So I used expedited shipping, it was worth it and I was even able to reroute it, when I missed it at home, to come to my work.

The dress I ordered was ordered large because of the differential component to all Asian Fashion sites and now I am customizing the dress to me. I love perfecting a piece to me and I hid a stitch by the points of the purple bust so I can wear the collar popped or folded down. I will do a long dart under the armpit to take in the bust and waist.

The quality always equals what you paid and I suggest always measuring, based on size chart, in cm (most accurate).

Wish I would have read these reviews first. I placed an order and paid for faster shipping service. The site says it has been shipped but no way to tell by what method and where in the shipping process it is. Thank goodness I cancelled the 2nd order. Try sending an email to find status and no answer.

I wish they would get things straight and stop wasting my time and money. Wish i could call and have the order traced or possibly have my money refunded.

The clothes are as they look, both super cute and stylish.
Be sure if your american though to order 2 sizes bigger then the size says to fit you correctly. I didnt know this and some things didnt fit, but over all i was pleased and made another order, with my correct sizes.im excited to recieve it! The clothes are priced well however they could work on the shipping costs. Sammydress styles are just to adorable, would love to see them make more plus sized things as well.

Hello all, I ordered a dress from here and it literally fit me perfectly. In all fairness, I must note that I have c cup boobs. If I still had large breasts, I would not have been able to fir that dress. I ordered a 2xl because I figured their clothing ran pretty small. When it got to me approx. 3 weeks later, it was AMAZING! I love the dress the ONLY down-side is that I am 5'3 so I think this was made for a taller person. Its too long for me, unless I wear some very convincing stilettos... but I have not one complaint about it. If you do what I did, you might have less expectations of Sammy Dress. I read the reviews and was reluctant to purchase from here. So what I did was, ordered the cheapest dress and accepted that I was probably going to lose this money forever. I ALREADY expected that. I paid for the dress and put it to the back of my mind. When it arrived, I wasn't even excited because I expected garbage, however, I was MORE IMPRESSED than what I read. I will order again!

I started ordering from this wholesale clothing online store, because my sister told me about it. I love the great prices and the quality of their products. I've heard the war stories too, but thought I'd say something positive here on sitejabber for the both of us. My sister has placed over twenty orders from them and I have placed five. We both agree, flat rate shipping takes to long for US citizens, we (my sister & I) want it now! If you place a fifty dollar order it might be a few dollars more for expedited shipping, but worth the money. Be a wise shopper, look at the measurements for the individual clothing you are purchasing. Just like here in the US different manufactures have different measurements. My sister told me to watch the sizing to start with, but I didn't do it on one dress and ended up giving it to her. My bad, her gain, LOL So enjoy shopping on Sammydress, I think they have great prices, quality products, and good customer service!

This place does not even deserve one star! Products look nothing like the picture and you can tell whoever made the clothes just copied pictures and sewed them together themselves. I ordered a large in a shirt to wear with leggings and it says Large, but is the size of a child's onesie! I can't even get an arm in it and u can see the strings where they made a fake tag and sewed it onto the fabric. I will never order from here again. I should of know it was too good to be true! Be careful guys, this place is a scam!

First ordered the items and waited 21 days to contact them when they all showed still processing. Response was items are out of stock will be back in three weeks. When I ordered the items they showed 7 to 14 days processing and when he responded they still showed the same. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing emailed again and they said they would ship them within a week. Almost two weeks later they finally ship them but not expedited like I had paid for. When I checked on this they said there mistake and would give me a five dollar credit for the extra 10 dollars I had spent to expedite the items. Now having to go through PAYPAL to try and get the money back.

I ordered 2 dresses for my wife last week Friday; i made sure to use expedited shipping. It's been a week now and the order STILL says processing. They scam everyone by claiming expedited shipping, but there is no such thing. I tried to cancel my order but the customer service is non responsive. I have to find another alternative for our event tomorrow evening. I know it's coming from China Post/etc and i've received items within 4 days using expedited shipping from vendors in China. This is a scam. Cheap dresses, EXPENSIVE non-existent shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The shipping was fast and the clothes are exactly as described.
I will definitely continue shopping with them, because they are so generous with their discounts and coupons, as well as points that can give you up to a 30% discount before shipping costs. When asking their customer support a question, they always get back to you rather quickly. I will definitely continue shopping at Sammy Dress!

I am a mom of twin toddlers thus being able to shop online (as opposed to physically going to store) is a blessing for me!
The clothes from Sammy Dress is really cute and in a great price. Material is good, very stylish, true the size, and with many selections. The website is fairly user friendly to search on specific items I need.
The only negative comment I'd like to make is, there were two missing items due to out of stock. I need to contact them for a refund, and I'd expect that it should be the other way - they should proactively contact me and communicate the issue and automatically refund me back without my request.
The customer service is nice and with prompt response. The refund does need to take several days though for waiting..."

I previously reviewed SammyDress, noting that the items send were not as represented in their size chart. SammyDress originally denied all but a $2.00 refund and required that I return the items by USPS, although SD sent me the order by "Chinese boat". When SD found my SiteJabber review they agreed to refund me but still required that I return the $20 order for $36 in USPS postage. I had to complain again - about a dozen messages, photos and emails in all. SD finally agreed to provide a full refund without requiring me to send the useless items to me (they are three sizes off). While I am glad they finally did the right thing, I spent far too much time on this. This company is clearly not prepared to do business in the U.S. - YET. I hope they change their size charts and customer service. And can we do something about the expense of international shipping? Maybe drones? :)

For the moment I was not relatively disappointed by the purchases that I made on the site of SAMMYDRESS. When I was, they were attuned at once and looked a solution, thus those who complain of their " service consumers " are are people who are not used to making on-line purchases are people who never find satisfaction in although is...
Articles which they propose are varied and trends and hold the wash contrary to other sites (it is my point of view); the only negative point would be at the level of the choice of the sizes ( the Chinese standards) but we can always get closer to western standards (at least for my part).
The shipping, similar, not disappointed; articles are well unpacked, the only drawback would be during large orders (+ of 3 articles including clothes, accessories and shoes), articles are sent to 2-3 parcel instead of the only one. The duration of delivery for France sets between 10-15 days, thus express even if I choose of an economic sending.
I recommend the site SAMMYDRESS and shall continue to go shopping with them (I have no again tested quite their choices that they propose in particular home items)!

I ordered 2 dresses from this site for bridesmaids in the size according to the chart on the site. Not only would they not even come over the girls heads they were so small they were no where near the color that they advertised. I contacted them to see how to return dresses and get a refund and got the runaround. Finally they refunded me for 1 dress but only for more crappy merchandise on their site. So this is a BIG BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from them at all costs too many people are being ripped off by them. No refunds of money when the merchandise is clearly crap and a way to steal your money! Never will buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them!
