cheap Cheap clothes. Don't waste your time or money.

It was my first purchase in SammyDress, I enjoyed the request came well packaged and came examtamente what I ordered.
I will buy more often, you have many product choice and I like that a lot.
I wanted to share that I had an awesome experience with Sammy Dress. Quality of products is awesome and I would definitely buy here again. I'm very happy with shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and I got my products faster than the stores here in the U.S. I placed my order on a Sunday and by Thursday I had all of my dresses at my door step. What I recommend everyone doing before ordering is ask if your item is in stock that will make your purchase go faster, better, and, will make everyone happy.
I've had a great experience with this website so far, not only are there great deals but there is also free shipping!
I really like this website, order from them all the time, any times I've had an issue with my order they are always happy to help. Really good quality. Just always read reviews and description of each item and it will be no worry.
My order came in earlier than predicted and everything is made affordable for everyone! My clothes are super cute and fit fine. My boyfriend's cross necklace came in nice and he revives compliments on it all the time! I am always shopping at sammy's dresses!
The only person who can shop at Sammy Dress is a 100 lb. size zero. Even then, the quality is crap. Terrible workmanship. Things were all misshapen and odd. I ordered XL to 2XL on all of the items in my order and the only person who could squeeze them on was my 17 year old daughter who is a size 0. I would like to send everything back and get a refund of my money, but they are hard to deal with and don't want to return items.
Here's the kicker... they 'resolved the conflict' by giving me a $30 refund of my $200 order. They gave me other options as well, like shipping the items back to China on my dime, yeah, no thanks. I'm sorry but that is not good customer service. This company is shady.

I bought few items from this website and paid 35% of the overall cost in expedited shipping. I has been over 14 days; my order is still marked as processing. It is not even shipped out yet. I try to contact them by phone; at first, the line was busy. I tried and tried, it rang for a few times then it goes to a voicemail that has no greeting; so you cannot even determine whether you've gotten the right number or not.
This is so frustrating! Never Again!

I ordered an order and paid more for expedited shipping than the actual items and here it is over a week later and no order or communication from the company whatsoever... The phone number is busy 24/7 so this being my first experience with the company is my last. Two thumbs down! I'm thinking of disputing the charge on my card being that I have yet to hear back! Not good business practices...

This store makes their items look fantastic in picture but in reality their items are not shown properly. The clothes are to tight and the accessories are made of cheap products. Worse of all, you can not return the clothing because shipping would be more expensive than the item itself. I should have known that a cheap store would have cheap prices for cheap good. I do not recommend this and although the prices may catch your eye, the items are not worth it.

I order 2 items on July 29th and it is now August 14th. I've written them several times and I get the same results... I will NEVER order from them again... This is the worse service I have every dealt with. I could have knitted a pair of pants and dress by now... Is this a scam or what? So sad if it is. Rosegal, Zaful, and SammyDress are all teh same company and items you receive from Sammy Dress and Rosegal will have the Zaful label. They sell fakes of the items in the pictures. What you receive will NOT be as pictured in the ad. It will be a different type of material than pictured, different pattern even if patterned and it will be a different design and smaller than the measurements they provide. DO not waste your money... And They steal pictures of clothing from valid sites and then try to replica them, but they do a horrible job. They use a substandard material, horrible craftsmanship, and it won't look like the pic as in the ad at all. And returns are near impossible, DO not dispute with them, but instead directly with your payment source. ( bank, credit card co, paypal, etc...)
Please file a dispute through who you paid through, take pics of the items you received as well as save a copy of the item as presented on their website, describe the differences in the item you received compared to how it was represented on the website, sizing, fabric,
Item design, workmanship, etc. Also go to the USPS and research how much it would be for you to return the item to the company in China, and include that information in your dispute as well. This should get your money back as well as ding those scammers at Rosegal as well.
And then go file a complaint with the FTC too, since they use a USA based phone number, out of New York, New York, you can. Use the Online Shopping category, and select "Other" ( Zaful and SammyDress are all the same as RosaGal, with Zaful being the label on the clothing they send out.) We can get the out of the USA, and maybe out of business if everyone bands together and complains!

Loved all of the outfits i ordered. Almost everything was true to size and color. Can't wait to show off the outfits! :)
I normally only buy from large well known companies but decided to give SammyDress a try because they had the cutest bathing suit ever! I was not disappointed. The product was exactly as shown. The shipping was faster than what they said it would be which was great because I was expecting it after my vacation but I actually got it before my vacation.
I placed an order on August 27 2015. I did not receive email about shipping. Here it is almost a month later and still no word about when I can expect my order. I've submitted two different inqirerys and have heard NOTHING! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
