10/05/15 and I Haven't receive anything yet, they keep telling me my address could be wrong, no tracking number, even though I was charge for shipping, Asking for my refund and they just keep extending the waiting time,,, completely got robbed.

I was scared to order from Sammydress at first. I'm really tall and most of the sizes were like 'Asian Medium/Large' but they had all the explanations listed on each item page :D I order a couple shirts and they were extremely cute. I will definitely order from them again!
I love the cost of their items on Sammy Dress. The selection of products is also abundant. However I do have some issues with sizing and shipments. All the sizes seems to be for Asian's and when searching for something in my larger USA size it can be difficult as the conversions are not always available.
Shipments to the USA also takes quite a bit longer. Also some of the items purchased seemed poorly made, but then again that is what you get for going cheap.
My first order arrived in about 3 weeks and it was missing two items. I had ordered 10 items and out of those 10 items, only 8 were actually shipped and out of those 8 items only 4 items actually fit me due to the sizing issues and not understanding the conversions. Out of those 4 items 2 were poorly made and did not really match the pic, but look good on, so I kept them anyway.
Customer service was great when contacting them... you have to go through their website though and be sure to check back on status of your ticket, but otherwise they were really on top of fixing my order best they could.
One of the missing items was sold out, so I asked for a refund. Was not too happy about that... how do you miss putting the item in my shipment and then it gets sold out so I can even get a replacement!
HA i made a complaint because i never recieved the sweater i ordered. They commented about how they thought it was rude that i commented negatively and they finally sent my order. It was a high-low, oversized sweater, i recieved it today and it was supposed to be 27 inches long, what i got was a joke. It was MAYBE 18 inches long and it was definitely over sized! It looks like a 6x made for someone 3 foot tall! It was itchy and smelly and keep in mind that it took over a month to recieve it and i paid an extra 10 dollars to have it shipped in less that a week. The only possitive reviews are from people who work for sammy dress and 90% of them are fake. If you do get your order, it will look nothing like the picture and it will either have rips or stains. JUST DONT DO IT IF YOU VALUE TIME, MONEY AND FASHION

First off the shipping is slow and you have to decode the tracking info as it does not tell you how to check your tracking info, Second the size chart is WRONG! I know what Size I am and all my cloths are however you have to add on at lest 2 sizes larger then you just to get your size! BUYER BEWARE! Website also does not say that all items are shipping from china and trying to contact them GOOD LUCK!

I have made several orders with Sammy Dress, they do not come in order but that's ok, it depends on where it's coming from. I made a mistake once and ordered something I already ordered, they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Just make sure that you look at the size chart everything has a different size. Go shopping so much fun!
I ordered an item from here and I paid the basic shipping. It took 30 days to receive my item. I ordered the item on 7/13 and it stated it shipped out and arrived in the USA on July 21st. From there the tracking completely stopped. I thought it was held up in customs the entire time. I finally received the item on 8/14 and when I looked at the postage on it, it said it shipped out of China on 8/3. The tracking is completely bogus. I contacted customer service several times and they said to just keep waiting for it. I was really hoping to use this company for a dropshipping service. The clothes were cute and the price was reasonable. Now there is no way I will put my reputation on the line with this type of tracking, shipping, and customer service. If you are in absolutely no hurry to receive your item then go ahead and order from them.

God forbid if you have a bigger bust size than noted on their "translation chart" I can't speak with anyone via their 24/7 chat, no one answers their phones. This company if a BIG RIP OFF! I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them. I will never purchase from this company again and I will let all my friends know what a scam this company really is. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! Took a huge chance by purchasing a BUNCH of things on this site on the 26th of August, it is now September 21st and I have still only received about half of the items I ordered (about 7 items received now). All of the items that I HAVE received are the worst quality of clothes I have ever seen. Such a disappointment. No such thing as super cheap and nice finds.

I have ordered many products from Sammy Dress. The quality and cost are unbeatable as is the customer service and shipping time. Im addicted to this site!
I paid for expideted shipping. The items came late. Clothing was of poor quality and did not reflect what was advertised. In addition the clothing has a horrible odor to it and I am warry to even have it in my home. I contacted customer service for a refund as I am still within my 30 refund period and am willing to pay for return shipping. They have still not agreed to refund although their warranty policy clearly states I am eligible. I spent $100 and so far they are offering me the option to have 20% value in store credit OR $3.8.
Absolutely horrible customer service. This has been going on a week now. I will never purchase from them again and will continue to attempt to get my money back. Bad business practices Sammydress...

Bought a pair of shoes over a week ago paid the extra 2$ for a tracking number that doesn't even work. Got a confirmation email saying it shipped on the 11th of September then I log in it says it shipped out on the 15th of September that's all nit saying where it is now. How the heck does that makes sense. Not buying anything from China again my husband having the same problem from buying another product in China. Shady business. Deleting my account after my shoes come, if they ever even come. Wish I read reviews before ordering.
