I placed an order for 2 skirts on 8/4 2015. Money was taken out of my account that day for the purchase. As of today 9/28 - I have STILL never received my order. After numerous emails to the company, I'm being told to "be patient", and that due to "festivals/holidays/remote locations" (of which there weren't ANY festivals, ANY holidays, and I live in a large city in Los Angeles) - I was told to wait until October 3rd - and only after that time would the package be determined as lost. I want a FULL refund! Do NOT order from this company!

Not good at all

It took more than a month to get the items. All items were very cheap as paid, I am using them to wash my car. It seems likely came from flea market- Not per USA standard

I ordered a 39 eur. And they were size 7 and half.The bottom of the shoe states 39. I was very hurt because i love these shoes, I just gave them to my daughter because she wears 7 and half. I notice you all have womens sizes up to 44 in certain shoes. All my friends love them and they to have large feet. Please make them in black and cream with pearls and you will have many sales. Ordered 3 shirts, only received 2. Shipping incredibly slow. Sizes so small the 5xl won't fit my daughter. Sammydress is ridiculous. Run away as fast as you can.

I bought one dress, and when I received it, first of all it looked NOTHING like the dress that was advertised, and secondly the sewing job was so sloppy. You can tell this dress is not something you'd ever buy in a store. When I called Sammy Dress, you can never reach them by phone, the California number they provide just hangs up. Then when you place a "ticket" there is a technology error when you go to submit your complaint, and when finally e-mail them with proof, they do not respond. I had to go to Facebook to try and talk to someone and when I finally did on a social media site Facebook, the person wrote that the clothes are cheap for a reason and they would only give me store credit. Sammy Dress should not be allowed to exist, they are horrible! Save your money do not shop here.

I placed an order on Aug. 10, and received an email that it was shipped Aug. 11. The email stated to allow up to 25 days, and it has now been much, much longer than that. I am not happy and plan on having Paypal refund the money to me. You charge us to track our package, so I refuse to give you more money for that.

Update: 10/13/2013

I did file a dispute with Paypal. After several weeks of messages between myself and SammyDress, I did get a full refund. They requested that I add to my review at this site to reflect that, and I am happily complying with their request.
However, use caution, as they wished for me to close my dispute thru Paypal first, which would have closed this claim with no further recourse. I declined to do so, and they followed through with my refund.

Seriously if you really think about it, how do you got from 1s and 2s to 4s and 5s? Nothing in between? Cause there are people writing good reviews for all the bad ones to confuse other people. I bought one single shirt cause I was sceptical about these online companies that advertise through FB, and I still haven't got my shirt, it's been 3 months! Everytime I call I can't get in touch with anyone to speak, luckily it was only 10 bucks, but still, don't trust any online companies that aren't well known like this one, stole my money!

Very poor quality products! Their sizes are all over the place - I ordered two medium size t-shirts, one fits across my chest but has very big baggy sleeves, the other is too tight across the chest and under my arms and they both only just reach my waist. See their automated response below regarding sizes - how can they say to check the size chart when two items that are supposed to be the same size are so different! The material is horrible with both myself and my girlfriend commenting that it reminded us of those old replica Football t-shirts. I'm not going to bother returning them as it's not worth the hassle for the price paid - I'll stick them in a clothes recycling bin and maybe someone else will get some use out of them - but I'll never order from them ever again. It's a shame because they have good designs and if their products were up to the standard of their designs I would have ordered a lot more.

As the title states, I don't know what these other customers are talking about or complaint about. "Sammy Dress is the real deal! They are not a scam or fake business over in China that will send you horribly made clothes or just take your money.
Their clothes & bathing suits are of really good quality & look exactly how they are pictured in the photos. Some of the items may need to be sized up a size or 2, but some of the items actually fit true to size. Overall Sammy Dress is a great store to buy from with inexpensive items, excellent quality items, and wonderful customer service to buy from. Another thing I love about them is that they send you discount coupons & you earn points on everything you purchase. Once you earn 50 points you can start using them for discounts on future orders. Love love love Sammy Dress. Their my new favorite store & secret weapon for all my cute clothing. Oh and shipping is super fast!"

I ordered 4 products for my first time shopping on Sammydress. My first impressions here are about the reasonable price, various categories and a quite large customer base. I am lucky to shopping in their 3th birthday occasion so I can pick my prefered items at better prices. Their prices are great, but shipping cost sometimes higher than product price. But for items shipped international, I can understand. The best things are shipping time and products quality that I've received yesterday. Parcel is shipped much faster than I expected, only 21 days to Vietnam, by Standard shipping. If someone can't get a full tracking information, I recommend to enter your tracking number on http://www.17track.net/, not links that Sammedress provided. All products actually seems more beautiful than on photos. My mother and me, we are so satisfied. About Sammydress customer service, Livechat is not really good. People have to queue too long to start a conversation although staff is online. I know there are so many inquires that they have to process, but it will be better if they can improve that. For offline supports and stickers, they usually come back within 1 business day (saturday & sunday not included). It's ok! Whenever I complain, they are kindly solve along with a bonus. So interested! Generally, I appreciate this online shop. They are professional. Their items are quality AT THEIR PRICE and are shipped fast if you provide a right address. About size fit, I am Asian so they fit perfectly. Other Geo zone customers should order larger size. First outstanding experience with them. Thanks.

Ridiculous shipping

I ordered a product on 8/4. I just received it this week- seven weeks later! I asked about it a few weeks ago and was told to just wait a few more days. To make matters worse, it's the wrong size. I ordered a medium and the skirt was a large and the shirt was an extra large, but the X was covered with white out! I'm done with this site!
