I couldn't help myself when I came across the clothes on SammyDress. The prices seemed too good to be true, even with postage, so I decided to take a gamble on a couple of my favourites and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised when, about 3 weeks later, my order actually arrived. Better still, the dresses were better quality than I had anticipated (for the price) and, though they ran a little smaller than I had hoped, they actually fit pretty well.
I was so pleased that I placed a second order -for a few toys for my son, and a stocking filler ring for hubby- and they all arrived within the specified time frame as well.
I've found their customer service to be fairly helpful, even if the English is a little stilted, and overall I'm quite the happy customer.
I ordered 2 shirts. 1 xl was more like a medium. 1 didn't show. Filled out form and was told i had to pay shipping and that both items showed up. I was offered 10% back and they closed the problem. Absolutely disgusting service. I know what turns up. Shame the company don't care about customers. Highly advisr to give a miss cost you in long run.
When I first heard of sammydress, I was a bit skeptical after looking at the prices. I starting reading reviews from other people and watched videos on YouTube, but I ultimately wanted to have my own experience. My first order had one item of each category (top, bottoms, sweater, bag, shoes, necklace). I read stories of the shipping taking over a month, so I was extremely surprised when my items delivered in about a week and a half. The quality of each item was spot on. People often complain about the shipping prices, but if you think about it. You're getting your money's worth. Try going to the store at the mall and buying a FULL outfit with a three piece purse, jewelry and shoes included for under $100. Sammydress has definitely won me over and I plan to continue doing business with them until I go broke haha I'll look cute though!

I had never ordered clothes online. I am so glad I found SammyDress.com. I placed my order on a Monday. I wasn't expecting to receive my order until about a week or so later because I paid for expedited shipping. I was super surprised and happy to receive my order on Wednesday of the same week! All the items I ordered were of great quality and exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. I am definately going to make more orders from sammydress.com
There is no phone number to contact sammydress or rosewe but since I ordered my orders through PayPal I disputed the purchase because my items was damaged and false advertised pieces. So PayPal was able to contact them directly to get a response and a settlement on my refund. Here's an email address from Sammy *******@sammydress.com but either order through PayPal or don't order from them at all. I also suggest buying from Amazon literally everything I saw on sammydress is on Amazon. And if the stuff is damaged you can easily get your money back from Amazon they have great customer service. If you didn't purchase Sammy dress items through PayPal idk how to tell you to get your money back

First, when placing an order you need to keep in mind this is coming from Asia. Second, the sizing is not the same as the US so order up. And third these options are reproductions of the pictures. You aren't going to get a Vera Wang style dress that usually costs $1,000 in the same quality for 9.90. So you also need to realize that. But if you like to shop, and like having options for clothes, and also like new styles, then you should try Sammy Dress out. The quality is good for the price. But these are not designer clothes. I have been very pleased with everything I have purchased this far. Only one dress was a bit to snug. There is no risk in shopping here if you choose expedited shipping, and order up in size. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of ordering up in size.
They have fun and stylish clothes at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is always polite and eager to help!

I will be filing a complaint with Paypal. I do not care if the item is shipped from China. I order things from China all the time and it never takes 7+ weeks to get the package. This is a real legit website! I cannot believe the price of the beautiful clothing! Every time I wear their clothing, I get compliments, then when I tell them the price that I paid, they can't believe it! One of my clothing items came with a rip, and they resolved the issue faster than I've ever seen an online company do it. So, I could honestly say that they have the best prices, best variety of clothing, and best customer service that I've ever experienced with online shopping. I only wish I would have found them sooner!
Dont ever order from here they are total rip offs. I placed a order On 8/23 & it shipped out 2 days later. I'm waiting patiently. Here it is 9/28 a whole month & a couple days && still no clothes. These clothes are falling apart before you open the bag, plain and simple. I requested a refund 30 seconds after opening the package. Buttons are falling off, buttons don't fit into the holes that are too small, sleeves and ends are different lengths, no fits are alike, clothes don't match the pictures.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO SAMMYDRESS REPLY: Oh now they want to talk to me? Keep in mind people that when you try to file a claim on their site, they will make you go through the extra work of photographing the pieces of garbage they sent you. Then they will tell you that they'll only give you a partial refund and you're responsible for return shipping. When you fight it and ask for a full refund and prepaid return shipping, they'll delete the conversation history which can only be found on their website's messaging system, no email backup here. Now I'm waiting for my credit card company to just revoke the payment.
